@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, can you provide an update on the outage within the KA21 area? I've been unable to get a call through to my Dad and have no way of checking on his safety. His mobile is switched off.

@SkyHelpTeam Indeed, it's showing as "Broadband and Talk problems. You might not be able to get online or make/receive phone calls due to a problem in your local area. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused." This has been since 14:04 in the Saltcoats. This is a widespread problem.

Anybody help from either @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp please. Both saying it's the other's problem, and engineers have left with a half finished job, awaiting hopefully engineers from elsewhere to arrive, but from where ???
