    Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

    Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's a sky HD box, was never given a upgrade and most channels will not load. Contract has been increased by sky but none of added features can be used.
