@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam having ridiculous amounts of issues over the past 2 weeks, most evenings the speed is fluctuating to bad to even be able to stream from netflix, most of the time the speed tests shows its dropping below 3mbps, this isnt good enough at all🤬

@dazpeo @SkyUK We went with Gigaclear because of this, to ge fair it wasn’t Sky’s fault - it was BT Openreach but after over a year of constant calls/supposed repairs and a signal weaker than the current UK pound, we gave up. @gigaclear has been excellent.

@SkyHelpTeam fast forward appears to be broken on the PS4 app and shows fail to load after ads. The timer increases but when you press play the app freezes and crashes. There was a forum thread about it but no solution.

@SkyHelpTeam No nothing like that, we'll see the buffering on netflix then I'll do a speedtest on my phone, and then my firestick, and they're generally down to around the 3mbps mark, and with how often its happening now, its just getting too frequent to ignore
