    @SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been having issues in the last 2 days with TV service, some channels work and some don’t. I noticed the cabling outside that lead to the dish is damaged, has a little tear in the cable and I think this could be affecting the service as I have checked everything else

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve gone through all the help and it doesn’t change anything. I was looking to see if an engineer could visit as the cable is visibly damaged and It’s highly likely this is the cause?
