Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

Bill query you have charged £60 to cancel movies when it was verbally agreed you would waive the cost if I didn’t cancel my whole package

The connection test told me there was an ‘ongoing issue’ and I needed to call the helpline. Tried that, and despite it being 8:50am, it said your office was closed & opened at 7am.
