That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

Got them to reduce the price to what it would be for a new customer by telling them that if they didn't honour the price I would be switching providers immediately.

Adam (@AdamH_Ash) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancelled just this week for the same reason. More than doubled my tv package and broadband and the best they could offer me was £3 off. Horrible to deal with. Their retention team used to be ok now it’s gone down big time!
