    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thks 4replying. Unfortunately this is unacceptable & I can’t believe this is how customers are treated. It’s absolutely astonishing that as a customer we’re made to wait 3 weeks for a service that we’re paying for & isn’t working. Can I plz be contacted directly to resolve issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope no good. It tells me everything fine when it clearly isn’t. I had to stop work Friday as WiFi was poor. Box upstairs can’t watch sky but Netflix was working bizarrely. No images on TV guide for cinema box sets etc

    @SkyHelpTeam I prefer a human voice...and an email saying my package was up and not to find out when you take £122...poor show guys...might go back to virgin...I have tried to get through even got a number off one of the girls that didn't exist when I tried it...
