So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam tell me what to do??? Mobile broke since 6th Oct. Been sent back for repair whxih turns out they didn't do. Told it was sim card waited still didn't work. Tried another didn't work. Told to cancel contract by ur team. Cancellation team couldn't do it as still money

@SkyHelpTeam You need to change the original message that said about 2 hours at 6.30am. You have also not apologised, explained what the problem is , or talked about compensation for having to use 4G. There are Facebook chats everywhere frustrated at lack of info. Not very good comms at all

@SkyHelpTeam I have just come off of the phone. Yesterday it was an OpenReach issues but today it's a Sky network problem apparently. Not a good start to our Sky broadband. Just have to wait now ...

@SkyHelpTeam Well that’s a big let down as there is no other option on your sky store but if you went from sky Q into store you can get it in UHD I feel as though it’s a big let down for sky glass
