So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@virginmedia @SkySports please fix the issue with virgin media login on the app. So frustrating to pay for a service and when you want to watch the last day of the cricket you aren’t able to login. This is affecting lots of people

@SkyUK Doesn't really help to be honest. You are the only tv service that imposes a pin. I need to know why? I'm well above the age of watershed, there is absolutely no chance of anyone else using my tv, I'll sign a friggin legal waver, so why are you the only provider to impose a pin?

ngl @SkyHelpTeam probably having the worst service I have ever had on your phone lines today 🥴 broadband cancelled without my consent, an hour on the phone speaking to one guy to set up a new contract, to be redirected to another guy to be given a more expensive contract 👌
