@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, used to have Broadband in my sky package but cancelled in May 2021 as there was an unresolved fault for over 1 month. Are you able to tell me if the fault was eventually fixed so I know whether returning to sky BB is an option? No point if it is still broken!

The problem we had was we’ve had to go back to the drawing board really after Ekitike took the piss. They’ll be busy and all the top journalists have said they’re trying.
