  What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

  @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

  @SkyHelpTeam have spent 3 weeks trying to add a new broadband line into my home. Agents failed to call back. No option for new customers on your phone service and when ifinally get througj I get cut off. Time to talk to BT about moving everything. How can you get it so wrong?

  @SkyHelpTeam Neither of them are useful for when I'm trying to workout why I can't get through to someone at Sky when a number is offered or when I'm going through the "debug" process and get told to try again later - simply a poor customer experience
