@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam This wasn't an internal connection issue, the entire street had no Internet, other than those who are virgin customers, over the two days. It is now resolved.

@SkyHelpTeam Already done, I have had this issue for months and already posted from my old twitter account. Cancelling all my scheduled tv programmes is not good enough (I work all hours so rely on my recordings to have my down time). Please please just fix

@SkyUK fuming to be threatened with debt collection agency and late charges for not paying a bill for equipment we returned in November 2021 and we have provided Royal Mail proof of delivery … still customers too - disgraceful service!!!!

@cfcraghav Coz when they protested against the super league roman was in charge (someone who cared about the club and fans), all other club fans were in the same boat, skysports and the pundits were also in support (coz they would have lost revenue). Only chelsea fans wont matter to them.

@SkyUK we have been waiting since 13 Feb 22 for a £160 refund after deciding to cancel Sky Glass before it was delivered - still no sign of the refund, have called 4 times about this not good enough !
