  @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

  @SkyHelpTeam Hey! Are you aware of any issues with broadband around the CT1 area? Internet connection has been intermittent and unreliable. Have heard that there is apparently an issue in the area and that you are aware and working on it, but wanted to check? Thanks !!

  @SkyHelpTeam I cancelled sky broadband due to my broadband constantly disconnecting, I rang numerous times to complain about it and never once did they admit that their fibre routers had a software glitch in them . When I posted an internal memo about it,they soon contacted me

  @SkyHelpTeam our WiFi is down, our mobile data is barely working either and Sky’s automated phone system sends you round and round in circles trying to redirect you to online help (not much help). Select option to talk to a person and the department is closed. Terrible service
