    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam I received a prepaid postage box to return after cancelling sky but I’ve already signed back up to a new contract after they offered a better deal. It doesn’t say what to return and since I signed back up and never left what am I actually returning?

    @SkyHelpTeam That article is very poor tbh. It doesn't explain things particularly clearly and absolutely no info on what you have to do to get the upgrade. There's no option or info in the Sky VIP mobile app about this either I also have Netflix via Sky.. Do I still qualify?

    @SkyHelpTeam been with Sky 16 yeas, tv phone and mobile and always had superb customer service. Today has been beyond shocking, over 4 hours trying to sort this can speak to a competent person, website no help, Virtual assistants goes round in circles.
