@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m annoyed to keep receiving these replies. We’ve had a new router, been fobbed off numerous times, twice been told there is a local exchange issue, twice been told it’s fixed then patronisingly told to watch until it’s not going off very 15 mins to know it’s been resolved.

It's about ******* time @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK updated their sky go app to allow up to 4k and to improve frame rates. It's so bad to watch compared to other streaming and it defo shows when watching sky sports compared to my bt sports app.
