    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

We should all be focusing on and condemning ALL these disgusting people who feel they need to do this sort of vile stuff, whether they support United, Liverpool or any other club. It's no good just condemning other clubs and not your own.

    @SkyUK I've known this for a long time but I think all it does it just sends out a signal telling the remote to beep. Similar if you left your cordless landline handset you can press a button at the station to cause it to make a noise.
