    What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam when are you bringing the new Internet hub out because the ones you provide are faulty and yous have known about this issue for the past 18 months. Can't stream a film and the sky Q mini boxes buffer but yet you tell my the Internet is fine and I'm getting full speed

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been able to watch CNN for about 4 days now. Have the blue screen with the message to the top about a signal problem. Thing is, it only appears to be CNN that’s affected. How can that be?

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a customer service advisor who offered us the £35 higher than we are currently paying, Honestly I feel really hard done by, no package changes ….just asked to pay £35 more, not good service at all
