@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam That is a very heavy handed way to treat a customer, under 24 hours, 2 hours and a text message is a little much. Talking about cancelling within 24 hours of the direct debit being canclled it quite a strong way to treat a customer.

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live Sky were unbelievably good to me when I called @SkyHelpTeam to cancel sky sports post-divorce. The lovely lady on the phone cancelled it despite me still being in contract and, without me asking, cut my bills in half for the next 12 months.
