@SkyHelpTeam As you can’t pick up the phone to them could you use the chat service to ask them when the pole will be installed? A couple of weeks ago permission was granted for the 2nd time to do the pole work but nothing has happened. We need it done before the permission elapses again

@SkyHelpTeam We have asked a number of specific questions but unfortunately they do not get answered. The team have told us they can only communicate with Openreach via an online message service. Can’t you just pick up the phone to them and find out for us?

@SkyHelpTeam I can appreciate somethings take time however we signed up to a service 7 months ago which you said you could deliver and an Openreach engineer said would be sorted in 28 days. It’s crazy that in this day and age we are having to wait this long.

@SkyHelpTeam Exasperated at being unable to watch programmes on Sky Glass, ITV Hub. As soon as I get to adverts it freezes and I have to abort watching it. Useless. Give me back Sky Q far superior. Can record, housekeep, fast forward and watch with no problems.

@SkyHelpTeam Our next update is arranged for the 6th December. The problem is the updates we're getting don't have any substance, there is no actual update and the call is just to book in another 'update'. The date we want to know is the date the pole will be installed.
