    Not good enough @SkyHelpTeam. Paying a lot for Sky Q UHD for you to not be showing the United vs Wolves match properly. Lots of complaints but no acknowledgement on here that there is an issue

Sky have an obligation to know what speed they can provide before explicitly stating it to a customer. It was their original error, and a customer can switch if they won’t to. Jog on

    @SkyUK hey guys! We needed to ensure internet on day one of our new move. We called you 2 weeks ago to book a technician etc, well in advance. Now you’re saying it’s delayed. There’s no phone signal there. Delay will cost me hundreds of pounds a day. Can this be looked at?
