  @SkyHelpTeam Unless that’s a 24 hour help line, that’s no use to me. It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

  @SkyHelpTeam Nothing happens, it just tried to reconnect and fails. 2 times this week it has happened. Awful service.

  @SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

  @SkyHelpTeam 24+ hours now with out wifi due to mini outage in area. Can’t even test connection online. Restarted router several times.

  @SkyHelpTeam It’s working fine now. It’s at night and when I test the line it doesn’t work because the internet doesn’t work. When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

  @SkyHelpTeam 11 days without broadband. Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.

  @charlieldrv @SkyHelpTeam Yep. Was watching Brum v Saints last night. My phone told me a full three minutes before I saw it that Saints had scored. Then the coverage froze and Saints were celebrating when it came back. Never saw the goal….😡
