    @SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope, but since it's happening on *two* different devices, it seems more likely to be an issue at the server end, rather than our end. I will try on an Android device I have instead, assuming there's an Android version of said app.
