    @SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

    @SkyHelpTeam Been trying to get through but I’ve had the phone put down on me 3x while trying to access my password to give to them, this is awful customer service. I am still without internet, should I keep trying to will they just keep disconnecting mid sentence

    @SkyHelpTeam Your online systems wouldn’t let us update our package. It’s done now though. Main issue now is that it’s showing we have a sports package but we don’t. We have emailed but got no reply.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I added kids offer to my current Sky Q package as it is a great offer. I have no idea how but it's added a new sky contract so my Nov bill is astronomical. There's a mistake somewhere and it won't let me remove packages to amend this. Please help

    @SkyUK After conversations on here regarding @SkyHelpTeam and your charges to my account I want it noted that I intend to leave Sky TV after 20 years as a customer. Looking forward to May 2022 now when I will get my ISP to provide that instead. And you can take the dish too!!!
