    @SkyUK failed to call me three times today. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. My complaint has now been open for months, and every time I call I have to tell the whole story from the beginning. I am stopping all payments to them Until it’s resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so hard to request a PAC number to change providers? Why send people round in a loop and make it impossible to contact you? We were going to move 1 out of our 3 mobile phones elsewhere but will now be moving all 3. Your customer service is a joke

    @SkyHelpTeam I stopped subscribing to your landline package in April but I’m still being charged 2 pounds per month for the answerphone service which I am no longer able to access , can you refund it please

    @SkyUK & @WeAreOpenreach such disgraceful customer service. My daughter lost her Sky BB 4 weeks ago. OR came out, left, came back 2 days later, dug up pavement, remade pavement & still faulty BB. Dozens of calls & promises & still no progress. Shambolic. #Sky #Openreach

    @SkySports The media are not faire to Ange since he was appointed to manage Tottenham FC. The former West Ham manager did not get result but the media never ask to be sack.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, was onto your team over the phone yesterday. Not happy with how call went. In short, an add on to my tv package was added. I never added this but was told repeatedly I would have had to have given my consent despite me explaining that never happened.
