So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

I've just spent 20 mins on hold waiting to speak to @SkyUK regarding my poor broadband, get put through to a very poor quality line which was clearly abroad somewhere, only for the call handler to hang up on me!! #skybroadband #poorcustomerservice

@OpenreachHelp I'm on the phone to @SkyHelpTeam now and they are still telling me that there is an outage on the exchange that you are dealing with. How can you not know anything about this?
