    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

    Really struggling with wifi at present, not great when working at home, spending hours on video (with video turned off) + delivering webinars whilst hoping “internet unstable” hasn’t turned me into a dalek @SkyHelpTeam are impossible to contact. Whose your preferred supplier?

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband (not great at the best of times) has been next to useless over the last couple of days yet you seem to report no problems in Caernarfon, can you look into it please because when I run a test you keep telling me it's ok

    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam To be frank I have tried. I appreciate the advise but this is not the way a company which boasts their customer service attributes so opening should be conducting itself. I would suggest that Sky pulls itself together as there is much more value out there now - it’s not just Sky!

    @SkyUK Hi. I'm thinking of coming over to sky mobile. Your coverage for my home shows I can have 4g indoors but not 3g. My current provider said the same thing and I can get nothing. If I find the same with your sim am I able to cancel my contract?

    @SkyHelpTeam A customer should have to chase an organisation at big and prominent as Sky to fix issues which should not have occurred in the first place-it’s pillar to post at this rate! I would not recommend Sky as provider to anyone who has reliable internet needs-including H&S & Mobility!

    @SkyHelpTeam when I log in to my account and try and set up talk shield from the account home page, it takes me to an unrelated help page rather than let me configure it. Happens on several different devices. Like the link is broken.

    @SkyHelpTeam ...and for the lack of consideration and respect I feel extremely disappointed with sky . Worst I have a bill to pay up front of a phone and broadband that I don’t have and leaves me with the only option possible is to lose me as a customer ! Thanks for your replies!

    @SkyHelpTeam The issues are sound drops, the Q box hogging the bandwidth and slowing down the internet for anything else in the house, mini box pixelations and disconnections and incredibly poor WiFi speed.
