@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

So it's 2022 & yet @SkyUK cannot handle a bit of bad weather, I missed the end of @BlueBloods_CBS here in Liverpool, England because Sky are shite, why do we pay our bills when we are missing the shows we love, their tech is shite & their tech support is even worse???

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

With this new "lockdown" with all schools closed, is it not time for free Internet /broadband for all who have children at school so they can continue with their school lessons online? @SkyUK @virginmedia (and all other network providers) many children will miss out due to this.
