    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain why my mother is paying over a £100 a month for sky sports and films yet she can't access any films or sports? She has had endless problems with yourselves and If you can't resolve this then she will be changing provider as she is a disabled pensioner

    @btsportfootball I think @btsportfootball is just salty that he did punditry on @SkySports and not with them. Commentator was just terrible & we all can see his dislike for Mourinho. We don’t want this. It should be unbiased.
