    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @ScottBodd @SkySports they'll building a team for the future obviously but not improving the first team will result in more poor performances, which will ultimately Mean less funding and less world class players to the club.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried EVERYTHING on this useless Sky box and got NOTHING. The dish is on the side of my house facing trees, put their by your engineer over 20 years ago, now its my fault that I can't get Sky Q. Take this as notice that if you can't fix this I'll be cancelling my account.

    @swearimnotpaul @honigstein Shocking from @SkySports to not show the game. Take the rights of the Bundesliga then by wk2 they fail to show suitable volume of games. Are they picking 1 a week? Should be at least 1 a day Fri, Sat & Sun. All those channels & its Swansea vs Bristol on a Fri night...

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyHelpTeam problem with satellite signal so not getting any channels, tried the guides online to fix and still not working. Earliest I can get an engineer is 28th August and going to get charged for it! Joke.

    @xxphenomenalxxx @SkySports Yes you are correct, I didn’t see that he had also donated money, so I apologise and commend Mr Havertz for his donation- my bad (not changing my opinion on his shooting though) - care free - celery, and all that rubbish!
