So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Been told to expect a call on Thursday. But they’ve said this twice before and nothing has changed. Also, I was told to expect a call last Thursday but it never happened and when I called on Friday they said we’ll call you on Monday that never happened either. I had to call them
