@SkyHelpTeam hi... problem with sky plus hd remote control.. Works perfectly well apart from volume control.. It comes up that the batteries need replacing...this also comes up when you put new batteries in... Any ideas...

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Advised I would have my other parts renegotiated & revised too. THIS WAS NEVER ADVISED PREVIOUSLY. The lady then STOPPED speaking with me & while I raised my voice there was nothing abusive or derogatory said!
