    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Over 24 hours of issues at this point. WiFi is still cutting in and out. Useless customer service. Feels like banging my head on a brick wall.

    Skysports news making the Hungary fans to be the worst in the world. England fans behaved much worse in the Euros. Dont be gunning for them when we can't behave ourselves

    After 10 years definitely time to leave @SkyUK - broadband down again, and when it is working despite paying for super fast broadband it can’t even maintain a zoom call... though they still expect me to pay over £100 to get out of it despite them lying to me about what I’d get!

    @SkyHelpTeam internet is still down in Staffordshire, any idea when this will be fixex please? I am one the many people trying to work from home! If it cannot be fixed soon just an update would be great please, keep us in the loop so we don't need to complain. Thanks!

    @SkySports You seriously need proper journalists if this constitutes a “breaking news story”. Stadium burns down. Yes. Fire in a kitchen … you chaps are clutching at straws. Get some proper journalist & get rid of the millennial & Gen Z types.
