@SkyHelpTeam hi, I was told over a week ago someone would be in touch to cancel a SIM card and sort out a deal on a new one but not to use my Facebook to message you because they would need access to the chat log. That person still has not got back to us so I’m paying extra!

@SkyHelpTeam please can you give me a phone number of how to speak to a uk call centre who can help me with clear information on how to reduce my package! I have just spent 13 mins on a call to someone (not uk based) and I am absolutely shocked at the service received.

@SkyHelpTeam bad engineer experience today. Was having supposed skyQ installed today. Engineer arrived said she couldn't do it as not lader train. Went to make a phone call about to get another engineer. Then left without saying a word and cancelled the installation on the system

@kerry_peacock17 @SkyHelpTeam Even if Sky would do that (which they won't as there is every chance you have it and are lying to scrounge more money like I said before) you'd still need to call up to ask them to look into it and re-issue one. You really aren't getting it are you? Call them ********
