@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkySports 3 tests, 3 very poor and incorrect selections. Broad that plays in green wickets and leach plays on a wicket that turns. Let's have batter that can bat, the right bowlers given said wicket, and a captain that can win the toss.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download box set and still saying fail. I try everything. I can see this has been ongoing issue.
