So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

I wish to make another complaint @SkyHelpTeam. There was yet another missed engineer's appointment on Wednesday PLUS a non-existent follow-up call yesterday. Elderly parents were left without a phone line and no TV. You have GOT to do better!
