    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam @frannyannew What’s the point of checking the service when all it says is no known problems, when clearly none of us have internet in the new areas affected and we keep telling you it’s not working?? I don’t understand how you can get your comms so wrong. It’s like you’re utterly deaf to us.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I’m in Brighton, please tell me when my internet is coming back I’ve been unable to work today from home! Not happy. Terrible service! I am leaving to join BT with faster speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam this is beyond a joke now. Don’t send me to the link to check service in my area, as I can’t get on it. A simple ETA of when you expect areas to be up and running would be greatly appreciated so I can get in with my job
