@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyHelpTeam Pointless because i know enough to see from the router logs that the problem exists on the WAN connection side. When the dropouts occur, the diagnostics on the router show the WAN port is still connected but no packets are being received from the switch.

@SkyHelpTeam Iv already got loss of service applied and sky go on my tv but that’s besides the point is it not ? Iv not got wat I pay u for and I am been made to wait 8 days ( 4 now ) put ya self in my place paying almost £70 a sodding mth and for wat Nothing ? Rubbish service **** advisors
