Getting so hacked off with this #SkyQ box. It’s obvious reading online the box is only set up for using sky broadband which I don’t have and don’t want. I’ve connected it via Ethernet and still having major issues. Anyone got any ideas on how to get it working? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam @rosspb I'm afraid I think that UX research was flawed. It's just about the most sought after feature on the Sky user forums and the thing people most missed when they went from Sky+ to Sky Q. It was such a useful feature for live events, for which extra recording doesn't help.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband up here in Liverpool has been on and off for weeks, sometimes 5 minutes sometimes 5 hours, it's awful, yet status ALWAYS says there's no problem. Gonna move away soon if it's not sorted. Also find out could've had superfast for £10 cheaper last 7yrs🤬

@SkyHelpTeam We have tried calling a help team constantly through the day and get no answer after lengthy periods of time. Is there no way someone could call us. After being with sky since day one. We have had no sky TV for nearly 1 year now.
