@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@DzyYeh @SkyUK Cody, SKY are an utter pain. Getting nowhere with them. As you it looks like we'll be into a 3rd day of no service tomorrow. Lets hope these idiots get to work and fix the fault.

@SkyHelpTeam can you give me the number to ring to chase this issue and what problem is and how long it will be with the outage in Norwich to get it back on clearly can’t chase it so I’ll do it. Myself hopefully the customer service will be more helpful !

@SkyHelpTeam No phone line and broadband is a disaster. Have tried 3 phone numbers and nothing. Username or email not recognised. No response to emails. When you engage in selling you have no problem with contacting me. What are you at?
