Hi @SkyHelpTeam my broadband contract is due for renewal and i'd quite like the better deal thats on offer, everytime I try and do it online it just says it can't processed online at the moment. I also cant access the offers and upgrade help section. Any clues as to why?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to a phone rep who told me there’s no outage and is sending me a new hub but considering the amount of people I’ve seen complaining about the same issue in the same DN7 area there is clearly a bigger problem.
