So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

Abysmal level of service from @bt_uk. Been without WiFi for nearly two months and no closer to a solution. Have taken 3 days off work and still not had a solution to the problem. Connecting people? The only people I'm being connected to are @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam As per my first tweet I have tried phoning and the automated phone tree just hangs up before I get to speak with anyone. To be honest this level of customer service doesn't fill me with hope that getting braodband with Sky is the right idea.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you arrange for somebody to call me instead? I've been on hold for an hour and have to leave. Don't want to call back later and face another hour of queuing. Unacceptable service from such a huge company.
