@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyHelpTeam The tests, frustratingly, either show no problem or they just don't run at all. Could it be the router? Intermittent drop out on multiple devices, so common factor is router or incoming supply.

@SkyHelpTeam just had a call from a very monotone woman who told me she was going to secure all my devices for me. When I asked her if she was from Sky she gave me an account number that wasn’t mine, and when questioned, told me she would block my broadband signal!

@SkyHelpTeam keep getting error code 1204 on Xbox One TV from SKY app, not able to watch anything except Sky News. Pretty sure my Sky Go should allow me access to limited live TV without Sky Go Extra? Any help appreciated
