Not sure how @SkyUK justify a £30 admin fee to renew a TV contract. But it’s ok because it “should be £40”, unless you’re a new customer that is….. Just daylight robbery to click a button

@SkyHelpTeam So why not put a formal communication out on your website or even twitter ? ( if that is Sky's preferred method) Rather than customers having to chase you and @ParamountPlusUK for information. Its just basic customer service.
