Explained they are leaving a vulnerable adult with message service... send you a new sim card. Won't add data so they can use WhatsApp instead. 12 days this has been going on.

Once the engineer is round, would they check everything is ok as standard? And fix accordingly (It's on a three story building)

But you can’t do a line test which is the problem. Really struggling to understand how this is anyway a decent system. I think I’ll be advised to cancel and go with BT.
