So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam my sky app doesn’t not recognise me. I log in and it works but everything is restricted. I can log on to my web browser and it works. I want to get the Apple TV for 6 months but can’t as I have to do it through the app. Any help please

@SkyHelpTeam Yes when I have downloaded the last 2 episodes of #TheLastOfUsHBO and interstellar the film. Not had an issue on my mini box upstairs though.
