@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Tried that to no avail. So done my own research and there is a service problem in my area, this has been widely reported today and documented on the Internet since 13:28. Despite this your Sky Broadband app lies and says the speed is good at 39MB...... 🙄 #Porkies

trying to deal with @bt_uk after harrassing and stealing money from my Grandad then sending him a letter claiming he owes £890 for "breach of 4 year contract" after he moved to @SkyUK was never warned and now his phone which he gets through Sky has been cut off hes 89 and alone..

@SkySports This is the club that would be dead by 2024 if the super league didn’t go ahead. Yet they sign a player on £450,000 a week until 2026. And there is the problem.
