    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

    @SkyHelpTeam are you still having issues with mobile? Mine, my partners and nans phone are t really working sending/receiving texts, calls.. 4g not connecting , etc . Been this way past few days

    @SkyUK Everytime I try to download programmes they are failing. Landscapers, American Dirt, And Just Like That… The list goes on. Looking on Sky Community it’s a massive issue. What are you doing about this?

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband down TF6 5DX , Allscott. fibre. Devices connect to router. No Internet. Your test can see my hub but says no devices attached. Crap. This happens a lot . Not good enough..
