    @SkyUK you’re internet service has to be the worst I have ever come across it’s been down more times this week than I care to remember. Updating to Sky Q is a big mistake - don’t do it people

    @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

    Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

    Trying to speak to someone @SkyHelpTeam online is a nightmare. The “virtual assistant” is absolutely pointless and the sky app doesn’t have anything to help either

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I know that now. Left Vodafone for similar new customer/ existing customer divide. Once you’ve got them forget about them eh! Phone, 2xmobile, tv and broadband with you guys......for now.

    I’m not sure how we could overcome WIFI access but surely there is a way that friendly bods @SkyUK @virginmedia could support to stop children missing out on remote teaching - digital poverty sucks

    @SkyUK hi, I returned my router when I upgraded, I have proof of postage 1st dec, I’ve just received an email and text claiming non rec and a £50 chg, I can’t get hold of anyone to help... please advise

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

    @ERAGAMING97 @SkySports Personally I think Mercedes reluctance to put Lewis ultimately cost him in this race. If the roles were reversed and Lewis had won I don’t think people complain. But because it happened against Lewis it is a problem

One workaround that has just worked for me is go to Q home > setup > settings > network > advanced > manual IP address > leave all numbers as they are except "dns server" change to 8.8.8.8, save then try downloading

    @mcnal82 @mercutio224 @SkySports Either way, the rules haven't been enforced correctly. The explicit decision to instruct only the cars between Lewis and Max to unlap themselves is not in the rules and has no precedent, and that's probably where the FIA's argument will fall down IF it goes all the way to courts

    @SkySports Victory kind of means nothing now that F1 has been brought into disrepute. Lewis won’t want to be rightly handed the title and the rest of the field think what happened is a disgrace. Bad day all round.
