So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

Why when you call @SkyUK to cancel do they pass you from one department to the next? Also insisting on upselling services even when you have told them multiple times you are moving out and don't have a new home to transfer to.
