What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyHelpTeam what's going on with your broadband? It went down for almost a week for us, then it's been on and off all the time, with the speeds being a quarter of the minimum guaranteed. We were even told an engineer would come out on Friday but they never turned up. Not happy
