@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Plus over 10 minutes wait time so just going to add the my phone bill on my mobile. At the moment having to use data on my phone to work as it’s constantly disconnecting. Either I get help or I’ll buy my own modem and fix my network that way :)

@Sjopinion10 If sky were offered a piece of this they’d be all over it! This is the same sky trying to charge fans £15 a game during a pandemic when most people were either furloughed, worried about losing their jobs or even lost their jobs! **** sky they’re just as greedy! @SkySports
