    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

    @SkyHelpTeam Turned my router on & off 3 times now. So frustrating finding out it’s not a problem at my end. Could not find any updates on their sky page. Will we be refunded for having to use data on phones

    @SkyHelpTeam @JamesBu21387819 Why do we have to call when this is an issue Sky is aware of? So the only people who get compensation are the ones who spend hours trying to get through on the phone?
