Gotta love sky internet. Goes off for an hour or so at least once a week. Just went off again it came back on I'm back on the Internet a whole 5 minutes and it goes down again! Good job @SkyUK service like no other..

@SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkyUK broken broadband update! 4 weeks 2 days without broadband. Latest update! On the 25th of April sky will give the next update on the repair. This is after numerous updates saying we will update you! The lack of action is astounding!
