@SkyHelpTeam @SHingston I have these problems as well. Still no improvement and the various online tests all come back OK. Took me 10 hours to download a programme yesterday and my Netflix keeps buffering.

Then as dealing with vulnerable, their online chat is down, they don’t respond to emails, you ask @SkyHelpTeam and they say keep trying th website!! Surely after trying for 5 days should be long enough! They also have the ‘nerve’ to offer me a £7 per month reduction if I want to

@SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

@GaryLineker I think the issue Klopp possibly has is that it’s the players stood in the firing line every time they play. The vitriol from the likes of @SkySports and the constant ‘impassioned’ outrage leads to people doing stupid things. Possibly putting the players in danger.
