So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

Sorry guys just tried to Stream but there was a lot of lag and buffering and my connection was unstable.. Thats what you get for going with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam My connection speed since i moved has been cut in half and sky still charge me full price for it
