@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Most painful call with your support team! Just want to make changes to package to reduce cost, instead get bombarded about taking broadband which I repeated was STILL IN CONTRACT! Typical CS mistake: making it easier for the customer to leave than to stay! Awful!

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is that no where does it state that the trade in has to go back to Samsung and not to Sky. The whole thing is misleading. How can I arrange to send my new phone back and cancel the contract?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve done that 10 times today - it says there’s a problem with my hub, then I click through (without even doing anything to the hub anymore as it makes no difference) and at the end it checks it again and says it’s fine???
