    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam beat @virginmedia hands down 4 customer service. UK call centres, polite, helpful, kind, staff - and that attitude continues even though I've cancelled after a week. Contrast that with Virgin's incredibly rude attitude as soon as I made it clear I was def cancelling!

    @SkyHelpTeam A good value for money Sky Black Friday offer for a VIP customer like myself would be to offer reductions on services I already have & use, not suggesting I spend even more money with you on something I don’t need, such as Sky Multiscreen.

    @SkyHelpTeam can anyone tell us if the 'exchange issue' in the NE62 area is actually being resolved? No internet for hours and when we call it just says there's an exchange issue and hangs up.
