So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam I wasn't impressed with the stage 1 of my contract renewal process im a gold VIP member so I should get the latest deals if this doesn't improve I will be looking to cancel and i don't want to do that 😩

@Ramos_Tailors @vavav0000m @SkySports Jones and Rojo should have been gone seasons ago - I guess the money they are on may be a problem - too easy to sit tight and take the money. Yep defo need a quality experienced CB. I quite like EB and TFM - lightening quick but prone to errors.

@SkyHelpTeam Your advisors essentially told us to find another provider as whatever the issue is, its not fixable. Only service they could offer is sky pro, which is an old service you no longer offer and it would be over £50 a month!

Getting fed up with having to continually reboot my @SkyUK sky Q 2tb box. Will work for a couple of days and then freezes, done the remedial work suggested but continues to be a problem. Ffs it’s annoying
