@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyUK disappointed with sky glass got it yesterday and it’s been stuck on the activation screen called sky yesterday and apparently they raised a ticket to fix it hopefully it be done in 72 hours as they said so 😡

@SkyHelpTeam sitting in chat for over an hour to just try and cancel my tv package with you. Time slowly creeping up to when your messaging system shuts down for the day. It feels suspiciously like you’re making it as difficult to cancel as possible 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has been down since 3pm ish and it is now currently around 20 to 8pm and I’m wondering when it will be back up because this is very frustrating as I’ve tried resetting my router numerous times, unplugging things and nothings working.
