    Really struggling with wifi at present, not great when working at home, spending hours on video (with video turned off) + delivering webinars whilst hoping “internet unstable” hasn’t turned me into a dalek @SkyHelpTeam are impossible to contact. Whose your preferred supplier?

    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyGroup completely unacceptable tonight. Paid £20 for the Fury fight on BT Sport Box Office via Sky Glass and the stream ended before the final round. Stream cut out at 4 hours 30, can’t watch live. I would like a refund. @btsport

    I’ll expect my refund tomorrow morning thanks. @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @btsport Paid £19.95 for Paul v Fury on BT Sport Box Office and it cut off just before round 8. Only showing 4 hours 30. Not seeing the full event. Shambles of a service Sky Glass. Nothing but issues!

    I want a refund, ordered the Fury v Paul fight on Sky Glass for it to cut out on round 7. Not acceptable after watching 4.5 hours and paying £19.95, absolutely disgusted @btsport @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv paid for the live boxing tonight but only got to the 7th round of the Fury/ Jake Paul fight and then got error and cut out of the program. I would like a refund as had to learn the result and watch the last round with another streaming provider.

    @paperbackbex @rhys201299 @SkyHelpTeam Completely agree. Riddled with faults. I went against all the bad press when I bought it, thinking to myself ‘people never post positive things only negative, let’s give it a go’. Turns out the people were completely right.
