    So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've also done all the connect it with the ethernet cable, and take off the filter and plug in direct, and unplug the phone, and plug direct into router, but it's not here, it doesn't help? That's why you said you'd optimise the line
