    @SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps going down. I’ve unplugged etc etc so many times I’ve lost count. So so frustrating. Got the Q package and this is sustainable! Seriously unhappy!

    The @premierleague and @SkySports charging £14.95 to watch one single game during these times is a joke !! The Government has only agreed to pay 67% of working people’s salaries so there’s no money about as it is, Very poor decision if you ask me !! #FootballWithoutFansIsNothing

    Can't help thinking this prolonged witch hunt (4 days & counting) against Jordan Pickford particularly by @SkySportsNews @SkySports is just a disguised attempt to destablise a club sitting at the top of the Premier League that does not fit in with their Big 6 agenda..

    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is awful. Had a problem with the box and been trying to call for days now. Can't get through and no answer to problem online. If you tell me how to fix it I promise we won't all get covid from it. **** houses. Leaving because of this.

    @SkyHelpTeam tried to review my TV package however the details listed just aren’t clear. 1) it appears that my HD option has expired 2) no longer offers Sky Signature as a replacement for Box Sets. Whilst we’re all sat at home, the customer journey really shouldn’t be this difficult

    @SkySports @England Sorry I have seen the so called booking offences and they are quite simply atrocious, should be rescinded. This is why the player is where he is, even with something as clear as this @SkySports are still piling on the pressure, very poor judgement!

    @TheShortBlond Hi, it’s been a few days but, just thought I’d update you! We got so fed up with the SkyHelpTeam (no help at all) and messaging Sky so, we called them & cancelled our Sky account yesterday t’time and, what a relief, it sure does feel great to be free!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi @SkyHelpTeam Back on now thanks but Making an official complaint, not because of the outage but because of the lack of running information. That is what gets customers mad. You really need to look hard at what @Northpowergrid does during power cuts

    @SkyHelpTeam Will you also compensate my lost wages whilst I am unable to work. Loss of service compensation is meaningless when you can't work or even watch TV for almost a week. Your attitude is abhorrent and as such I have cancelled my direct debit.
