@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

@notelkz @SkyHelpTeam If you were told there was an issue when you rang up by an automatic response why would you then need to be told that by a human? Also surely you must realise that for the system to know there is an issue Sky must also know there is an issue or are you genuinely an idiot?

I have used some **** programs in my time, but @SkyUK's Sky Go app takes the ******* biscuit. Slow; buggy; **** UI; buffers constantly, even on locally stored content; cannot handle FHD reliably; Sky Q connection is completely hit and miss; doesn't support μSD storage etc..

@SkyHelpTeam You really need to do better with your end of contract pricing. A 60% increase by default or your best ‘offer’ was still a 20% increase not to mention the ridiculous £20 ‘admin fee’ which I was told is to keep down prices.
