@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@SkyHelpTeam I been charged for not returning a q sky box which I’m using to watch sky tv on. I’m cancelled after sky customer service incompetent not sending a sky card out which took over 2 weeks to resolve then decided to stay after a “good will gesture” now I’ve been charged £115 for that

@camerontwenty In case you forgot the amazing SkySports gave us such a bad TV deal that our clubs’ revenues are all reliant on ticket money. Given that only two clubs have 50,000+ seater stadiums, there was only going to be one outcome. You get £100m for being relegated in the PR League
