@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam No offence but it won’t solve anything. Hour after hour we are on the phone to sky. Been told tonight after 90 minutes that options remaining may be to remove SkyQ or Sky package altogether if can’t be fixed. After 10 months of it not working. We live in a normal new build house

Anyone else having issues with the sky go app? It’s logged me out and now keeps saying there is technical issues and to try again later.. 5days in a row now it’s happened and yes I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again 😒 @SkyHelpTeam
