So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam They can’t find out if an engineer can come sooner. And you have a 3 day SLA with @OpenreachHelp which prevents any further booking. So… I have spoken to them. I now need @OpenreachHelp to help figure out when a engineer could come - that doesn’t add 2 weeks to a 3 week wait!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried checking sky app, tried online and even rung! No one seems to be able to confirm my engineer visit, or give me a rough time (as promised when ordering)….. please help!
