I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.
