It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

Renewals could only know £4 off pm. Got the the right dept today and she added mega deals and now paying £56.50 pm on 18mth deal.

            Penyffordd, Wales@SkyHelpTeam Yes have done. Speed in to router is fine and in most rooms it is fine. But it is very patchy and slow in the rooms at the back of the house (I guess furthest from the router) I’m typically getting 60-70 mbps in front of house but 30 or lower in the back
