    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @SkySports Slow news day, VVD debate ended, Maguire penalty debate although there was similar instances in game, you obviously didn't see, now, you want to pick Olè team, didn't this mentioned after Newcastle, PSG games. Give it a rest ,you wouldn't have jobs but for @ManUtd .

    More trouble with Sky Broadband to add to the issues we already have with our Sky HD Box. We pay them a great deal of money for completely unsatisfactory service @skytv @SkyUK time to find a new provider for all our services.

    @SkySports Is this not a problem with VAR, no flag for offside until play stops this causes challenges to be made that aren't necessary.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, new Sky customer here. My broadband was supposed to activate yesterday but did not. If I check the status on your app it says it’s still scheduled to go live on Monday 12th Oct. What’s going on? I need this sorting ASAP please as I am working from home. Thanks

    I honestly hope NOBODY pays for these pay per view games. £15 a game... To watch football in empty stadiums.. Do @SkyUK @SkySportsPL realise they are doing nothing but stick it to supporters and encouraging people to break lock down regulations to watch football. #MUFC

    Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

    @SkyUK second time an iPhone order has been delayed through you. I should’ve just ordered direct from Apple! And why do you only tell people the day before it’s due to be delivered. I ordered within the first 45 mins of the preorder going live and that was despite the slow site.

    @SkyHelpTeam our wifi connection had been awful the last few days. We have super fast fibre but struggling to get signal. I’ve reset the router but still not good. Can’t seem to contact you for help either over the phone or on live chat? Can you please sort for me ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried a new/replacement sim, disabling 5G, taking 5G off the plan entirely, have had network settings resent, reset phone and several requests for the old off and on trick. Nothing made the slightest difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam checking your Get in Touch service is working ok? Tried this morning and again just now to report an acct holders death and the area to do this on sky is continually saying they are prioritising other calls??
