@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyHelpTeam your broadband has been abysmal recently, so much so I'm considering going elsewhere. Its constantly dropping which is less than ideal for home working. Is there an issue? Your website says not but there clearly is.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I was promised a call-back by Carol by 19/03/21. I contacted sky & spoke to someone else Elise who said there was a note on my account that the call is delayed to 20/03, I have still not been called and the issues with my billing still not fixed. Unacceptable
