@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam Is this linked to the issue where only part of a program downloads so your say 15mins into a 50min show and it abbuptly ends then says resume download but doing this says failed to download?

@SkyHelpTeam It is Broadband - was not working all of this morn so used diagnostic check and it told me to book so engineer appt, but it is working now. Haven't got the option to cancel the appt though.
