@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

So it's 2022 & yet @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam cannot handle a bit of bad weather, I missed the end of @BlueBloods_CBS here in Liverpool, England because Sky are shite, why do we pay our bills when we are missing the shows we love, their tech is shite & their tech support is even worse

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, yeah it was a system issue that did not cancel down my broadband correctly which is why as well as March being charged a bill was also issued for April incorrectly. That's why the refund should have been processed and should have being manually refunded by a manager
