    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

    @SkySports Break now is needed. Rate of infection nationwide is ridiculous since Christmas. What a stupid idea that was. It is clearly effecting the prem league. So break the chain now.

    @appydaze70 @SkySports @LFC Any proper United fan wanted league to continue for us to CL football I know that didn’t work out to well for us this year. There are plenty of fans who didn’t wanted Liverpool to win the league at any cost. Like when Liverpool were **** their fans became more ABU fans over LFC

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam is there anything that can be done about scam calls? I’ve had 6 this morning purporting to be from ‘Sky technical help’ saying I need to download software for ‘security’. When questioned they had none of my Sky account details.

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    @TigramG @HillF1 @SkySports Still bitter over Schumacher and 94 for sure! For me I’ve got no problem with Lewis winning titles it’s just very boring, they used to say the same about Schuey but this ********** is longer thanks to minimum regulation change.

    @SkyHelpTeam What is the nature of the problem? Last week or so I see my upload speed dropping down from c19 to less than 1mbs at random times (download speed was fine)
