    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    @SkyHelpTeam Since 10.30 Tuesday morning my iOS and OS X mail apps (all up to date) cannot get mail. Message says no password provided. But they exist on my app accounts and have not changed for while. I can read mail via a browser though. Can you help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thx for trying to help. Be good if u could feedback to the customer services team. Really poor CS to not be able to just order a sky router without hvg to wait for hours on the phone! Just more stress & not CS focussed at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam About a fortnight ago. The pho I tweeted is the hub I am using right now which is the one I ordered. I’m confused as to why it says I’ve no broadband when the hub is in my living room. I’d also like to be able to test the speed as this was supposed to help me run my home office.

    @AFCTotal @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Bro honestly they’ll charge you the maddest prices for the most **** broadband ever. Customer service is ****. I had a sky box it broke due to a storm, I asked them to replace it they said they couldn’t unless I took out a yearly insurance of 60 pounds paid it....

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam So I'm sorry David, but I've heard all this before and nothing happens. There are engineers ever present on our estate, allegedly fixing faults - please ask them to look at and fix the biggest fault of the lot, our line to the exchange.
