@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Not sure how to do that, I have rest the network settings but that doesn’t work. It’s been a problem for several@days now. Initially just e mail but today the rest have been playing up.

Hello @bt_uk another 10 days apparently, until you attempt to repair 80 year old parents phone line - been out for 2 weeks already. You do know how much they rely on your services. Apparently you don’t seem to care. I know the service is provided by @SkyUK but you are vital.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes they are all Apple. I have reset network settings twice to no avail and turned off some privacy settings, still no joy. Peculiar they all work on 4G

@SkyHelpTeam Ok We have and Hp desktop so will check that first. I will get back to sky if that is affected. We had problems with sky super fast when we switched to it late last year and had to have Open Reach check@it all out, there was a problem at the box in the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had previous issues with the phones, getting through then line disconnecting. Is this a “normal” wait for your customer service? I’m actually looking to cancel.

@marthaunplugged Sending empathy. Still awaiting ‘priority’ callback as follow-up complaint on behalf of 83yr-old left w/out telephone over Christmas & mis-sold something else. Days I’ve wasted speaking with them; poor training or poor overall business practice? Poor service in any case. @SkyUK
