@SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

@GMB @SkySports @Carra23 Absolutely not. My dad is 78 with Parkinson’s and hasn’t been out of house for 10 mths. He’s far more deserving of vaccination before footballers . I’m a family support worker going into peoples homes so more at risk and still haven’t had it 😡

@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkyUK is the worst service in uk. I did house move their engineer couldn’t fit the box and asked me to rebook and won’t be charged for it. Today I paid £25 for the. When the second engineer came he fitted the box and gave us 3 month sky cinema and kids for free but for last 2
