There's a regular sound stutter on recorded progs every few mins. Today I've been getting a longer stutter on live progs. A quick google suggests this is a common problem but what's the solution?

Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

And why do you only tell people the day before it’s due to be delivered. I ordered within the first 45 mins of the preorder going live and that was despite the slow site.

This is an ongoing thing, happens all in ch49,ch47,ch46 etc like I said, 48 days on average of internet unable to be used but still billed. Thanks
