Gotta love sky internet. Goes off for an hour or so at least once a week. Just went off again it came back on I'm back on the Internet a whole 5 minutes and it goes down again! Good job @SkyUK service like no other..

@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

@michael_19Rec @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yet another issue with #skyglass . Pause live tv for 4 or 10 mins then start playing. After a while the replay jumps forward to the live broadcast. Can't rewind or restart so the pause is useless. Endless problems with this product.
