There's a regular sound stutter on recorded progs every few mins. Today I've been getting a longer stutter on live progs. A quick google suggests this is a common problem but what's the solution?

Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

Martin Forker (@papa_goon) reported from Sale, England@SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.
