    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have super fast broadband so you tell me yet you have SNEAKILY added on top a £7 a month charge for “WiFi boost” if I have the fastest WiFi why do I need the boost? It’s illegal you charge me for this without my permission and you have taken the money!never asked for the boost

    @SkyHelpTeam That is how it seems to have been programmed. Although obviously in the real world the 2nd screening, by definition, cannot be new, it is a repeat. That is what is causing the issue with series link, I believe. In my opinion, removing the New flag from the 2nd at 8pm may fix it

    @SkyHelpTeam why is your 4g so slow. Plymouth has 5g but on 4g+ the maximum download speed is 5mbps. Maybe not so good to run on @O2

    @SkyHelpTeam And I tried to do the order over the phone and the operator put the order through then her system said it was cancelled due to the issue above

    @SkyHelpTeam I was a customer i left 9 months ago and I recieve calls every day and leaflets 3 or 4 times a week, its beyond a joke now and it is becoming harrassment
