Nobody actually seems to be available to help at all. Really disappointing from a company the size of @SkyUK that it’s so difficult to actually speak and get help.

Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

Then get told someone will be with me. This is really poor customer service. Come back @virginmedia, all is forgiven.

Given my speed hasn’t changed since the service was installed 3 days ago I don’t anticipate it changing over the next 7 days. You’re failing to meet the guaranteed minimum speed so let’s see if you can meet it in a week’s time.

I’ve tried calling and you’re very busy with calls, I haven’t got time to sit in a hold queue. My service isn’t even a week old, I should need to call.

Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.

But you can’t do a line test which is the problem. Really struggling to understand how this is anyway a decent system. I think I’ll be advised to cancel and go with BT.
