@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

Any update yet @SkyHelpTeam on the internet outage in Redditch please?? It’s been off for 30 hours now and this will be my 2nd days wage lost. DO NOT tell me to check the website, we all know how to do that. I just want a timescale which shouldn’t be that hard.
