    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

    @SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

    @SkyHelpTeam Out of nowhere I have lost satellite signal. There is no bad weather here; zero wind; zero snow/rain; zero fog. Live in Newbury. I have checked all connections indoors and outside and restarted a couple of time. Is there a known issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam Shocking service from Sky this week. 2 engineer visits for a new connection and both engineers refused to do the work. 5 hours of phone calls and being cut off and passed around customer services, to be told next available connection is the 15th Jan 2021!!
