@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@sweiol @SkyHelpTeam They're serial liars, unfortunately - they claim it's a telephone exchange issue, yet other people in my village (Four Marks) are connecting without issue. Which means - yet again - Sky are failing. So tired of Sky's constant issues, yet "Sky"-high bills.

@SkyHelpTeam there is a fault on our line and we await an engineer visit but in the meantime it's a disaster - 2 secondary school kids unable to do any lessons and 2 full-time workers unable to work. Can you escalate? "2-4 days" is a big problem.
