So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@OpenreachHelp Weve lost phones and calling LL won't even connect, mobile just drops call, ADSL remains fine. I've confirmed the fault is external but @SkyHelpTeam say we have to pay for an engineer to fix your side bcos we're out of contract! That can't be right!

@SkyUK I've been trying to talk to an actual person for an hr now... I'm sick of being cut off and given automated options when I need to speak to someone as a matter of urgency.... I'm appalled by the lack of customer care!!!
