    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no ยฃ100 Mastercard referral award.

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extraโ€ฆ.. Charging ยฃ14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about ยฃ50 is rediculous.

    @Bunglepaul @marcoalessi I know, just a bit. All I hear though is Liverpool this, Liverpool that.... nothing about the other clubs in the relegation zone or lower leagues. skysports are the worst for it! Every time you switch it on itโ€™s like lfctv

    @SkyHelpTeam So, I have concluded there are issues with my WIFI Extender. My desktop is connected to it via ethernet, and the connection on that has been on and off, or it cannot handle heavy loads without dropping out. So I will be replacing the extender and see what happens. 2/2

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just spoken to another advisor who honestly deserves a pay rise! Actually understood the issues, took ownership & sorted it there and then. No messing about, no BS reading from a script, just good customer service. Well done Claire from your (Scottish) retentions team!

    @SkyUK how do you propose people use your new TV over WiFi when your Internet connection is unstable and resets throughout the day across the neighbourhood? Rubbish service at a shocking price.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello there Iโ€™m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for ยฃ649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by ยฃ13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

    @SkyUK Why canโ€™t existing sky Q upgrade for free plus why would we want a new tv probably smaller then we already own Iโ€™ve a 65 inch why would I go to 43 inch thatโ€™s a bad idea just make now tv be like it is but with all sky services channels including all bbc itv Chanelโ€™s etc etc

    @SkyHelpTeam Weโ€™ve done the online steps multiple times and we are now going into day 4 with no internet. We should not be paying for no existent internet! Itโ€™s ridiculous a week almost to fix a box
