    @SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

    @SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

    @SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s back on now. You aren’t sympathetic to those in financial difficulty though. Customer service rubbish. If it weren’t for the fact there’s no Freeview signal here and no Virgin I wouldn’t keep the contract on (although the last lady I spoke to was good I will say)

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoken to them several times since issue started. Last spoke yesterday. No further help other than not knowing when OpenReach can provide an engineer as the one engineer is sick. Asked for help with a modem or similar. Refused. Opened complaint and was closed immediately.

    @SkyHelpTeam They’ve advised me that they can’t locate my box and have kept me on hold for 1-1.5 hrs each call then asked me to pay again 🤬 if that was my 20 year customer I’d be giving them free sky for a year not asking them to pay again!
