Renewals could only know £4 off pm. Got the the right dept today and she added mega deals and now paying £56.50 pm on 18mth deal.

When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

I have and they said it’s down to you. This has been going on months!!! All we want is the accounts unlinked. It’s laughable you can’t do this!

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. They've now got it down to 51 a month and removed multiroom, which i dont actually use, so ill take that for now. But apparently every Internet provider is down in carlisle according to a fb group
