    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    @SkyHelpTeam new broadband due to today. Engineer booked for 8-1pm. Text at 11.30 he’s working off street. 2.15pmstill not arrived. 28 mins on the phone to sky. Can’t tell me where is he. Asked to cancel and rearrange visit. Someone will ring me in 72 hours to do this. Really ?

    @SkyHelpTeam for over a week now, our internet is dropping off at least 3/4 times a day. We are in S8. Has there been some issues?
