    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had done all that and your own troubleshooting told me there was an outage in my area. It’s thankfully fixed now but 24 hours seems like a long time for such a big outage.

    So much for loyalty from @SkyHelpTeam - been a Sky customer for 20 years + Have a problem with viewing card and waiting for a replacement but Royal Mail having issues and Sky won’t use any other delivery service but it’s ok for me to have no Sky. Will look at moving to Virgin

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me but it came on again last night around midnight, I was just annoyed that there was no message from sky to say there was a problem, I thought it was my router but all good now 🤪🤪
