    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam As you might have seen I had a stream up And running but had to stop it due to my internet not connecting properly. Tell me what I should do,do I wait a hour like in the past ?. Like I said this is a external issue and needs openreach to fix it but my contract is with YOU.

    @SkyHelpTeam @legobeckham Recommend? Your terms suggest you will charge people an extra subscription if they take the puck elsewhere But how is it fair that if I'm on holiday in the UK I can't watch the sky channels I'm paying for? No other streaming service works this way, so you need to be very clear

    @SkyHelpTeam Even going from fibre to super fast fibre I asked your phone tech if this will help the stability issue and he replied it might do. Well as you can see it has made no difference what so ever and even going to another isp wouldn't fix the problem.this is a external fault.
