So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

@virginmedia @SkySports Why does channel 501 sound like everybody is gargling water? Virgin status check is unreliable as per usual, brings up TV boxes with serial numbers I do not have, local status check takes back to home page and logs me out. Fix up please. Box reset etc etc
