@SkyUK switched broadband to sky via Carphone Warehouse. Switch date today. Was reassured that there would not be a break in internet connection due to working from home but have been all day without and still not been connected. Can anyone help at all?

@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@SkyHelpTeam If was saying 48 gb but when running speed test it was coming up as under 10 I eventually switched the router off and left it for a while and it got to 28 mb but I’ve never had 48 mb even though your test always says it is
