That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

Scarlett Shaw (@ScarlettShaw) reportedAnyone thinking of switching to #SkyFullFibre, don’t if you’re a gamer. Their routers are useless and UPnP doesn’t work so you’re stuck with strict NAT settings. Even if you enable it in the router, it doesn’t work. Avoid. This is a major issue @SkyHelpTeam.
