Rachel Heath (@ratchit34) reported@skyUK. I rang and spoke to you about having a £50 discount applied due to having a Go Henry card in December. I was assured this would be applied but having had my direct debit taken it hasn't. I know the offer has now expired but I applied before the end of offer. Help
