@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

Chill out, it's a problem to fix, it's not on purpose and they gain nothinf from it. Threatening to switch is silly.
