Then as dealing with vulnerable, their online chat is down, they don’t respond to emails, you ask @SkyHelpTeam and they say keep trying th website!! Surely after trying for 5 days should be long enough! They also have the ‘nerve’ to offer me a £7 per month reduction if I want to

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

@HarryHarryshud @SkySports Inconsistency seems to be a major issue where there’s been little progress imo, not good enough for us to be struggling against those lesser teams - don’t think we can continue on for good either with mcsauce and Fred continuously needed to protect the defence
