    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    Really struggling with wifi at present, not great when working at home, spending hours on video (with video turned off) + delivering webinars whilst hoping “internet unstable” hasn’t turned me into a dalek @SkyHelpTeam are impossible to contact. Whose your preferred supplier?

    @SkyUK Mis-sold package, charged for call out to equipment 1 day old and faulty. Incorrect information given about numerous items. 10+ hours on the phone to you in the last 5 days. Was told today if I didn't like it to leave. Top customer service to a loyal customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently we can't have an engineer in are house due to shielding of a household member But this is a fault and its happened multiple times over the past 7 months to a point an official complaint as been submitted

    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet went out about 23:00pm last night and still hasn't been back on since, it's good fixing certain areas but clearly it's a nation wide thing as I'm in Wales, so maybe troubleshooting the whole broadband system to find the problem would be more beneficial
