    @SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

    @SkyHelpTeam I contacted yesterday as trying to confirm leaving at end of contract. Been waiting on messenger service today for 40 minutes, to action request. Am still waiting. Your email team also stalling for 5 days. Now escalating to Ombudsman as this is unacceptable.
