@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyUK Internet is down again, probably the 3rd or 4th time we'll have to have an engineer out this year alone, will have to wait 3 weeks until we can be off for an appointment though because that's the level of service they offer
