    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam I made a complaint about 2 weeks I've got sky q and the sky engineer only fitted 1 pronged coaxial wire and obviously I've not had the service as I've had no signal for like 3 months on and off,
