Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

Mad @SkyUK been with sky 19years,4 months my bill is 73.00 a month to 101 as my deals ending said could get it to 85.00 so said have to cancel I have cancelled sports & hd i didn’t want to as my son plays rugby league on sports thanks a lot sky for not looking after loyal vip🤬

@SkyUK funny how once you give notice your Internet no longer works, speak to an advisor said nothing they can do but they happy to take my money till 10th march. I've had 3 emails so far begging me to come back..... hmmm no ! Can somebody from sky help me please ?
