    Still don’t get it, a satellite signal travels to a spot somewhere in space travels through god knows what but the minutes there’s a slight wind and rain in the north west of England it can’t get through that so I can watch the darts for £90 a month. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

    @SkyUK I haven’t had any phone signal now for over a week, tried your ‘guides’ with no joy. Also tried to contact you on the website and Facebook with no reply. Went to a help desk in the local shopping center to be told to ‘ring a number’when that’s my problem, I have no service

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam My Sky sports package ends on March 24. YET I CAN’T BOOK THE AMIR KHAN FIGHT. Called them. Got shunted to 4 departments. It won’t go through sir .... why .... don’t know ... solution. Erm let me see. I HAVE NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR 28 minutes.
