@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

I hope you are still cancelling your @SkyUK @SkySports @skytv subscriptions. I know lots who have already. Sick to death of SKY constantly pushing the BLM agenda in its customer faces. Also the constant harassment of football clubs who refuse to knee. What’s the agenda sky ?
