Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

@SkySports So many decisions throughout the tournament were poor at best, for the final they were abysmal. Impossible to list in a tweet just not enough space, some of the players rightly can feel cheated and hung out to dry. The best opportunity for years threw it away.

@SkySports Personally don’t have a problem with the penalty takers they must of said yes to taking them just poor penalties it happens, the one thing that I think we could of done better and it applies to all the games was be less negative we sat off to much went back to much
