    What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

    Very frustrating, we moved house and @SkyHelpTeam gave us a new ex-directory number, we haven't given that number out at all as we use our mobiles, we get calls daily from sky technical team saying how we have problems with our broadband and we know they're scams. What can we do

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    @SkyUK I went to check deal as existing customer, added boost £3 a month, they tried to charge admin and deliver of new router! why? they agreed to waive those charges but then my next bill includes the charges and an extra charge on top of that - poor service after 20 yrs a customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well you can be sure I’ll be having a chat per the increases, seeing as a new customer can get a better deal for £30 less per month. I appreciate new customer offers, but perhaps you should be more considerate to retaining the ones you have.

    @SkyUK Where is that super fast?? Not where I live, for sure. The hub s***s big time, I'm happy if I get half the 67mbs (Wifi) I pay for sitting next to the router- with no one else using it. My complaint has not even been replied to for weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ross, yes so it still works fine - it’s just the timings that seem wrong. Obviously it’s not an issue but come up with it twice this week now! It’s Q :-)

    Help @SkyHelpTeam my already expensive sky package is increasing AGAIN, by £6. Who can I talk to (not on the phone - online chat maybe?) about possibly cancelling as we simply can’t keep being penalised for being an existing customer! Newbies get much better deals. 👎🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I done all this and now it’s just saying there’s a problem with your satellite signal. The main sky q box downstairs is getting tv but the menus have been acting slow and stay stuck in please wait loading when u try and access my recordings
