So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

Very frustrating, we moved house and @SkyHelpTeam gave us a new ex-directory number, we haven't given that number out at all as we use our mobiles, we get calls daily from sky technical team saying how we have problems with our broadband and we know they're scams. What can we do

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

My elderly mother in law has had no @SkyHelpTeam phone service since she moved house over 2 months ago and when I call them they disconnect me from the queue and send SMS questions to me. The line is setup for broadband, but not voice service… how do I get help from Sky????
