    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @ClaireHarpz @SkyHelpTeam Just leave them! The fact that you've had to post on here and they've come crawling because they don't like the adverse publicity should be more of a reason toeave them. Prices keep going up and they charge for everything! No customer service

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Currently in our 6th week without wifi. Latest activation was due on the 7th and still hasn’t happened. Everyone we’ve spoken to has told us to wait for the next review of our account without indicating when that will be. Extremely disappointed in this service
