@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@Redbloke @SkyHelpTeam As a customer without the land line now (how many still have one) we are penalised using mobile phones. I've just cancelled my whole package. Been a customer for years too. There is no service for long term customers these days and it's wrong. Rant over.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m getting exactly the same problem today. Next episode on Netflix only losing to 76%. I exit Netflix, open back up and the screen says Netflix the sound is whatever channel is on my sky Q box. Surely the answer isn’t to ‘turn off and on’ every day?
