  So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

  @SkyHelpTeam When I click buy now on sky go extra on the sky website, it just puts me onto the home page. The website can be very frustrating at times. I won’t be spending money to call support, to add more to my package. Im paying €100 per month as it is. Disgraceful

  @SkyHelpTeam still no response from our complaint both online and over the phone... keeping people on hold for 50minutes and a contact form that’s difficult to submit must keep complaints down. 😒
