  @SkyHelpTeam You’re website has multiple tests that people can use and also when the internet does drop which means there’s a solid orange light on the router, a notification from sky pop ups on your device that tries to help you fix the problem but it fails to do so.

  @SkyHelpTeam I already pay you £60 a month, but you want me to pay more just to have parental controls!? parental controls should be included in ANY internet package that any ISP has, customers shouldn't have to pay extra to keep their kids safe on your provided internet service

  @SkyHelpTeam Until 2tb available other suggestion for us to watch sky go for 2 weeks not on expecting couple in their late 70s to watch sky go especially my dad who's eyesight so bad sits virtually on top of 65 inch tv to watch it

  So @SkyUK q box broke down same prob 4th time no sky all-day 2nd time this week got it working can't get an engineer till 7th then broke down again within the hour back to sky no help whatsoever no replacement boxes now looking for alternative to sky

  Also every single AI customer service experience is unremittingly awful. Looking at @British_Airways and @SkyUK just in the last few days as world-class examples of this phenomenon... Badly designed, painful, unhelpful, circular processes that only make problems worse.
