    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, none of the suggested fixes work. Can you help? There is football on I am trying to watch now so emailing won’t work in time. App works on mobile data not on WiFi.
