  So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

  I see skysports are including agent fees, wages, petrol etc in Haalands fee. I've never once heard the total package for say Van dijk, Allison etc.

  @SkyUK Are we really in 2026? Unable to add broadband to my account due to issues with your website so had to call. Agreed a date then 30 seconds after the call was finished I received a text to say my installation date was a week later than agreed. Very disappointing.
