@SkyUK awful company awful service 6 days now no internet apparent engineer coming out yet still sign of any engineer, ring up to be told outreach is the company. Dealing with fixing it and it’s out ur hands 6 days now it’s a joke awful joke quick enough to take the money tho.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes we have, it’s satellite disruption. He’s calling from a phone service you provide and should be able to identify him from. It’s overly complicated and not user friendly it’s feel like you want your customers to just hang up!

Issue with @SkyHelpTeam sorted. Ended up resetting the Sky hub. It is possible a device connected to the system had issues with setting resulting in all bandwidth being hogged and for some reason, only laptop requests timing out.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried everyone of your steps. I actually used to HAVE to sell your broadband. Been through your customer service. Basically tell us to leave knowing it's monopolised here and we can't move elsewhere. Meant to get 37mb (even that's slow) but getting 5mb. Defo a sky issue.
