@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam If you look at my account, all the info I have given to the sky should be document there. They technician tried to refresh the apps to see if it would help. He didn’t know what the error code meant. Unfortunately this didn’t resolve the matter.

@SkySports I am aware of #Covid, but Manchester City are choosing which games they want to play. Cancelled game v. @Everton . Aston Villa are fulfilling their fixtures. e.g, in the FA Cup tonight. Yet Man City seem to be allowed to cancel any game they want to. What is going on?

@SkyHelpTeam Its the second time of ringing today. I couldn't wait any longer, I just want my broadband fixing!! I dont understand why it is so difficult to speak to someone, might as well just cancel then someone usually picks up the phone.
