    @SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam All entered correctly. Strange as it has all worked OK since Feb and no changes have to be made to the passwords. If it hasn't reset over night I will give the help team a call. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam your "my sky" app is shocking, never updates. Still says I owe Β£58 although payment made 5 days ago. P.s. Don't blame covid for your inept updating of said app.

    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no Β£100 Mastercard referral award.

    @Bunglepaul @marcoalessi I know, just a bit. All I hear though is Liverpool this, Liverpool that.... nothing about the other clubs in the relegation zone or lower leagues. skysports are the worst for it! Every time you switch it on it’s like lfctv

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen β€˜no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    @SkyHelpTeam the Sky Q is not syncing with the virgin Internet. All ok before, is there an issue with your boxes and Virgin Internet? Mobiles working on wi fi just fine. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph I have been a sky subscriber for over 20 years, you wont let me add a second box that I all ready have as a multi-screen box because I am a HD customer, you want me to have sky Q that I do not want, sky Q customer can add a second box for Β£10 a month

    @SkyHelpTeam is it normal to throttle broadband speeds to force a renewal. Literally the day my minimum term on my contract expires. You are throttling my speed to force me to sign up for a longer contract im pretty sure ofcom wouldn't be too happy about this? Fix it please!
