    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    @SkyHelpTeam Well first they tried to tell me my speed was fine which was stupid since I didn't ring sky to have a chat... They said that someone from their engineer team or something would be in touch and then they never contacted me.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there something going on with your broadband service at the moment? We’ve had problems at home with your broadband dropping in/out since at least Saturday (the last 3/4 days)…. Even the self-help app has detected issues… 😕
