@SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have #SkyQ and the sound keeps dropping out whether a Sky broadcast (live) or Netflix/Disney. Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?

@MrLukeEnglish @SkyHelpTeam And here lies the problem, even on top 900mbps packages which less than 20% of the country would struggle with that many devices. In reality people have avg 50mbps, ~15 devices and because people have no idea about bandwidth etc they are then shocked when their internet is slow
