@SkyUK Your early termination charges are ridiculous!! £120 for cancelling a year contract of £23 per month is just not acceptable! Sky is basically steeling money off people who are going through hard time in life whilst showing absolutely no empathy! Never again!!

Still don’t get it, a satellite signal travels to a spot somewhere in space travels through god knows what but the minutes there’s a slight wind and rain in the north west of England it can’t get through that so I can watch the darts for £90 a month. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. However, having previously had issues with broadband before the change in contract was agreed on certain conditions, one being receiving boosters to support the system. Was not advised of a 14 day wait for the actual internet to work.
