TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no ยฃ100 Mastercard referral award.

Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

Charging ยฃ14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about ยฃ50 is rediculous.

My desktop is connected to it via ethernet, and the connection on that has been on and off, or it cannot handle heavy loads without dropping out. So I will be replacing the extender and see what happens. 2/2
