    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have the app. That's not the issue. The issue is that it has stopped working and if you check out the recent comments and reviiin the play store you'll see lots of customers are affected

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried phoning them and it's an answerphone to say there is a problem with local telephone exchange and that I can have a txt message sent to me 2 know when I can get back online, then it said the support team will not be able to advise further, so could not talk to any1.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. Internet os working but know we are facing problem with sky tv and sky tv multi room, Its keep losing connection in the other room whete we have multi room box. Sorry. But thanks
