So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam No, im not doing that. I told the representative quite clearly what the issue was, she transferred me, then I was picked up by someone who did exactly the same. Do you have a number I can speak with cancellation team direct please. That is all I want to do. No links online work.

@SkySports Not one for giving Referee’s criticism , however madden was very quick in getting the red card out. Poor in my opinion , changed the game completely
