    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband not working. It happens. But a month and two engineers later. system is not working to send a new router so you can’t make a call to send one and did not call to advise. Also no mangers working. schooling impossible #homeschooling2021 #poor #shocking
