John Anthony Foster (@JohnZagreus2) reported from Flint, Wales@SkyHelpTeam When I 1st got glass the sound system worked then not sure how many months ago it stopped the sound system cost me £1600 did mention this to u and u and gave u all the information u were looking into it but never got back, if I can't use my own audio then the tv is no good to me.

Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.
