  @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

  @SkyHelpTeam I’m been trying for 30 min to speak to someone on telephone but it keeps cutting me off and telling me to go online!! I find this frustrating after being a customer for over 13 years and I can’t speak to someone when I need too!!! #nocustomerservice
