@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyUK Ive received a 2nd message asking for equipment to be returned. I left because of poor service. Even now I'm still waiting for this elusive box. Twice I have called. Only now I'm being told "tuff we will charge you"! Send it recorded, then I will send it back recorded. 👎

@SkyHelpTeam come on Sky, we’ve had no broadband since 11.30pm 26 January. Can you advise what the issue is and when it will be fixed. I have been told it’s the telephone exchange but nothing more. We rely on internet to work from home and also for my son’s college!
