@SkyHelpTeam Help! Just tring to change address on my mums’account. Already paid private engineer to move box. Can’t seem to do this without calling move team ! Have set up an online account for her, but no section to fill in there either.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had Sky TV for one week. We had a download fail message right in the middle of Gangs of London Season 2 😩. Switched to iPad. Then it’s happened again on Mare of Easttown 😩😩. Not impressed. When will this be fixed please? Thank you.

@SkyHelpTeam any danger of sorting the download issues, it’s been over 2 days now without a service we pay good money for!! An update or explanation wouldn’t go amiss or dare I say partial refund!!!
