    @SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

    @SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

    @SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyUK. My elderly parents haven’t had sky tv since moving on 28.2.20 but have been charged full price, being fobbed off all the time 👎👎👎

    @SkyHelpTeam No it doesn’t i had an engineer booked but he didnt turn up. Maybe have a look at bt openrrach outages and notice that 2700 households have no access instead of saying no issue. Also expect an apology for upheaval and no follow up to your no show

    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is a sham and a joke!! Phoned up about the VIP FREE voice remote from your weekly email to be told it’s a fraud email and need to report it!!! Only to see it in the MySky app later on after the call when it was NOT on there before the call...

    @SkyHelpTeam Theres noting wrong with my local network, it was all replaced. Its external lines leading to my property. I have had this issue before at my last propert with another provider. The lines Insukation is cracked and degraded. Whenever it rains bad, thr connection drops due to this.
