@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam All we’ve been told is that we had to pay for a new router and it didn’t solve the problem so it’s obviously something on ur end, I’m thinking you should upgrade ur servers so u can handle the traffic. It’s hard trying to connect to my online classes with the slowest WiFi alive

@tempovilla2006 @vinyl_kenny @SkySports I agree,I don’t think anyone should HAVE to play their kids but YES you can only use players registered as part of the premier league squad for premier league matches. That’s why Villa were able to play the FA cup game & not PL. I’m unsure if they allow emergency registrations

@SkyHelpTeam For what I pay a month and being a key worker is there nothing you can do to further support us? 5 days isn’t an acceptable time scale at the moment as I have children to teach and a child at home trying to learn! It seems changing providers would be quicker?

broadband help would be great @SkyHelpTeam.After a long call it seems there is an issue outside our house and a technician will be sent out...no idea when & no option to speak with anyone!i am a teacher delivering lessons and I have a child trying to access lessons.Need support!
