Anyone in Wrexham having problems with Sky internet download speeds. Trying to watch a programme on ITV catchup and it keeps stopping saying it’s downloading! A speedcheck shows less than 9 mbps which is rubbish. @SkyUK

@SkyUK a payment hadn't gone through now my account been suspended I've paid this month's bill now asking for next payment 2 weeks early to resume sky not happy with this so tried to phone sky but cant speak to anyone until I pay the next bill now gonna cancel subscription

Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.
