    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been through the phone system again a couple of times and absolutely no help whatsoever, possibly the worst system I have had to use. I just want to purchase the now tv smart stick WiFi remote, which only seems available through Sky.

    @SkySports Logan Paul wins whatever happens here. He's never expected to get anywhere near Floyd but if he does perform well then it'll be massive. If he gets knocked out, he'll get over it, he's used to returning from adversity.
