So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@CraiginKent @skytv Awful. - glitchy (all the time) -can't record - reduced channels The latter two points were not explained when it was sold to me. Judging by the messages to @SkyHelpTeam I'm not alone. Feels like it was rushed out before it was ready!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Broadband has been down on BH15 for the last hour or so. Ran through all the diagnostics and it says the planned maintenance in the North West is causing my outage which I find hard to believe. Can you please advise?

@SkyHelpTeam we've had near enough 2 weeks worth of crap Internet reliability from you. Working from home is near impossible currently and if it continues any longer or we'll be leaving. A day or two is acceptable, but two weeks of issues where the Internet is down for 12+ hours

Sky broadband not working in North London. Been off for over two hours and no response from @SkyHelpTeam and they've all gone home now. No updates given on feed either.
