So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Tested it all last night and it wouldn't let me book an engineer. This needs to be sorted I am paying a lot of money for a **** service. We have had openreach engineers out plus your 2 engineers from your tech team and this keeps on happening.

Wow. @SkyHelpTeam phone service is ridiculous. Placed an order last week subject to confirmation, someone was supposed to phone me back but didn't - I keep trying to place the order but nobody seems to know what it was, and I'm not going through the whole process from scratch.

@SkyHelpTeam hello! The street telegraph pole went on fire 2 weeks ago and we have no Internet or phone line. When calling sky about the issue, can only get through to automated messages. Please help/advise!

@SkyHelpTeam the same message on each of those channels. "This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal" and a blue screen on each. All other Sky and HD channels are fine so I wouldn't think an engineer is required.

@SkyHelpTeam Regarding local news they were waiting on itv to rectify, but now I know it’s there that’s fine, but getting it to stay is the problem now, soon as tv is turned off reverts back to calendar local and itv channel won’t change

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Please can you help? My Sky QBox has developed a fault and has been taken away. The engineer says all my recordings will be lost!! How can I get these back please? Some recordings cannot be obtained again and one is regarding a death. PLEASE HELP.
