@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@JayMUFC66 @SkyHelpTeam Yep, us too. Two people working from home here which haven’t been able to since this morning. Latest update at 5.46pm is engineers are on the way to fix it after over 5 hours of it being off. Totally joke isn’t it?

@SkyHelpTeam I found the breakdown of my bill, but I still don’t understand why it is so high. Plus my broadband service has reduced massively since my offer ended. I literally have to sit next to the router for Teams meetings.

@Noosh1977 @SkyUK We are with @EE for broadband, can’t fault them. Only one issue in 18 Months and was fixed ASAP, when it was time to renew, actually gave us a cheaper deal.
