    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    Really struggling with wifi at present, not great when working at home, spending hours on video (with video turned off) + delivering webinars whilst hoping “internet unstable” hasn’t turned me into a dalek @SkyHelpTeam are impossible to contact. Whose your preferred supplier?

    @SkyHelpTeam He said he couldn’t install without putting the black wire above my door. Two doors down has it installed without the need for that. Engineer booked today but was wrong type, said he wasn’t installation…. but he confirmed it could be installed if I can get right engineer out.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle, neither. I’ve already upgraded in December. Had an engineer but didn’t fit it. I’m paying for the service, literally just need an engineer to install the broadband.
