@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Glass delivery has been moved from Saturday to Tuesday without any communication what so ever - Must say that the service around the Glass Launch has been terrible, Pre-registration, post registration and general customer service needs a lot of help.

@SkyHelpTeam Shortly, 5 days after the launch? seems to me that people are just managing to bypass your systems and order it anway. i probably now will decide not to take it, seems the diamond 19 years as a customer means absolutely nothing only meainingless words

@SkyHelpTeam So if I take delivery and and activate sky glass but decide within 31 days to return it would my Q be reactivated with the same terms I’m currently on or will I be treated as a new customer and get new customer deals? Would I be free to look elsewhere for my tv service?

@SkyHelpTeam I have just spent over 35 minutes trying to change the colour of my SKY Glass TV being delivered on Monday from black to white to be told that all I can do is refuse delivery as it's too late to cancel - this is rubbish rubbish service

@SkyHelpTeam i ordered sky glass after receiving phone call from yourselves Monday night. Cannot sign CCA. Over three and half hours on hold or speaking to advisors and no joy, was told to cancel and reorder after delivery date. Rang to reorder yesterday. Still can’t sign it !
