@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam The broadband has been absolutely fine as we use it 24/7, it’s an issue between the tv and the broadband itself. When I try to connect via network set up, it doesn’t work. I have tried troubleshooting c 3! I can’t get through on the phone but please can we get an engineer out?!
