  @SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

  @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

  @SkyHelpTeam my dad had trouble with sky puck because he's partially blind has to use firestick for youtube for voice control and Internet was set up by using alexa to go to fire tv and home button on sky remote to go to sky this stopped working had to unplug puck to get working

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Was with SKY for over 20 years. Called them looking for a better deal, they said they had none. I cancelled there and then. They could not care less. I now get Netflix and Prime for next to nothing. Have never missed SKY.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I recently switched to Sky from NOW (owned by Sky) who had offered me a similar choice for their "Powered by Sky" service. Not only did I get it direct from Sky for £27, I also picked up a £105 new customer gift card.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam everyone who complains about new customer pricing needs to have a good think every once in a while. it's an OFFER used to INCREASE customer numbers. same happens with many different services.
