    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    @SkyHelpTeam I called your customer service- engineer for broadband set up supposed to come in morng has not come all day, and was told my expectations are unrealistic! Please improve your services in this competitive market, and make sure your staff don't bring you disgrace.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I wonder if you can help. When any of my devic6is on sky wifi, I can't play any videos on my twitter timeline. I've switched the router off and on but no joy. .y phone only plays videos when using mobile data.

    @SkyUK shame on you guys, after a tough year for all to hike your prices by £35 is extortionate, how do you expect people to be able to go from one amount to £35 extra for no reason over night?! As a human being and a so called ‘VIP ‘customer I’m genuinely shocked at such greed

    @SkyHelpTeam We had appointment scheduled between 8 am and 1 pm for sky broadband engineer to set up, he hasn't turned up, and your customer service on phone is appalling. Please address the situation immediately.

    @SkyHelpTeam The engineer has been here after me begging you all for some help. You guys tried to upsell me a new router for £100 even Me being a loyal customer for more than 5ys using the oldest model. Sorry But my experience in this company is the worst by far.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been getting really slow broadband speeds all day 1.0Mbps download and 0.1 Mbps upload. Are there any issues which could be causing this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been able to watch CNN for about 4 days now. Have the blue screen with the message to the top about a signal problem. Thing is, it only appears to be CNN that’s affected. How can that be?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been allowing those calls back to happen for days now, going in circles as I always get the same replies. I really need a solution. I rely on an internet connection to take up on work as freelance and this is being very disruptive. I will reach out to Citizen Advice Bureau
