    @SkyHelpTeam So this is now another day without the internet? I’ve checked and yes it’s down in my area - any idea what’s causing this and when it will be fixed permanently please as I work from home and this is a real problem. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s been nearly 4 hours since the problems at Walkden phone exchange started and the only answer people seem to be getting is ‘we’re trying our best’. At least give people an idea of the problem and a realistic timeline..

    What better way to anger your customers than cut them off and tell the service is now closed! When they’ve been on hold, it’s closes at 7pm but yet it’s 6.59pm! Nice work @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing at all on mini Qbox. Problems in area allegedly ok now. Been through everything as per on screen but now there is problem with finding Sky QBox on network! Error MR104. Only had Sky for 2 weeks not happy!!

    @SkyUK Just got Sky TV and have to say the quality is absolutely terrible and I can’t afford another £12 on top for HD. Is there any way of improving the picture? It’s just a blurry mess and un enjoyable to watch so may have to cancel 😕

    @twangmackem @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Ours was poor when we lived in Sunderland. Same supplier now in Durham and it's no bother. I did however, complain and was given a new, updated router. It did help like
