So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkySports last night at the top table thank the lord. Had to ring automated service to book, only had sky 15 years. Adam smith on comms - fail. Commentary is horrendous it’s like she’s having an ******

@SkyHelpTeam is totally useless as is their phone help. Having promised me a replacement router, they backtracked on that insisting the router is fine & my network switch is at fault. £26 later and new network switch hasn’t stopped the bloody router disconnecting 13 times a day
