@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam I recently took out Sky TV & Broadband as a package but have had nothing but issues with my broadband! Spoken to your team via phone and they if you can't fix the issue you won't be able to connect my broadband! Would I be able to leave Sky without a fee??

Hi @SkyUK Is there an issue with the Broadband this evening? Dropped 7 times in the last 2 hrs. Gone from ok to really bad over the month. Worst ever this evening. Been through all the connection troubleshooting on your webpage & still happening. 🤔😣😖
