    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    This is why I don’t bother with media whether it’s Skysports, bbcsport, talksport or newspapers because there biggest offenders with there **** stirring. They pretend there doing it morals but really it’s money and ratings don’t believe the bullshit

    @SkyHelpTeam over 8 hours of phone calls, 9x customer service reps, 5x engineer visits (2x no shows), no follow ups, engineers blaming each other - requested an upgrade to super fast on 19-Jan, still waiting. Unbelievably poor customer journey - ref: 1607348115

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks! That would be the 9 agents I’ve already spoken to. Apparently there isn’t an escalation process? I’m a platinum customer but certainly not with platinum service.
