    @SkyHelpTeam It shouldn't be that hard regardless. I shouldnt have to click past the contact us page, in fact, NO ONE SHOULD, to ACTUALLY CONTACT YOU. Get yo' web designer to get the main customer service number on the contact us page, pronto. As sky customers, we're not asking: we're telling

    @SkyHelpTeam @Pagey_Jr Hi Nathan, I'm also a Glass customer and there seems to be alot of unavailable options through glass that your sales crew are not making customers aware of. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the Glass sales process.

    @SkyHelpTeam gonna have to phone sky when I'm off this tv needs replacing to many problems been having trouble switching on had to unplug when I reboot need to reset tv audio no can no longer get audio through sound system and having to keep putting WiFi password in

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Really not fun when you ONLY have internet to rely on. A storm took our tv arial down earlier this year and we can’t afford to put it back up so we rely on internet to stream tv/films/play games. Been for a walk, done the shopping, painted the baby, we are out of ideas 😟

    @macwhittam @SkyHelpTeam If they give info of a timescale and that ends up inaccurate then customers will lose their minds. They can't make it fix faster + knowing the problem won't make it better. They can't be told they're wrong or lied if they don't give info at all +best thing to do as the company.

    @SkyHelpTeam your compensation plan is insulting…doesn’t even cover an hour’s lost earnings let alone a WHOLE day of No broadband, not to mention no tv, we have Glass so we can’t even play recorded items. And It’s half term, damn you!

    @SkyHelpTeam No point. It’s down, you know it is, I know it is. It just needs fixing, line tests are a waste of time and effort. I need it to work tomorrow so it needs to be up and running or it will be cussing me money
