    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    Really struggling with wifi at present, not great when working at home, spending hours on video (with video turned off) + delivering webinars whilst hoping “internet unstable” hasn’t turned me into a dalek @SkyHelpTeam are impossible to contact. Whose your preferred supplier?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly, they did almost nothing but argue with me about whether or not an escalation attempt would be made. Two more days with my phone being my only internet source, at frightful cost, with no expectation of resolution. Abysmal service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that but couldn’t access you chat bot. I followed previous advice, made a payment, my phone was unlocked and then got locked again fir bo apparent reason when I needed it and was in a difficult situation. #Unacceptable customer service. #ripoff

    @SkyHelpTeam The line test comes up fine, it’s the connection between the router and my devices. Right now Glass is showing as no network connection and this is happening all the time. Same when doing work calls at home, just loses connectivity

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi engineer was meant to arrive between 1-6 to activate broadband, no-one turned up, no call or msg. Call centre unhelpful, apparently engineer is ‘in progress’. Very concerned we’ll have no internet from midnight. Please can someone help?
