So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

Really struggling with wifi at present, not great when working at home, spending hours on video (with video turned off) + delivering webinars whilst hoping “internet unstable” hasn’t turned me into a dalek @SkyHelpTeam are impossible to contact. Whose your preferred supplier?

@utdlee7 @Magman55 @SkySports I think you thinking of Amanda Staveley not PIF she was interested in Liverpool yes but that was with another consortium not PIF and the only club that PIF were linked too was Man Utd and that was Man U owners offering them shares for 700M which they turned down

How do you get someone at @SkyHelpTeam to call you? Been trying to get someone on the phone for days! Actually weeks but the past few days I’ve called, been on hold, waited, been sent down options I didn’t need, want or ask for etc! Just want to actually talk to a human!
