@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyUK What an absolute joke !! Appalling service . Apparently they have a problem with their system where they cannot see appointment schedules for engineers and there are no appointment dates!!! Supposedly we are a VIP gold member whatever that is supposed to mean !
