@SkyHelpTeam I wasn't impressed with the stage 1 of my contract renewal process im a gold VIP member so I should get the latest deals if this doesn't improve I will be looking to cancel and i don't want to do that 😩

So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam I will be on there and everything working fine. Then every few minutes the tv tries to turn off (power saving) so I’ve to constantly pick up the remote and it also will switch back to Sky multiple times without warning. Half the time causing me to fail
