So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

@SkyHelpTeam No sorrry not good enough! The tech team aren't even contactable, every option on the phone says to go to a Web page and look for a solution which isn't there, it then states a support phone no. is click able but it isn't!! A disgrace and appalling service

@SkyHelpTeam Jason, there is no number at the bottom of the web page you shared, there is a number at the top but this is the automated service that doesn't work. Frankly, I'm staggered at the poor level of service I am receiving from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Carol, they gave me very little if any useful information, I spoke to other same people and went through the same poor experience last Thursday, all I am asking is for my SkyID to be unlocked, surely that should take 5 minutes not 6 days?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, all signal goes, and the only light that remains on is the power light. The system then reboots, 3 lights come on, middle changes from amber to green then we have to go about trying to get connected to whatever it is we were doing
