@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam @DaveN68773368 Looks like it’s a national problem, which would suggest it’s a sky problem not a issue in customers homes. Can’t stream our film tonight! Frustrating is understatement!

@SkyHelpTeam Wish it had only been happening today. My broadband has been dropping out every few minutes for the last few weeks. Awful service and communication from sky. Can’t even get hold of anyone.

@SkyHelpTeam The amount of money people spend on sky tv and internet and it’s still taking you this long to resolve the problem. TV is always repeats, nothing good ever on and the price for packages is a joke. Sort it out SKY.

@Jimmy_bail @SkyHelpTeam We’ve been having problems since late November. Constantly drops out. Then when you phone them they have the cheek to tell you they will ring you back on your landline... which also doesn’t work!

@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam No point calling them as you have to wait over an hour. No word from sky, other than a general update on skygo to say that there are issues. I’ve been thinking of changing for a while after many problems and this is probably the final straw.

@BenThompson53 @SkyHelpTeam I’m in Benfleet too. Had intermittent problems since 5pm. Keeps stopping and starting, some things load, some don’t. TV on demand keeps dropping. Rubbish. And no mention of any problems on their website!
