@SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have #SkyQ and the sound keeps dropping out whether a Sky broadcast (live) or Netflix/Disney. Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?
