Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

It's getting to be such a huge stress, we're beginning to regret getting Sky Q. Rebooted router, updated software on main Q box, restarted everything. Nothing. Sometimes we get 10mins of connection

I ended up writing to the CEO (at a time I had the word ‘media’ in my work email address) and said that funnily enough, passing on the virgin pin wasn’t top of his bucket list when he was given weeks to live! Took the CEO intervening to finally get it sorted out, bloody ludicrous!
