So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam so my saga continues. Sky knows there is an issue & after numerous calls they were sending an engineer ( outdoors). That was a week ago. And now heard nothing and the engineer info has disappeared “ no orders “ showing and just “contact us “yet again. HELP!!!!!
