    @Bunglepaul @marcoalessi I know, just a bit. All I hear though is Liverpool this, Liverpool that.... nothing about the other clubs in the relegation zone or lower leagues. skysports are the worst for it! Every time you switch it on it’s like lfctv

    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam You are not getting the point. It’s hardwired so it’s not the internet or Wi-Fi . Everything works. It’s the connection between the box and mini. It’s just poor and keeps losing signal. Poor drop outs freezing and constant reboots. You even put your own booster in.

    23 years with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and it’s getting worse. Probably the best part of £20k spent.I could have bought my own satellite for that and get a better signal. The technology is getting worse and 2 engineers still cannot get it to work blaming Wi-Fi. It’s hardwired!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive run those tests a few times. Its something to do with the internet rather than the router. Checked all the leads. Turned on and off. Pulled out all wires. It got to the point where it said to book an engineer. I looked online and its said there a few reports of BT being down.
