Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

@SkyHelpTeam It was the same message, that it could be down to bad weather - which we haven’t had - that there was nothing an engineer could do and we were to hold tight. Not really good when I’ve spent over £10k during my time with you.
