    Has @skytv been hacked & it's being kept quiet? Why would one lose all Sky TV & no one can help or explain. We're not the only ones. The silence from Sky is very worrying. @skyhelpteam

    Cancelled my @SkySports package at start of lockdown and have never missed it enough to get it back. Prefer to listen to non-MUFC footy on radio and if Utd play I’m there. Now I’ve broken ties with MUTV as they don’t even show all youth and ressie matches live now. Few quid saved

    What better way to anger your customers than cut them off and tell the service is now closed! When they’ve been on hold, it’s closes at 7pm but yet it’s 6.59pm! Nice work @SkyUK

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Just received a letter to say my offers are ending soon, but you’ve kindly extended my offer by 15 months. “Your price would normally go up” - indicating no increase. Bad news is - I’ve checked my future bill and they are showing as going up by 25%! Explain?

    Swear to god @SkySports is dog 💩 Sky Q forever turns itself off. Signal is worse than 1990s! Missed 1st try cos of the sh1t show 😡 bit of rain surely cant do that much damage to the internet

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Do take a look at the distance selling regulations under the Consumer Rights Act if needs be. There's a right to cancel within 14 days. Sky should be fully aware of this.

They tried stitching me up by agreeing a deal on text chat & then reneged, but I’d screen shotted the message exchange. Threatened U.K. legal action, soon backed down. They’re sharks.

    @SkySports How may more times do I have to block mute & say I don't like this add before Google stop bombarding me with this ****. At least 30 times a day and you can't block the ads via Google manage ads. Google are an absolute disgrace.
