It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

Renewals could only know £4 off pm. Got the the right dept today and she added mega deals and now paying £56.50 pm on 18mth deal.

Complaint raised and nothing sorted. Hundreds of pounds a month and this is the way you treat a platinum member. Shocking servce.
