@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@WOOOplaysgaming Have to agree with you there 27 times since 7pm our internet has cut off tonight, Been like this for days. No offer from sky @SkyHelpTeam to fix, and only offer to cancel broadband for free, not our whole package
