@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam @Lilytas1 It’s very easy to fake an out going number and pretend to be sky or d&g. I get these calls regularly and they want my bank details and card details and as seemingly my current ones are suddenly not working! I tell them I’ll call back myself. Much safer

@SkyHelpTeam Sky go on an alternative device? How can it take 3 days to cancel an order which YOU placed in error? And why does this stop you being able to arrange an engineer? Do you expect a family of 4 to sit around watching tv on an iPad when I’m paying over £150 a month for it?

@SkyHelpTeam Why does my sky plus box tell me I've lost my Internet, when I clearly haven't, as Netflix, Prime, and all other Internet channels are working. This keeps happening,, and can be cured by rebooting. But for the cost of this service this shouldn't happen!!
