@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyUK do you actually have a way of speaking to someone on the phone to discuss your embarrassing connection to broadband? I’m waiting for a call back from last week still too and all I do is get kicked off calls and told to look online where I can’t get the help

We’re always quick to complain, but I’ve just had exemplary service from @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam - 1hr 50mins on the phone to completely reset our whole broadband & Q network. Back to full speed & intelligent grid to fuel #HomeSchooling video classes & video meetings.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure
