    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried the Internet connection in the test socket today and it worked at the normal speed. Bit when put into the main socket the speed drops again. I have replaced the micro filter. The phone connection cable is fine, the the problem must be the router.

    @NathanL68388590 @SkySports @JeffStelling He might be right myself I have never and never would leave before final whistle but it’s not his place to discredit any fans on tv. Also some of them might have a good acceptable reason.
