@SkyHelpTeam Our Sky broadband is always really slow, we are on the slowest (cheapest) and have quiet a few devices running of it but yesterday it was running at 1mps, so couldn't watch football on #AmazonPrimeSport

@mattmaunder @SkyHelpTeam Been in touch numerous times had text Friday saying my issue is now fixed,which it hasn’t still have intermittent broadband. Lose connection in the morning have been told just switch router off then back on,then lose connection in the afternoon. And the evening.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah ive had the system about 2 months from brand new (sky q) including broadband, the main box works fine, however the mini box which is only located in the room above the main router will start pausing for about 3 minutes and become unresponsive as if the signal is dropping out
