18 month contract with @SkyUK ended just over a week ago.. never had any problems at all, but now that the price has increased the speed has dropped massively and it’s sooo slow! 😢

@SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam Oh yeah it’s incredibly frustrating!! It’s not the phrases that I’m using that are the problem, it’s just that the system often can’t understand my accent. It’s not every time, but it’s often enough that I carry out searches on the iPad app.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I get more phone calls than texts. I was expecting a call once from sky and when I got a call, they wanted to "Confirm identity" with my bank details. Like no way... I never did get another call from Sky so may have been truly them, but still. Like I'm gonna confirm with that
