Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

@SkyHelpTeam He told me I needed a hole in my wall to feed the Dish Cable through - WHO HAS A RANDOM hole in their wall and also how are you to know where the dish is going to be placed.....after being pushed around the houses by your customer service for over an HOUR....the manager STILL
