    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

    @OpenreachHelp I have had an update from my provider @SkyUK. Still no information about when there will be a @OpenreachHelp engineer to fix problems. Just that the 17th was cancelled for unknown reasons. And now have to wait until 29th for next update... so that means no internet over Christmas

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a support worker and have worked through the pandemic and now hearing o don't worry we will sort it on the 13th of January sorry not good enough no wonder people leave sky and go elsewhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam you have honestly the worst customer services I have ever come across. I do not want to solve my problem online like your computer on the phone keeps telling me, it does not help and you get no where. I need to speak to a real person please

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried the troubleshooting numerous times it does not help. I have also got a sky booster that does not work every night from 7 o'clock onwards regardless if there is 1 or 12 devices connected the wifi drops and loses connection and this goes on most of the night

    @SkyUK Really poor customer service after one of YOUR engineers messed up my Sky whilst installing a neighbour’s! Next available engineer is a month away! This is not on. I pay a small fortune for my Sky and can’t access anything! #badcustomerservice #SkyTV
