    I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, My sky box has suddenly disconnected from my broadband and when I try to connect it is saying network not found, all other devices are connected so it isn’t my broadband. Thanks in advance.

    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    @SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

    @SkyHelpTeam The connection is ok- it disconnects frequently from my appliances; several times a day. I plugged the old router back in and have no problems. However as that’s almost 5 years old, I’d rather have a functioning new router.
