    @SkyHelpTeam trying to watch catch up on sky go (PS4) and keep getting the "there is a problem playing this video stream" I've checked there's no update and reinstalled the app, still get same issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

    @SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky Q boxes.. jumping.. proximity issues.. poor network messages. Frustrating waste of money. BT have fixed our internet new router still Sky is poor. Over to you... 🤷

    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @SkyHelpTeam Followed all this and all troubleshooting and still got issues. It's a lot of money to pay multiroom for a box that has to be reset every night

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call to resolve a broadband issue but recorded message tells me my call can not be answered unless I fall into a medically vulnerable category. Please advise how I can speak to someone. Online guides not helpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam So a engineer knocked at my door this morning (wasn’t expecting him!), openreach guy. He resolved my issue after the Kelly Communications clown pulled my pairs out in the cabinet so he had to rewire the pairs back up. I told you it was because of that guy didn’t I!

    @SkyHelpTeam Since call one when it became apparent that the speed into the house Vs the speed out of the router was an issue, I'd hoped an engineer would come. But your modus operandi is to keep me on calls for half an hour +
