    @SkyHelpTeam I already pay you £60 a month, but you want me to pay more just to have parental controls!? parental controls should be included in ANY internet package that any ISP has, customers shouldn't have to pay extra to keep their kids safe on your provided internet service

    @SkyHelpTeam Think new issues this has happened 3 weeks running 2nd time this week as soon as I got it fixed and had engineer booked earliest 7th of sep settled down to watch TV went off again took ages to get back on and sky either downgrade to 1tb box or wait for engineer can't have temp

    @SkyHelpTeam No but usually I start downloading uhd and I can start watching virtually straight away never took so long before and I'm having big issues box keeps freezing and can't get anything done until 7th next month

    @SkyNews Outrageous.Some of the best games are the supposed top 6 v teams out of it. Last week Leeds v City example.plenty trying to get in top 6 like Leeds/Everton. The worst games are often top 6 v top 6. I’ll stop paying for @SkySports @btsport if this happens #europeansuperleague

    So @SkyUK q box broke down same prob 4th time no sky all-day 2nd time this week got it working can't get an engineer till 7th then broke down again within the hour back to sky no help whatsoever no replacement boxes now looking for alternative to sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having probs with sky q for months when it 1st came out the help u get from sky was 2nd to none and the engineers went above and beyond but lately had probs as far as sky concerned got no TV because takes ages to reboot no replacement box and no engineer for 3 weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam Until 2tb available other suggestion for us to watch sky go for 2 weeks not on expecting couple in their late 70s to watch sky go especially my dad who's eyesight so bad sits virtually on top of 65 inch tv to watch it

    @John21181425 @Muzza_90 @SkySports We were piss poor the last 40 Would of liked Russell as 10 and Young Smith on bench farrell is at least a yellow waiting to happen and as for Biggar high ball and tackler that's all u get with him at this level. come Saturday no matter who plays we r lions

    @SkyHelpTeam having continuous and constant connection errors on Sky q mini boxes. It's getting to be such a huge stress, we're beginning to regret getting Sky Q. Rebooted router, updated software on main Q box, restarted everything. Nothing. Sometimes we get 10mins of connection

    @SkyUK why is it so hard to make a complaint and get a response? I'm not getting what I pay for and I've had enough. Emails no response or blocked. Cut off on the phone. Time to leave and go to a rival broadcaster unless it's sorted satisfactorily very quickly.

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to help renew my parents contract. Online renewal 'deal' is £150 for dismond customers. I can get a package that covers everything for £121 asa a new customer. This can't be right to 'reward' loyal customers like this?

    @SkyUK bad service made my poor wait for 2 weeks cos she moved homes to get her phone and it still not on . She has dementia and is blind and cant use her panic alarm due to not haveing a phone line . So thanks sky for helping disabled people of the uk . Sould of been on today
