    So that’s @virginmedia cancelled off and their poor effort at a service. I had more reliable service with dial-up! Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a problem playing @YouTube through my Sky Q box. It freezes when the adverts start. Plus BB connection keeps lagging/buffering.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m on Facebook Messenger and three times I appear to have been passed around to another agent, three time’s being asked to provide my name and info. Then get told someone will be with me. This is really poor customer service. Come back @virginmedia, all is forgiven.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @Ofcom I only get told to speak to someone after 10 days has passed, which is starting to feel like a delaying tactic to be honest. I’ve tried calling and you’re very busy with calls, I haven’t got time to sit in a hold queue. My service isn’t even a week old, I should need to call.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve tried a PM, I’ve been told to wait 10 days. Given my speed hasn’t changed since the service was installed 3 days ago I don’t anticipate it changing over the next 7 days. You’re failing to meet the guaranteed minimum speed so let’s see if you can meet it in a week’s time.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am in Milton Keynes and my broadband has not been working for the past hour and half. Customer service lines down due to ‘training’. When can this be resolved? I rely on good internet to work, SKY broadband not working is causing me a huge inconvenience. Please fix

    @msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

    @SkySports Well done to the referee. This harassment needs to stop. The players think they are above the law. The language is not for repeating. And they wonder why there are not many refs coming through. Hang the players out to dry.
