@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam signed up to your full fibre broadband and had an install date of the 20/7 which never happened. Been told its an openreach problem and that the equipment isn't in place. So why are you selling full fibre in my area if theres no infrastructure in place

@shivpatel94 @SkyHelpTeam That is awful - they claim to have a Sky VIP service which includes a ‘dedicated’ team for ‘gold’ members. @SkyHelpTeam is there even a difference between gold and bronze?! What a bunch of money grabbers. We changed from Sky to BT - I would recommend!

@SkyHelpTeam @Lilytas1 It’s very easy to fake an out going number and pretend to be sky or d&g. I get these calls regularly and they want my bank details and card details and as seemingly my current ones are suddenly not working! I tell them I’ll call back myself. Much safer

@SkyUK I've had so many friends tell me they started contracts 4 wks or so ago at this price, but are all now being billed more than that, and each one is making no headway with customer services . I left Sky about 15 yrs ago for the same sort of treatment, and never looked back.
