    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    Really struggling with wifi at present, not great when working at home, spending hours on video (with video turned off) + delivering webinars whilst hoping “internet unstable” hasn’t turned me into a dalek @SkyHelpTeam are impossible to contact. Whose your preferred supplier?

    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @NSurdykaPhysio Fantastic potential for female sport. However, it doesn't help when @SkySports only promotes English woman football. There are other countries in the UK. Can't access woman's Scottish professional football on their app. After all, sky has been a major player promoting diversity
