RedditchVilla (@K6HolteEnd) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

Sarah Protheroe (@ProtheroeSarah) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK To have to go over death details to every supplier is awful. Did u not use the green form TICK ONCE when registered his death ! I am so sorry for your loss x

Mikki Bjerke (@mibjerke) reported@SkySports Stupid question. No debate. Rules are rules. England dodged a bullet due to a faulty tech system. No doubt that the ball hit the cable. To question this is like asking if the sky is blue or green. And 54 % chooses green due to the narrative. Good luck in the semis 👍🏻

KusariNinja 🏴🏴 (@KusariNinja) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia did similar when my first wife passed away. They owed around £300. Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for £25 outstanding bill lol

Ann (@annockh) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had so much trouble with virgin when my mother died. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.

RunningSloth (@Lescoleen67) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
