    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Go’s download feature is terrible. It gives you 24 hours to complete the show once you start it - and won’t allow you to download shows too many times. Any reason for this? Sometimes you want to revisit your favourite show or you watch bits of your downloads.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had no signal for a week as of tomorrow. I've had someone out to check the communal dish. As it's been so long my Sky Q box has died. 😩 Can't believe I can't get an engineer out until Christmas eve! Will it even be fixed then? Nightmare at Christmas 🙈

    @OneLeedsFC Yet other PL squads have only 3/4 out due to Covid & can get there games called off…It’s a joke! If Leeds are made to play with such an injury problem so should everyone else the clue is in the word “Squad” maybe it’s time the @FA stepped in to protect ALL its players @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, there are no issues with the line, OpenReach literally need to send someone to the local cabinet to switch the line on but keep reallocating resources and pushing us back, I have called many times and nothing changes. Nobody seems able to actually get things moving
