@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyUK DO NOT SIGN UP TO SKY I'M WARNING YOU. I signed up to them and it was perfectly fine for a few months. The prices kept slowly creeping up a few quid but not a major issue. But once the broadband kept cutting out and getting 2.4mb/s, trying to get through was a total nightmare

@SkyHelpTeam Well, I worked till 3am after the wifi was down for four hours, but apart from that it's just grand now, thanks. The connection is still intermittent, slow and patchy as us, but it is currently 'functional'.
