  So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

  @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

  @SkyHelpTeam my broadband (not great at the best of times) has been next to useless over the last couple of days yet you seem to report no problems in Caernarfon, can you look into it please because when I run a test you keep telling me it's ok

  I’m a fan of @SkySports, always have been. Their coverage of major viewing sports - football, cricket, tennis, rugby etc is fantastic, as you would expect from dedicated Sports channels. But their coverage of Netball, this season esp. has been very poor & at times embarrassing 🙁

  @SkyHelpTeam can we send your sky mobile a tweet with faults with the network as there is something on the network blocking certain text messages coming through to peoples phones as several people I know have the exact same problem and the only thing we have in common is sky

  Public announcement DO NOT get @SkyUK glass the tv has so many issues and faults and they don’t care - year on and the tv is still faulty!! Still no replacement! Random bill increases for one month that if you don’t pay you can’t talk to them as to why it’s increased either!

  @Ppreally111Pp @SkyHelpTeam @skytv it had ran out so began getting emails ratcheting up costs unless I contacted them. Phone call alone cost £24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.
