When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

I have access to the account online and pay the bills but they won’t speak to me because of this password!!

It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.
