It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight.
