    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried these fixes several times and none of them work! I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

    @SkyHelpTeam your broadband has been down since about 1:30 in the Southport area, yet you have not updated your customers as to the expected down just that you are aware of the problem, it’s not good enough

    Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

    I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

    @TalkTalk @SkyUK In additon I've requested a cancellation tonight via your live chat. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

    @stevo_g1992 @SkyUK @WeAreOpenreach The engineer was very apologetic for getting their late...however what really frustrated me was that I booked it 4.5 weeks ago and I was told I would be seen early in the day. If I'd known they'd been late I could have worked the morning. Sorry 2 hear that you have had issues 2

    @TalkTalk So i did the below & spent over an hour last night speaking to you guys. You ran tests, changed settings, took details & told me to switch it off again. Problem remains. I've been your customer for all of a week. I'm beyond disappointed. Id like to cancel and return to @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam You make it very easy to upgrade your services online but impossible to downgrade without having to call. Your customer service is disgusting. @BBCWatchdog Has anyone else complained about the Sky services. 45 minute call waiting times.

    @SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.
