@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

@SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried these fixes several times and none of them work! I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with the streaming function on the sky sports website (via virgin)? It’s normally bad but genuinely unwatchable today on SS Main Event and PL. Going pixelated for 10 seconds while it buffers every 30 seconds or so - it’s not a wifi issue either
