@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@jamesash89 @VitalityBlast @SkySports They do great work with the England games, but they are so poor everywhere else. The counties have had to provide their own facilities to get people watching. When the host broadcaster can’t be bothered to show it themselves

Non fibre broadband area, so reliant on ADSL via @SkyHelpTeam (crap at best) & 4g from @ThreeUKSupport which has been utterly shite for days. Neighbour has gone with @EE for poss faster 4g so waiting on their results. If good it’ll be “goodbye 3” for both broadband & 2x mobiles.

@AFCMet @VitalityBlast @SkySports It’s been the case for years and makes no sense. If you have exclusive rights to certain competitions, then you should use them. It would be much better to at least televise one CC match per round and raise awareness. It makes me upset and offers poor value for customers

@SkyHelpTeam we are have brief momentary loss off sound through our Sky Q. This has been going off for a considerable time and is a known problem. Are Sky working on a fix for this? We have replaced all the leads and the sound bar and are still noticing this issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky’s Customer Service is abysmal.Installation date 3 May - unsuccessful. No show from promised Tier 2 engineer 6 May.Second unsuccessful visit 23/5. Numerous tweeks from Building Management. Now you want us to wait till 21 June. Shame on you.
