Broadband’s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that it’s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they won’t let us know when it’s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

@SkyHelpTeam Had it fitted Friday. Along with 3 mini boxes. None are working. When they try get a little bit of internet they just freeze. I wish I’d never bothered. Can’t even get free view tv because you’ve disconnected our main Ariel.. complete nightmare
