    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

    @NannyVeg @SkySportsPL @SkySports I always mute sky sports commentary, put a music channel on the radio instead, the bias has been shocking for years. My wife pays the subscription, and does like me calling their bias whenever she contacts them. It's smith and carragher who are the worst...she won't cancel ..

    @SkyHelpTeam I've raised multiple complaints about incorrect “additional location” charges on my account despite never using my Sky Pucks outside my home. Provided evidence twice, no response, & still charged £26. Unacceptable. Formal complaint made. Resolve urgently. @SkyUK
