Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.
