@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

@SkyHelpTeam why is it so impossible to speak to a human! All my mum wants to do is check her sky contract is cancelled and she won’t get charged. Over an hour wait on live chat and on the phone. Your customer service is appalling.
