@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@Mats903 @UtdVikzen @SkySports This is the problem. People can't keep up with all the changing/conflicting terminology. Greg Clarke used outdated terminology that was said without malice and lost his job. A precedent has (wrongly) been set.
