@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@iainlee @SkyHelpTeam We had Sky Broadband for about 2 months. It was terrible. Every evening we had to reset the router. Every day it stopped working. BT are much more reliable for us.

appears that @SkyUK are truly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Not meeting legal obligations and fabricating events to suit themselves. @Ofcom should take a serious look at how contracts are implemented! Worse than p&o as at least they admit to their illegal activity
