@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK been a customer for years. Hit a really bad spot but then sky agent reassures me not to worry. Only to find out today it was lies and tough luck. Will feedback to agent but nothing can do to assist. #lies #falsepromises #nocareforthecustomer

@SkyHelpTeam Well it's a good job I can do all my work directly on the router then isn't it? Nope, that obviously doesn't work. Surely it's more pertinent what the customer/user actually experiences? Which is dire.

@SkyHelpTeam once again the customer services strikes again sky box get disconnected ring up get it reconnected and once again lose catch up, demand and sky cinema! Ring sky and got shouted at off a vile women!!! 5 months I have had the worst service from this company!!!

@SkySports I don’t think many doubt that when he is on top form he is capable of winning any tournament, but these days it’s his mental strength that seems to be the problem. So many times he’s in contention after 3 rds, but the shoots the worst score of contenders for final rd
