    @SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam All entered correctly. Strange as it has all worked OK since Feb and no changes have to be made to the passwords. If it hasn't reset over night I will give the help team a call. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been raising issues for well over 2m now with my sky....tv freezing, buffering, blue screen saying no connection, WiFi dropping out all the time (I could go on). You’ve sent 3 engineers but it’s not resolved. I’ve spent 8+ hours on calls to you.
