    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not working then. I can’t get past the ‘test your connection’ page which is telling me ‘oops, no can do’ as it can’t connect with the hub which is now working again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Right now yes but it's a on going problem? Remember I will only see shows I want to record and series link when I click on them? Overall the recent changes on that section have made it IMHO far less customer friendly and harder to use also!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Tony... I may have been off hand with a colleague... I'm sorry. But yesterday this didn't appear to be an issue but today it was. Anyway... Still got Internet issues despite getting a text to me (non account holder) saying all was fixed. Sorry still grumpy!
