@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

So @SkyHelpTeam it’s been 2 weeks now of ringing up explaining my situation to five different people for them all to tell me they will get there manager to call me and they don’t. Your customer service is a joke and when I finally get to speak to someone I’ll be leaving.

@SkySports With all due respect you’re reporting nonsense. 42 year old 0-10 he hadn’t earned the right to be on the show. He was there because of he’s name.I have no issue with that but don’t make it something it isn’t. Best of luck to him so much to learn.
