    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I did this. Says an engineer is coming but no confirmed date or time. Internet has just dropped out for the 3rd time today. Unable to join work meetings. Abysmal service.

    I can’t believe how rude @SkyProtect staff are? @SkyUK huffing down the phone at me. Vicky needs some customer service training. Don’t ask me why I’m cancelling and then huff down the phone!

    @DomJL96 @chrissyrobbo77 @SkySports There’s bad ownership of having the club asset stripped, generations of fans ruined by no concessions and trying to change your name compared to spending well to much the fans saying “we have the efl on strings”. Don’t want you to go bust at all but sky and media are obsessed
