    @SkyUK @Trace_the_face I’m sick and tired of this slow speed 8 mbps, the format you present of download films is not good for this spread, I’m paying £50+ for a bad service, I’m in an eighteen month contract, will you release me? This is just not fare, I’m disabled with little money.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've reebooted, reset, the router, what else could you possibly want me to do, 8 mbps is way far too slow for what sky now does, everything you chose to watch is taking far to long to download, everything else on network switched off, please escalate this with uk manager

    @SkyHelpTeam Thing is as soon as this becomes private, it then becomes lengthy phone calls, taking money for phone calls that I haven't got, one hour and still never answered, different if you phone to join, you get answered almost immediately

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been down these roads before, I most certainly won't be doing phone calls, I hope you fully understand my health is first, because of the technical errors, slow speeds, I'm going to find it hard to stay paying for a service I'm not receiving. Please yourself resolve this

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm not sitting on the phone again, over an hour and we never got through, your charge for that was about £5, so sorry I'm not even attempting, I'm in very bad health, me getting stressed after second heart attack is seriously not wanted, so please, a swift resolve is needed

    @SkyHelpTeam 3/3 I was right, I don't know what you can suggest £56 is a lot of money when were not using the service, we've joined Amazon because there's is working, we don't have a problem, its the downloading, over 7 mbps is when it's behaving, other times it's slower, pausing.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/3, truth, it's been like this for a while, 8 mbps is not good enough for this format you now have, if your watching a series, you want to watch one after another, downloading each film does not work, I don't think there's a remedy, when we were first advised of this slow speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I I ran line check, reset router, and although the speed went up very slightly, your system of download is taking too long, when we sit down at night we don't want to be sat half the night waiting for download, I have qualifications in computing, I've run speed tests followed you

    @SkyUK I'm certainly not enjoying sky, my internet speed is terrible, I'm paying £50+ a month of an 18 month contract, 7mbps if I'm lucky, speed keeps dropping, I've reebooted etc, goes ok then slows down, I want to leave sky, paying lots of money for bad service

    @SkyUK I'm so sick of sky, yet I've got prob another 12 month of contract to go, my problem is, your internets that slow, when it's time to download a program it's taking twenty minutes, I've done all the things one does, reebooting router etc. I'm getting approx 7mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky box replaced 2 weeks ago due to fault, already broken, can't send engineer for over a week, or send replacement box. Imagine if Netflix was down for a week, and Sky is double the price. Very poor.

    @SkyUK your installation guy arrived Thursday. Said he couldn't install TV and would be sending "Swat team" over the same day or by latest Friday. Today is Sunday and radio silence. Can you make sure were not paying for this + fix asap
