Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

@SkyHelpTeam is totally useless as is their phone help. Having promised me a replacement router, they backtracked on that insisting the router is fine & my network switch is at fault. £26 later and new network switch hasn’t stopped the bloody router disconnecting 13 times a day
