@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I was sent a new broadband router and it’s been an absolute mare since I swapped to it. Can I go back to my Q hub?! We had a power cut yesterday and it took forever to come back up, same issue today. Really disappointed!
