    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @Elrob100 @SkyUK Been down since last night in some areas. Mine only went down about a hour ago. Known fault on sky website. At 10:30 they sat they had found the issue and were working to solve it but seems more people have gone down since then.

    @SkyHelpTeam How do I go about applying for compensation for this outage- 15hrs now - ur customer service has been awful - in particular the 'were signing off for the night' tweet during a major outage - disgusting

    Renewing my @SkyUK contract and tried to make a complaint about the 19% price rise, and the inevitable in-contract price increases. At the end of the call they closed the complaint as the price is the price and therefore there is no way the complaint can be resolved. Laughable 🙄
