@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@skyhelpteam Could Channel 4 use the absence through technical problems of Kerrang as a knee jerk reaction to close it altogether? The longer it is off the more likely it will never come back in my opinion.

@SkyHelpTeam @scarlett_fleurr I'm not trying to be difficult but, there are a lot of people reporting this and you're telling us all the same thing. How many engineers have you got? This seems to be a countrywide problem. I'm guessing if this isn't sorted out a lot of customers will be jumping the Sky ship.

@robharries83 @FootballlForAll @SkySports They had 2 shots on target in the whole game and were sat back for most of it? 5-10 years ago maybe but current Ronaldo, just no. As I’ve previously said, he’s 36 and if we’re being honest he’s been poor in his last few games too.
