So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyUK absolute shambles, switched recently and had nothing but problems, the website and app is ridiculous and doesn’t work for ANYTHING, can’t even see why i’ve been charged an extra £100 on one of my lines!

@SkyHelpTeam I did manage to get hold of them but they stated the remote was no longer manufactured and gave me the website for yourselves linking the product!! Luckily I managed to find the remote down the side of the sofa
