@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely disappointed with your customer services at the moment. Our sky account had shown that a monthly bill had been paid. But nothing came out of our bank account. Spoke to a member of you team who had confirmed 100% that the bill had been paid. (1)
