    They also claimed to be on short staff because of the pandemic, which made me wonder why they were spending time cold calling customers who hadn’t reported an issue! Sounds like a scam to me, @SkyUK.

    If there is one certainty in life it is that @SkyUK internet is guaranteed to go down once a day. They expect people to pay £140 a month for the full package yet can’t even offer quality services

    @SkyHelpTeam the service has been nothing but shocking as of late, my internet once again is either intermittent or not working at all as it has been for weeks!

    @SkyHelpTeam I do test it and it keeps saying there’s no errors in my area but obviously that’s not true is it if the internet is down. Stop talking to customers like they’re idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s working fine now. It’s at night and when I test the line it doesn’t work because the internet doesn’t work. When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

    Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

    @SkyHelpTeam we've just upgraded to Sky Q multi room. Do we get Sky Go Extra? It's currently not working on my PS4 saying I need to upgrade to it.

    @SkyHelpTeam You’re website has multiple tests that people can use and also when the internet does drop which means there’s a solid orange light on the router, a notification from sky pop ups on your device that tries to help you fix the problem but it fails to do so.

    @WYSIW @SkyHelpTeam You are obviously not aware of how Apple works ! In the last 15 yrs or so I have had their goods I have never needed anyone to come out or gone to anyone Their help and support is available 24/7 and as they are all over the world it is never a problem !
