That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

We now have a new tv & so wanted to upgrade & we’re told we’d have to pay £99. Considering we pay about £70 pm I’m not impressed with your cust service!
