@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with sky for over 20 years and have just recently moved house, I sent my sky box back by mistake when I moved. I was told it’s not a problem the engineer will provide you with a new one when he completes his installation, this was not the case now I’m without a box.

@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

@SkyHelpTeam Have 2 acount numbers one for TV one broadband want both on same acount none of the customer service people i have spoken to understand a word of English and hung the phone up on me got through to another who was very helpful knew what he was doing to transfer me to cancellation
