-
Welshkiekie (@welshkiekie) reported@Bredebeck @jammierooroo @SkyUK That’s such bullshit. I worked for Sky for 4 years on a Superteam, we definitely were not paid commission. People who worked New Customer Sales were.
-
Lisa (@loverlyliza) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK There must be a 14 day cooling off period for her to cancel. Get her another provider. It’s pretty simple these days. Unacceptable. Poor lady. Appalling from Sky.
-
Alex Goldie (@Alexgoldie156) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Just cancel it. You have 14 days to do so without penalty (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). The make sure that you remove any further business from them. Ringing and being aggressive will just have your call terminated by them.
-
Peter Elson (@PeterElson1983) reportedI don’t have a horse in the race, but the bias of Sue Smith & Michael Dawson on Soccer Saturday is really ****. They shouldn’t be on these games. Wolves, and particularly West Ham, fans must be irritated. #wwfc #whufc #skysports
-
Paul Dakers (@realpauldakers) reported*******, i get a better reception on my phone than I do on the TV for #MLB @SkyUK are ******* useless! You should be giving me money instead of ******* charging me!!
-
Ned Zahawi (@ZahawisHorse) reported@Jhhshsh10 @SkySports Because I had a social media account in my own name which I'm not now allowed by work and i did it there. Now **** off. ********.

-
Mike F. Common Sense Respecter (@MikeyF88970088) reported@jammierooroo @Noritaeden @SkyUK I had a similar experience with their Indian call ctr. I called back and demanded to speak to someone in the UK (they have a call ctr in Scotland). The guy was v helpful and easy to understand. Got my bill down by over £45 a month. Moral of story, demand to speak to a brit!
-
Allan Colcombe (@theoldbloke) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK There’s a cooling-off clause on all phone contracts (ex-Sky customer here) so she should get it corrected.
