@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning - one of them has, but there is no longer a sky ID linked to the account so I get another error when I try to get it through that account. I tried another email address that definitely has never been used and get the same error previously mentioned.

@SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk very disappointed how an engineer can attend site to fix issues and then within half hour of them leaving the issue has got worse. Not good customer service or a good experience at all. Cant speak to anyone as all automated #poorcustomerservice #vulnerable

@GervaseWebb @SkyHelpTeam Same for me, my girlfriend is shielding and a key worker trying to working from home but can’t do anything because the internet is down and keep putting the phone down!

@SkyHelpTeam I have checked and don’t feel these give solutions. I turn the hub on/off frequently throughout day this doesn’t help, the location of hub is as advised and I have an extender in place already. Currently there are 2 devices connected laptop and sky TV. Still problem after problem

@SkyHelpTeam That it isn't an external problem after all; we do need an engineer to visit the property and that tomorrow's engineer booking was made as an 'empty' booking and is now going to happen on Thursday

Sky Q sound drop out seems to be an issue with loads of people on Sky Forums but @skytv @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam seem to know about the issue but are ignoring it #Rubbish
