@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, if I buy the fight to 2atch on my laptop, can I use an HDMI cable to watch on a TV? I don't mean casting, I mean HDMI output. I can't get it through my TV service. Or do you block it if you detect an HDMI cable? Thanks

@SkyUK You need to fix your upgrade page, try to review for faster broadband and it gets stuck on a refresh loop. Same thing happens in the VIP app too.

@SkyHelpTeam I think the company's IT needs upgrading, everytime I call there is always an issue with the computers or the system. Today's one led me from a Fibre issue to just cancelling TV and BB because of the 90 minute wait.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I’m now in day 12 of no broadband service, only vague promises of an update in 3 more days, 0 help from my provider Sky who still refuse to escalate the issue. What does it take to get a straight answer? Perhaps Ofcom will help me.
