@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@SkyUK have given up trying to help us. Seems their only responsibility is to get broadband to the house, not provide a smooth service. Broadband has been dropping every 5 minutes for the last 3+ weeks. "It's not a problem our end" but no more help than that. 9 years loyalty? Pah
