    @SkyUK switched broadband to sky via Carphone Warehouse. Switch date today. Was reassured that there would not be a break in internet connection due to working from home but have been all day without and still not been connected. Can anyone help at all?

    @SkySports @England Sorry I have seen the so called booking offences and they are quite simply atrocious, should be rescinded. This is why the player is where he is, even with something as clear as this @SkySports are still piling on the pressure, very poor judgement!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

    @SkyHelpTeam I have, they were useless. Complete waste of an hour of my life. Basically i have been lied too and now am stuck with no internet. Very poor customer service throughout, I will use this period to cancel and will cancel my TV subscription also.

    @SkyUK 13 years as a loyal customer and broadband/phone line cut off (skys error) and likely to be without both for 3-4 weeks. Pretty unfortunate when you work from home as key worker. Dont EVER use sky. #poorcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to get through for nearly an hour. Box isn’t working. Tried everything, no I don’t want to talk to a robot, answer loads of questions or enter your pointless online maze of stupid questions. Paying for a service which isn’t working sort it out and answer!
