@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Due to my house layout I have a booster box and use the mini q boxes to get the signal round the home. With just the tv acting as one wifi extender how will I get the signal to the other rooms?
