@SkyHelpTeam I have no idea how to do that but I have done the line test and it says fault my connection went down the same time as thousands in the country fault with sky not me.

Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”
