@SkyHelpTeam @SHingston I have these problems as well. Still no improvement and the various online tests all come back OK. Took me 10 hours to download a programme yesterday and my Netflix keeps buffering.

Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

Then as dealing with vulnerable, their online chat is down, they don’t respond to emails, you ask @SkyHelpTeam and they say keep trying th website!! Surely after trying for 5 days should be long enough! They also have the ‘nerve’ to offer me a £7 per month reduction if I want to

@SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

@SkyHelpTeam Actually, that doesn't work. There's "Want to see all our contact options" but no form. I think you mean click "Email us" then "Get in contact with us" which prompts you to sign in. Another customer service process made more convoluted than necessary by Sky.

@SkyUK Finally after numerous phone calls over 2 months, my WiFi is fixed. How on earth your advisers didn't pick up on our 8 year old router needing replacing I'll never know! Maria the Engineer did a great job. Shame about your customer service.

@Namecheap @SkyHelpTeam Absent any further information other than "Abuse not confirmed" I have updated the ticket with a description of how to click the "details" button and then click "visit this unsafe site" to get past the safebrowsing warning incase that was the issue

@SkyHelpTeam Not yet sure, as he wasn't listening to me on the T&C issue and wouldn't let me speak to a manager or get a manager to call me back. He's reading the T&C to my Dad now. I think he said the Cinema is removed.
