@SkyHelpTeam my broadband (not great at the best of times) has been next to useless over the last couple of days yet you seem to report no problems in Caernarfon, can you look into it please because when I run a test you keep telling me it's ok

So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response. I used the same account when re-subscribing to your service (after a 12 month gap). I assumed I’d get a new card as my old one was returned. I’ve just heard the new card is in the post with Royal Mail so hopefully I’ll have it soon.

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer has just visited and straightaway diagnosed the fault. SkyQ is incompatible with my Fritz router. The only way to definitely solve issue is to return to Sky broadband, which will cost me a large cancellation fee.
