So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

Very frustrating, we moved house and @SkyHelpTeam gave us a new ex-directory number, we haven't given that number out at all as we use our mobiles, we get calls daily from sky technical team saying how we have problems with our broadband and we know they're scams. What can we do

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

@SkyUK even though the broadband test suggests all okay my internet keeps dropping out. It’s been doing it for days now. The router loses all signal, one light goes red then eventually an orange light comes on and at some point three green lights come on. Our Q box upstairs ..

@georgegalloway @SkySports My husband was there aged 18 and woke up three days later in hospital. His poor parents had no idea where he was as he should have been safe but had swapped his stand ticket so he could be beside his mates. Every year I weep for those poor families who were not so lucky.
