@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@SkyUK When I click to get the package I want it tells me £77 Per Month. Yet, as an existing customer you want me to sign up for the EXACT same package at a cost of £107 per month. What’s the extra £30 for? Loyalty? (Been a Sky Customer since 30/01/1990!!!

@clairelouise228 @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire..I'm in feltham visiting, reported it to them on behalf of elderly/ vulnerable mother and husband under constant medical care with no phone line..apparently issue at the exchange and they can't put a time on it ! Can't even do a mobile divert. Shocking
