    @SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think it’s more a @Channel4 issue, as it’s always been available on catch up before and is on the mobile app but not Sky Q app. Just wanted to highlight, as I believe it is supposed to be there but channel 4 have been having lots of issues recently since the sprinkler incident.

    @SkyUK where is my engineer? Had broadband fitted over 2 weeks ago and have had the worst speeds ever. I want to discuss leaving already. You promised me and engineer here today by 1pm. I’ve had no confirmation at all and I’ve taken a day off work! Awful service so far!
