    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyUK massively regretting ordering an iPad through you. Awful service and still no closer to getting it or even a delivery date. If you knew getting stock was an issue then don’t promise a 2-3 delivery time frame.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all those suggestions over the past week with no joy, now I think I have missed the offer. Not great service as i havent a couple hours spare to sit on the phone with you. Now thinking about changing providers. Been a customer for 13 years and do not feel valued
