    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK… seriously your so called customer service is woefully lacking. Still being charged for a service I have not had for 51 days. Told if I cancel contract… fault will not be fixed … so no point in trying to procure another provider as line not working. #ludicrous

    @SkyHelpTeam After another 3 hours or so “up” our internet is down again for the fourth time since my Sky Glass arrived on Thursday. Another evening ruined. Do you know if it is a local (DY13) issue this time like over the weekend or a wider W Midlands one like earlier today?

    @SkyHelpTeam The clock issue aside. You've also have another bug unfixed for 2 years where start times of recordings already the planner changed with seasonal clock changes.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey. Our part of Stourport on Severn (Astley Cross) is having intermittent broadband service since the areas junction box was mended by btconnect. Your help section says there's no issue but there is. Can you inform bt connect as we can't work from home please.

    @SkyHelpTeam Screws and bolts were delivered and we have already gone through with complaints at sky and no one will help because you said DPD admit no fault

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been almost 2 days and it still not fixed. And on both boxes in our house, the TV guide isn’t displaying all listings and all our recordings fail. I don’t know the problem is but my dad pays about £100 a month and it isn’t really good enough!

    My skybox still says it’s 19:00 not 18:00. I unplugged it for 20min but still the same.. is this sky deliberately slooowng old boxes down to encourage us to buy these new tv things @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam We have no signal in the area at all and having checked on the My Sky app it is saying we are possibly without signal until Wednesday evening. This is totally unacceptable and to not have any prior warning is also shocking.
