@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyUK throwing ridiculous bargains my way in regard to TV packages, but unfortunately I'm tied in with @bt_uk. If I could get out of the contract I would tbh, as the box, memory size, reception, etc is poor. Stuck till 2023 😫

@SkyHelpTeam Of course. Your internet. Doesn’t load. Your Sky Q service, which has to be the worst TV option on the market, doesn’t work. Call up your customer service: Internet: apparently not your fault, it’s open reach and that will take 5 days to repair TV: need an engineer in 29 days
