@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@SkyHelpTeam Still no message, that is not a good service at all. Like I said earlier, they should move staff from signing up team to the values/downgrading team as that will get the most traffic & your customers will actually believe that you want them to stay, not that you don't care.

Well this is new... a scam text where I can trace the website to a @SkyUK broadband customer. Just need to wait for their call centre to open before I can report it, as they don't seem to have an email address for reporting this kind of thing.

@SkyUK The TV is sooooo poor... 55" version. Washed out colours and sound is not great. It has become the spare TV! Pucks are much more stable now which is good but you need to refund on the TVs. Awful.
