@SkyHelpTeam You support people kept him on the phone for two hours yesterday constantly restarting the router. WHen I arrived the LON button on the Openreach modem was red and PON not lit. Meaning all the running around was PLAINLY POINTLESS.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the link but it didn't really help with my problem, I can sign in to the app without any issues. However when I exit the app and open it again later I'm not signed in, it's got the sign in/sign up option top of the screen. It's only recently started doing this.
