So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

@SkyHelpTeam Internet issues occurring non stop since Dec 24th! Is there an issue in the Windsor area? I’ve done the online tests and it says my connection is not where it should be (2mbps instead of 12-17). Help please.

@jess_lipson1 @SkyHelpTeam same problem in IP2. just dropped mid way through watching netflix. Sky site says everything is fine (have to use mobile data to access it). Help guides are useless for issues.
