So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s saying to Book an Engineer (apparently it is also saying this to other people in the area with issues). I appreciate that you can only go with what the system tells you, but it would appear that there are issues with Service Updates lagging badly behind

@SkyHelpTeam At the end of the day, my local network monitor showed that your service came back online at around 5am. It's working this morning. But Sky obviously had a sizable broadband network issue last night and it would just be nice if they were honest about it. Not your personal fault.

@SkyHelpTeam @damo1312 There is a huge issue in the area. 99% of people on Sky broadband in the SO40 postcode do not have internet!! Please get this sorted ASAP, trying to work from home is proving to be almost impossible.
