So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

Disappointing service @SkyUK. My viewing card was deactivated for no reason and I've wasted half an hour on your site and automated call service trying to fix it. Finally got through to someone but not offered an explanation or credit for loss of service
