    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hub never reports any outage even when there is one, 10/10 times even when there is an issue area wide with the broadband it isn't listed as an outage. I have no problem waiting for problems to be fixed but I pay extra so sky knows there's a problem before I do...

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a mass outage in the UK with sky broadband? I am in Scotland and my hub won't connect at all and when I search for a signal all bt and sky WiFi signals are dead in the area. is this a larger issue? An idea on what's going on would ease people's minds.

    @alunT @SkyUK It's almost like there are different cell providers who have different cell positions resulting in a variance of signal strength. I'm intrigued at what you expect from your pathetic call for help - them to pick up a cell tower and drop it in your garden? Clueless

    @FOS @SkySports this isn't going to stop people from gambling...also, they have more money than a lot of the companies trying to sponsor....whoever is running the show is a complete idiot who doesn't have a clue

    @luluphooey @SkyHelpTeam At this point I'm not certain you even know the difference between WIFI and broadband so might be best giving the help line a ring so an agent can help you do some (and I must stress) very simple troubleshooting steps that you seem incapable of doing yourself

    @SkyHelpTeam @MelanieOrton1 Literally zero help. Redirecting us to a page that provides no information. ANY update at all would be useful Sky. I’m not going to sit on the phone for hours waiting for you to pick up

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you but mysky app does my checks for me and it's not showing an outage and if it picked up other WiFi signals that it usually does o would think it's something on my end but all bt and sky WiFi signals my phone easily picks up are gone so it's logically a bigger issue.

    @LaurieD97 @SkyHelpTeam Doesn't work on absolutely every TV, so if you've tried all the codes chances are the TV doesn't support the technology required for a 3rd party remote to control it. Looks like its 2 remotes for you Lauren
