    @SkyHelpTeam Been having probs with sky q for months when it 1st came out the help u get from sky was 2nd to none and the engineers went above and beyond but lately had probs as far as sky concerned got no TV because takes ages to reboot no replacement box and no engineer for 3 weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam No but usually I start downloading uhd and I can start watching virtually straight away never took so long before and I'm having big issues box keeps freezing and can't get anything done until 7th next month

    @SkyHelpTeam Until 2tb available other suggestion for us to watch sky go for 2 weeks not on expecting couple in their late 70s to watch sky go especially my dad who's eyesight so bad sits virtually on top of 65 inch tv to watch it

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad had trouble with sky puck because he's partially blind has to use firestick for youtube for voice control and Internet was set up by using alexa to go to fire tv and home button on sky remote to go to sky this stopped working had to unplug puck to get working

    @wlwellvhs The cheat was sanctioned for a television programme? Cancel SkySports and Netflix in that case, take their revenue away.

    So @SkyUK q box broke down same prob 4th time no sky all-day 2nd time this week got it working can't get an engineer till 7th then broke down again within the hour back to sky no help whatsoever no replacement boxes now looking for alternative to sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Think new issues this has happened 3 weeks running 2nd time this week as soon as I got it fixed and had engineer booked earliest 7th of sep settled down to watch TV went off again took ages to get back on and sky either downgrade to 1tb box or wait for engineer can't have temp

    @SkyHelpTeam got sky glass am happy with it but when I went to set reminder for Liverpool match in vr now told I'm now tv customer and no longer able to log in to sky vp if this is the case then I want sky q back

I tried to cancel SkySports but l have to wait till the end of my contract so I'll be watching with the sound off and radio on.     @SkyHelpTeam I already pay you £60 a month, but you want me to pay more just to have parental controls!? parental controls should be included in ANY internet package that any ISP has, customers shouldn't have to pay extra to keep their kids safe on your provided internet service

    @SkyUK having lot of trouble with sky glass can't watch anything on fire tv computer anything through hdmi keep losing picture have to unplug tv and constantly having to reboot sky pucks

    @SkyHelpTeam @ParamountPlusUK Your app is still not working on properly the Sky Q box. I am half way through a series, and can't finish it. I have called up Sky Customer Service and have been told you are still trying to fix it (since July). The management team should be embarrassed by the incompetence.
