It's getting to be such a huge stress, we're beginning to regret getting Sky Q. Rebooted router, updated software on main Q box, restarted everything. Nothing. Sometimes we get 10mins of connection

Andy Kinsey (@andykinsey) reported@chopperhontas @SkyHelpTeam I suspect they’ve rolled out an update to their exchange router software, this has then activated but clearly not worked - issue is the rollback could take a while if they need to be onsite or do it by device. (Could be wrong tho)
