Then as dealing with vulnerable, their online chat is down, they don’t respond to emails, you ask @SkyHelpTeam and they say keep trying th website!! Surely after trying for 5 days should be long enough! They also have the ‘nerve’ to offer me a £7 per month reduction if I want to

@SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

@OpenreachHelp installed FTTP for @BTCare at my house on Saturday, but three days later my @SkyHelpTeam broadband is still active. Was told by BT my Sky account would get closed down automatically, and at install was told it would deactivate at midnight. Who owns resolving this?

@SkyHelpTeam … get a package offered in January. Haven’t had the offer charged yet, been charged my old bill amount. Called 3 times and no one is aware of the offer. No notes and no help what so ever. Absolutely useless. Why is it so hard? 🙃
