    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm changing networks ASAP, ordered a sim from another network now. Once that becomes active within the next week or two I assume my cooling off period will come into play, and it will be all cancelled without penalty

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I tried calling but sky are having technical issues themselves it says, so the wait time is long. I was curious if I wanted to change can I keep my number and transfer before the cooling off period ends. Thanks
