@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@clolver @AlixSocial @SkyHelpTeam Thanks down the updates everyone! Sounds like a really large outage. Just a pity Sky didn’t inform us themselves and keep us updated, rather than blaming our own equipment. They’ve had us resetting our hub box and doing unnecessary tests all afternoon 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam can you please help me. I have activated Netflix via your '2 months free on us' offer on my sky q box. What happens in 2 months time.? I assume that i will no longer have access to Netflix and will not be billed in the future as a consequence.
