What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@wobbiesmile @Ben86234818 @SkySports Hang on, I thought the position in Australia is currently that people are not allowed to travel between some of the states (so some people who holidayed in say Queensland or N Territory, are not allowed to travel home to places in NSW or Victoria). So how would England cross Oz?
