@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkySports When a black or Asian person abuses a white person why is this never treated as a race/hate crime?? Hmm Walked through any black communities lately, the abuse is horrendous and London and Birmingham areas are some of the worst. If you can't disagree with FACT "don't bother"

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Sky. Several years ago I had sky. Then I didn't, for a while. Then, about 2 years ago, I signed up for Broadband. When I try and log into the MySky account it still thinks I'm an ex-customer so I can't do anything. Can you help with this please?
