    @SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

    @SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

    Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have #SkyQ and the sound keeps dropping out whether a Sky broadcast (live) or Netflix/Disney. Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?

    @SkyHelpTeam had a mobile contract with you for just over a week 50% of calls fail and incoming calls go to voice mail not happy

    @SkyUK I nearly didn’t go for this after reviews but got great service from a sky shop in a shopping centre so commited. Not much more than now tv. Let’s see how it goes but looking forward to it after an in person demo.

    @SkyHelpTeam When I called Thursday I was told, "there were no issues that we can see our side." Friday evening the online tool told me there was now an issue. Going by other tweets people have been having issues since Tuesday. But no one can advise to the problem or fix.

    @SkyHelpTeam No but I’m deciding whether to just see out the contract then move to someone else, the glass tv is the worst and the broadband can no longer be blamed for it, I wish I could go back to sky q without the hassle

    @SkySports Tuchel is such a poor man manager. He criticises his players way too much in the open and barely takes responsibility. i’d suggest that if this form is taken into the start of the season that he won’t last long and Chelsea will look to bring in another manager.
