@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam the quality of Sky red button football game pictures is apalling. Been fobbed off with Covid (was bad even before then) and telling me I can get better picture quality by upgrading (surprise, surprise). BT Sport red button is far superior through the same box.

@SkyUK we have had limited Internet since Xmas day. That's been 6 days now and all we get when we phone is you are aware of the problem in my area and will txt when it's fixed and the call is terminated. We were told it would be fixed within 2 days!! #skyuk #fixitalready

Will @SkyHelpTeam EVER create a 64-bit version of Sky Go? It is impossible to use, and paying customers are losing out on the service despite the fact that hardly anyone uses 32-bit systems anymore. Madness.
