@SkyHelpTeam @SHingston I have these problems as well. Still no improvement and the various online tests all come back OK. Took me 10 hours to download a programme yesterday and my Netflix keeps buffering.

Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

@SkyHelpTeam As previously mentioned in another comment. The signal for the AJ fight is intermittent/Buffering. I have purchased through Virgin (HD QUALITY). I subscribe to sky sports though virgin, these channels are not experiencing any issues.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam my sky only lets me watch select channels, says it’s not got a satellite signal.. but somehow works on other channels.. we’ve reset the box and done software updates is there anyway someone can look into this please as it’s been 2-3 days now #help

@steveburnley @SkySports Can imagine. I have to admit that I’ve always stuck to the landline experts. First TalkTalk (was free when I worked for them) then BT who sucked me in with a decent sport deal. Generally the service is issue free. Hope you get it sorted
