@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Stream box keeps saying waiting for programme to load and I’m unable to use any apps. I’ve reset the box and the router but it is still not working. I am able to watch channels in the 1000s but not the main programmes i.e bbc itv sky channels etc please assist

@SkyUK seriously not happy. Basically stolen my money. Out of contract, change supplier, no service from Sky yet still taken the next month in full rather than refund/credit me for the service not used.

I've tried watching saving private Ryan a few times but could never get into it. Can anyone recommend a good quality film that's on @SkyUK at the moment? I have got Christmas with the kranks saved on the box but that's for Christmas day, my all time favourite Xmas film🎅🏻
