@SkyHelpTeam My Internet didn't go down thankfully, but I have still haven't been connected. I have had a complaint open since the 26th July, and I have had extremely limited contact, despite having been promised several call backs to update me on the installation, I have received none.

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is apparently now with the order recovery team, who promised me a call on Thursday. I have still not been contacted. I have had a to call customer service several times to ask for an update. At least three callbacks promised have not materialised.
