What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn't fast help, I have to pay £5 and use data for a £10 voucher, I may have to leave as I have loads of data sitting there that will never be used when I used to be able to swap data only for vouchers

Another day with limited phone signal @SkyHelpTeam which @o2 are once again blaming on a faulty mast nearby. Same mast that’s been faulty for several months and one which I was sent a text about only a month ago suggesting it’s fixed .... err no it’s not
