@SkyHelpTeam my 78 year old mum who is deaf & does everything by e-mail is part of this huge locked out of account issue. Can't use Sign in helper & Yahoo have said this is a big Sky issue - what can you do to sort asap. I can see on here is a big problem and phone no one hr wait

Object based audio has advantages that research like this needs to explore if we are to gain any benefit. Also it really wasn't an expensive project!

@SkyHelpTeam It says there is no know problem in the area but it can’t connect to the hub (which isn’t surprising as that’s the issue I have and the reason I’m checking over my O2 data). FYI Two green lights on hub. Internet light intermittently off or flashing orange.

@DavidCawdrey @SkyHelpTeam Glad it’s not just me having issues, mines not been right since last Tuesday. You seem to have been able to get more info then me, Skys response has been shrug their shoulders and say it’s an @OpenreachHelp issue, and provided no timescale for when it will be fixed.
