@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

While the #ESL was a horrible idea it is almost preferable to having to listen to these 'holier than thou' idiots on #SkySports and #BT bang on about fairness and merit. You would think they don't charge hundreds per year to watch a sport that was free for all 30 years ago.
