@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyUK I haven't seen such a bad digital user experience anywhere else, as I had on sky website. Nothing is clear and nothing can be found easily. Confirm order says one price (without breakdown) and email says something else. Where can i complain, please?

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK shocking service. Unable to work from home for several days. No response from #skyhelp apart from an automated machine. I have terminated my contract. And no I won’t be paying the charge for leaving early as you broke the contract & nearly cost me my job.

Don't switch to @SkyUK . No internet since 'upgrading' on Friday morning. Daughter's 4th birthday ruined with no virtual party. Wife and I unable to work. 'Help' line utterly useless.

@SkyHelpTeam There are no issues now. I’ve left sky. I have internet with another provider. And the cheek of sky emailing to say I owe them £186!!!! You can forget it. You broke the contract with poor or no service, no communication and lack of care. Pay your own bill, your own fault.
