    Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I didn’t do the order. I was distraught as I was forced to speak to someone - who couldn’t give an explanation - rather than updated via my account. And as I’m losing out on £135 in vouchers and cashback, on top of the problems and delays I have faced, I won’t be joining Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoken to them several times since issue started. Last spoke yesterday. No further help other than not knowing when OpenReach can provide an engineer as the one engineer is sick. Asked for help with a modem or similar. Refused. Opened complaint and was closed immediately.
