    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam seriously?! 10 minutes to download 1 minute of a programme?! All other devices working normally and broadband is fine, just unable to watch any downloading programme?! There’s always an issue with you lot, never had such consistently awful service.

    @citamo @RachelG21879460 @SkySports Horror Xtra channel carried on going so I didn’t even notice, and now I’ve missed it. Admittedly, this B sci-fi movie isn’t worth watching but I was cooking as well, so never mind. I have moved my 2 mins silence to 03:18 tomorrow morning.
