    @RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    Moved from @virginmedia to @SkyUK but phone number hasn’t moved. @virginmedia say it’s possible to still port it and the response from @SkyUK - we don’t know how to do that, hang up and try to speak to someone else after 3 hours on the phone 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

    @A_MoffatBITW @SkySportsPL @SkySports No I'm saying it how it is, read back. Look at the league table, lack of goals, results, lack of depth in squad, some of the recruitment - it's been poor. The issues go a lot deeper than who the manager is. You'd be better supporting the team than worrying about narratives

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    @SkyHelpTeam You should be sending sky mobile customers free data …this kind of outage isn’t acceptable. Especially when people work from home. Yes, a couple of hours…but not all day! What concerns me most is what type of **** up has caused such an outage…cyber attack?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any idea at all on when service will resume in M21 Manchester? Our internet has been down since 6am which is annoying but even more annoying because we recently changed to sky glass and that also doesn’t work so no tv or internet 😭

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance of knowing when I might be able to log on again.. This is fifth extended period of downtime (6 hours plus) since January in this part of Lancs. Is your network made of string and baked bean cans?
