@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkySports Men's last matches at the U.S. Open a bit dry & undynamic (not exactly McEnroe-Borg), but there is Superman Carlos Alcaraz 4 the future. Women's tour IN TROUBLE. Swiatek's not a draw--and no other draws. Quality of WTA much lower than '70's, '80's, 90's, 2000--2015.

@SkyHelpTeam 4 devices all have the same issue (Sky Q is ok). Rebooting and updating hasn't helped. It's the same whether using web browser or ios app.

@SkyUK I left and joined BT as you couldn't get the price down lower than £40 for broadband. I then leave and you offer better deals. Too late im with BT and still a better deal than what was offered, and I have got all sky channels and BT sport for loads cheaper!

Not sure how @SkyUK justify a £30 admin fee to renew a TV contract. But it’s ok because it “should be £40”, unless you’re a new customer that is….. Just daylight robbery to click a button

@SkyHelpTeam The broadband is coming up with no issues and internet is working as all green lights on router plus cctv is wireless and still working. For some reason the sky Q box and mini box keep disconnecting
