    @SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have #SkyQ and the sound keeps dropping out whether a Sky broadcast (live) or Netflix/Disney. Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?

    Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

    @SkyUK shocked tried to add broadband and been told it is not possible and to cancel the phone and go to BT for phone and broadband it is someone’s account who has learning disabilities and is housebound so needs this for video hospital consultations

    @SkyUK I’ve just seen my bill has gone up £20 a month this month, increasing another £10 the months after. That’ll mean my bill would have nearly doubled in 2 years. It’s a disgrace. If nothing can be done I’ll have to cancel my TV package!
