@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam lets us down again. We were advised to sell the TV as we were not happy with the service. It took weeks to sort and now TV has been sold my buyer is being told they can not use this TV and buy sky glass service.

@SkyUK @skytv sky glass as the potential to be so much Better! If it was more like sky Q it would be perfect and it needs fast broadband/WI-FI to work correctly their is a lag on live sports,we have sky broadband but it’s still slow and the puck is also losing Wi-Fi connection

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m trying to renew my Sky contract. I’m an NHS key worker with a BlueLightCard but the Sky sales team refused to honour the BLC offer. I’ve been a loyal Sky customer for 9+ years, despite this, I am now being charged much more than the original BLC offer. Why?
