@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

@Nicole_UB3 @SkyHelpTeam You could have 1Gbps download speeds but the speed at your device would be the same. The hub is getting 500 Mbps down… it’s your device that’s struggling. You either need to route an Ethernet cable to it or invest in signal boosters.
