    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

    @SkyHelpTeam This has happened already. A customer advisor told me and engineer would be out and it would be fixed in 5 days, it’s been 12. I’ve been advised again by your automated system that an engineer will be out, what happened to the first engineer?

    @SkySports What like respecting the referee and accepting their decisions, or not acting like you have been shot when you haven’t even been touched. Yea would be terrible for football to turn into rugby

    @SkyHelpTeam Then why, as soon as I dialled in, did the automated voice say they did not recognise my number as linked to the account and did I have another number? I was not given an option to opt out of support.
