    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam no but please the wifi is so rubbish it’s always got an orange light!!! Devices cant even pick it up, making it so hard to wfh. Sort it outtttt worst broadband ever

    @virginmedia your customer service is a joke (webchat doesn't work and phone keeps dropping). You charged me £20 for a move - I moved the kit myself! And also started a new contract which surely can't be right. Why are @SkyUK so easy to get hold of when you suck?
