@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@thestevecook @SkyHelpTeam If the dial tone is clear, its probably not a fault on your line. Unplug the router for a few minutes then check the sync. There could be an outage with Sky so if its still the same, carry on contacting Sky.
