Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

@SkyHelpTeam hey just to let you know I keep getting scam calls claiming to be Sky about my slow internet they ask me to open my computer and follow their instructions, I think you need to make your customers aware of this scam
