@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyHelpTeam Hey guys, help! My sky hadn’t worked for a few months now. I tried to call your helpline and they asked me to swop the wires in the sky box then said box was broken. It’s not old, I’ve had boxes 3 X’s longer. £148, £68 coming out my acc but no sky 😢

Getting hold of @SkyUK is impossible trying to aske a few questions before I sign up for broadband but they won't let you like chat or call them unless you number is link to an account which you can get before you sign up, absolutely stupid guess I'll take my business elsewhere

@SkyHelpTeam seems like broadband not working in NE35 NE36 area. Lots of people saying their internet is dropping out all the time. Have done test and it says no problem in area but a number of people saying there is. Can you check?

@SkyHelpTeam hello, is your internet down? woke up to it not working at all, I pressed reset on my broadband box and now the middle light is just staying orange 😔
