@SkyHelpTeam What is so difficult to understand here, I cancelled all my sky services in Jan, my contact ended on 6Feb, I cleared all bills n also paid 1 month extra as per your tweet above. Now, why am I seeing another bill projected for March? Whats so difficult to cancel subscription here.

@SkyHelpTeam I need packaging to be provided to me. I also need it noted on the account that I should not be charged for not having the equipment returned within 4 days of the service ending. It is not an acceptable period of time. If I am charged this amount I will take further action.

@SkyHelpTeam I've just had a call from an engineer who has fixed the issue, which was an area fault. Can I ask why when checking for area faults through sky the portal said there wasn't a fault when there clearly was? You always say to check these automated things first that are inaccurate
