    @SkySports @England Sorry I have seen the so called booking offences and they are quite simply atrocious, should be rescinded. This is why the player is where he is, even with something as clear as this @SkySports are still piling on the pressure, very poor judgement!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

    @mickharkin68531 @SkyHelpTeam I was told I can cancel in contract, even the website tells me I can cancel in contract so long as I pay the fee. I was told the same this morning, but now when I call back I'm given the run around. Even now I've sent the text as advised I'm being given the run around

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve now been without broadband since 6th June-11 days! And my landline is unuseable. I’ve texts saying it will be done but just told not until 19th and we’re away from 20th so won’t know. DREADFUL SERVICE !!

    @SkyHelpTeam Do members of your call centre not speak to each other? Two hours ago I was advised by your call centre that I can cancel my subs today for a charge, but now I'm being told that's impossible. This isn't the first time this has happened. Leaving a cult would be easier

    @SkyHelpTeam @UswitchUK I’m trying to sign up with one of your broadband deals for £22 when I get to the end page, it tells me to log in despite me cancelling sky a year ago, so I log in & the price increases to £26 per month, why is this? I’m not a current customer

    👎 Absolutely appalled by @SkyHelpTeam service. Applied for broadband on 3rd June, installation set for 16th June. Took a day off (unpaid!) as they threaten to charge £25 if I miss it. Guess what? THEY missed it. No call. No engineer. No explanation.
