    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    @SkyHelpTeam I was supposed to get sky TV installed today, however, the engineer refused to fit the cable and asked me to run the cable through am open window... Not impressed with the service provided.

    @SkyUK your broadband is absolutely crap 2 engineer visits and a new box still keeps dropping out looks like need to get a better honest reliable provider
