    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    It is not acceptable for @SkyUK to hold its customers hostage. They will not allow you to cancel the service through their website but have not got capacity in their call centre to get through in a reasonable timeframe😡 NOT ACCEPTABLE 🤬

    @SkyUK Been trying to call customer service since 8:30. Been told to call back by automated system at 8:30 when you open. Why have sky deducted my bill payment twice this month which has now left me overdrawn!!!! I need this sorting ASAP
