@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam All online steps have been followed. The router keeps dropping connection through standard usage. As the connection is always up and down by the time the test completes it states the issue is resolved. It did a couple of days ago state that there was an issue with speed
