So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam think I’m going to have to cancel sky. Had issues with Fringe season 2 and now Resident Alien season 2. Whenever I try to download season 2 of Resident Alien, it’s telling me the this item is no longer available. I’ve updated the box and unplugged it.

@SkyHelpTeam That page just keeps reloading. But when I've managed to sign in. It's saying you don't have an address for me. But there's an engineer coming in Nov to upgrade the Internet.
