So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

It’s gets better!! Apparently we need two different engineers to solve the two issues (tv and broadband). We have to wait until one has attended and solved their issue before we can even go in the queue to solve the other- really @SkyHelpTeam ??? How is this OK??

@SkyHelpTeam Moved to yourselves just a month ago and regret it constant drop outs (currently in the middle of one an hour and counting) 12mb/ps instead of the "guaranteed" 29mb/ps and near impossible to get help on the phone, will be changing again asap, waste of time and money
