@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam can’t actually help you, they just ask you to PM them so they can tell you they can’t help you in private. Even when they’ve cut off someone’s sky who has advised them of a bereavement and transferred the details. Horrific.
