@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for update. Sky must know this has been an issue for years, just seems like they can't be arsed to fix it. Sure I can use Q remote on TV, but when online I like to use website. If it doesn't work, what's the point of it? Will try again in 2 days, but not holding my breath.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, that's the page, definitely not working for me. If I change the dropdown menu from eg sports to documentaries, nothing happens. Ditto if I try to change the 'day' in top menu. I can wait a whole minute, but nothing changes. Have tried on chrome and firefox. Please advise.

@SkyUK afternoon. I just recently renewed my sky tv & broadband for £57 per month & was promised I wouldn’t lose the football channel but did & lost some documentaries can you help because it’s very impossible to speak on the phone to sky.
