    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SimonLester24 @SkySports We have our issues and we are not playing amazing football at all. But yes If we had Jose, we would have all hated it! He can win a micky mouse cup this year but it covers nothing. Can not stand the man, so glad we did not get him, he does not match our club anyway.

    @SkyUK you’ve sent me a new sky box after convincing me to come back after I’ve just left. You haven’t sent me a viewing card. Im not waiting 60 min on you customer service number . Contact me to sort this out. If not you can have your box back Monday.

    @SkyHelpTeam FFS, i've had enough of this waste of my life... time to cancel the upgrade broadband, cancel my Sjy TV and dump the whole damned package - assuming i can actually speak to someone.... My life and time is surely worth more that waiting on hold for sky to give a dman?

    @SkyHelpTeam my advice to anyone thinking of upgrading sky or even joining sky DONT, Customer service calls result in hours on phone listening to patchy elevator music, recorded messages touting sky products & constant blame of rubbish service on the pandemic And I pay for this!

    @SkyHelpTeam your sale appears to offer Netflix at £5 per month as add on even if already subscribed separately. Does this mean I can add to my package and cancel the payment I make direct to Netflix?

    @SkyHelpTeam No worries. Call was answered soon after anyways and we came to the conclusion that it was @netflix's issue 🙄
