    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

    @SkyHelpTeam for a few days my internet has been dropping quite often. All my Alexa devices lose connection for a few minutes and can’t connect. Tried rebooting router but same happens randomly. Through the day. Any local issues? Or could it be router broken?

    @SkyHelpTeam what the hell is going on. My bill is going up 36%. £50 to £68. When i’ve gone to cancel, the advisor is saying best he can do is £80 a 60% increase.

    @SkyHelpTeam fantastic service from one your mobile phone help team - Andy based in the Sheffield office - after a debacle of others before helped, owned the problem and fixed it. So big shout to Andy
