Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

They also claimed to be on short staff because of the pandemic, which made me wonder why they were spending time cold calling customers who hadn’t reported an issue! Sounds like a scam to me, @SkyUK.

@SkyHelpTeam This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have been a VIP customer with SKY for 16 years and the way I have been spoken to today and treated has been disgusting. Broken agreements on their side. My advice stay away from SKY.
