    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extraโ€ฆ.. Charging ยฃ14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about ยฃ50 is rediculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you think after 7 weeks of problems we haven't spoken to anyone!!! We know what the problem is! It's getting an engineer to sort it out that's like getting blood from a stone. They've said they would come every week for the last 3 weeks, and each week, no one arrives...

    Bought an @AppleSupport iPad Pro 12.9 2022 in space grey from @SkyHelpTeam when it came it says space grey on the box but itโ€™s a silver one in the box! And neither of you can come up with a solution!!! Very unprofessional from 2 massive companies!! Not happy!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call sky for 4 days and waited over an hour each time. Please can someone get in touch. Bill query you have charged ยฃ60 to cancel movies when it was verbally agreed you would waive the cost if I didnโ€™t cancel my whole package

    Games are flowing better because refs are allowing contact and Directors aren't showing slow mo after slow mo of possible fouls to create controversy. Skysports and BT sports need to learn from this.
