    @SkyHelpTeam it’s been nearly 4 hours since the problems at Walkden phone exchange started and the only answer people seem to be getting is ‘we’re trying our best’. At least give people an idea of the problem and a realistic timeline..

    @SkyHelpTeam why is my Internet unstable had sky internet now for a month told 400mbps guaranteed its currently around 60mbps and keep dropping lower unstable if this carries on we will be cancelling

    @SkyUK so many problems since switching to fibre 3 weeks ago. More time not working, than working. Can’t get through to anyone to speak to and your online support is dreadful. So disappointing, would not recommend to anyone
