@SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

@SkyHelpTeam my radio signal is poor , error message is either ' technical fault ' or ' no satellite signal' can get radio 1 and 2 but not Absolute radio,Planet Rock or Radio X. TV signal is fine. Tried to get through on the phone as a key worker , get cut off,please help !

@SkyUK just spent an hour trying to sign up to fill fiber broadband. Finished, to be told to call back as an issue, did so, was on for 20 mins being passed from team to team until I eventually was out on hold and cut off. Why is it so hard..
