@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@lachojski @SkySports Pen last night was VAR , that shirt pull was never enough to make trezeguet fall over like that (he’s another diver btw) most of the tackles on Grealish weren’t fouls but he makes sure with his theatrical dives as does Salah all the time ....... wise up refs

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband not working, sky come out then say it’s open reach, open reach change lline g fast plug, then sky come back and tell me openreach need to come back. Avoid Sky broadband.

@SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with your website?! I have been trying to order a new phone all evening, and all I get is constant error messages!! Somebody else has raised this and was told to clear cache and cookies. I have done this, errors still occur!!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - my broadband has been running really slow for a couple of weeks, both on a wired connection and on wi-fi, making it very hard to work from home. Can you look into this please? Wish you hadn't shut down all online contact methods, not convenient to have to phone!
