@SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

@waky7 @Abdullah_Azfal @SkyHelpTeam The sky router they provide is notoriously dire. I’d look at getting your own router as the signal and performance will most likely improve on what you have right now.
