    Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SHingston I have these problems as well. Still no improvement and the various online tests all come back OK. Took me 10 hours to download a programme yesterday and my Netflix keeps buffering.

    @SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

    @Planet_F1 Rachels line of questioning was insulting & insinuated that Max’s achievements were worth less. It was rude and she persisted in the face of obvious rebuff. It was typical Skysports anti-Max followed up by Ted last week. They are openly pro-British & hate being called out.

    @Pleyndamour @SkyHelpTeam I had Virgin Media & if you think Sky are bad then these are worse. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. I tried to negotiate and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Phone wait times 1hr.Then they barely moved on price. Only tried to negotiate when sky contacted them
