John Anthony Foster (@JohnZagreus2) reported from Flint, Wales@SkyHelpTeam When I 1st got glass the sound system worked then not sure how many months ago it stopped the sound system cost me £1600 did mention this to u and u and gave u all the information u were looking into it but never got back, if I can't use my own audio then the tv is no good to me.

When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.
