@SkyHelpTeam my 78 year old mum who is deaf & does everything by e-mail is part of this huge locked out of account issue. Can't use Sign in helper & Yahoo have said this is a big Sky issue - what can you do to sort asap. I can see on here is a big problem and phone no one hr wait

Object based audio has advantages that research like this needs to explore if we are to gain any benefit. Also it really wasn't an expensive project!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but I’ve tried all of the solutions on your help pages. I’ve even had to reformat the HDD several times, but the box is not recording properly, it won’t rewind, the sky guide menus are lagging, when I select a channel rj watch it takes about 15 secs to actually turn over

@SkyHelpTeam I did last night and it was showing problems where as in the status page everything was in green. The fact others on my area also had problems means you need to look into why it went down at that time.
