    @SkyHelpTeam morning when I cancel my TV service,will it effect my sky mobile.recently upgraded phone on back order,if its gonna effect my pricing will need to cancel and switch that to virgin aswell

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s for a sky q mini box. Not sure why it’s done this. When I unplug and plug back in solid orange light and won’t go past that screen. Engineer next Sunday but hoping could fix before then.

    Getting so hacked off with this #SkyQ box. It’s obvious reading online the box is only set up for using sky broadband which I don’t have and don’t want. I’ve connected it via Ethernet and still having major issues. Anyone got any ideas on how to get it working? @SkyHelpTeam

    Mad @SkyUK been with sky 19years,4 months my bill is 73.00 a month to 101 as my deals ending said could get it to 85.00 so said have to cancel I have cancelled sports & hd i didn’t want to as my son plays rugby league on sports thanks a lot sky for not looking after loyal vip🤬

    If the customer can't leave a contract without penalties why is the provider allowed to make changes within that time? Before Christmas we joined @SkyUK for the first time. They're now increasing the monthly charge for internet by £4 which is a significant increase.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that about 10 times last night. Eventually it said there was an issue with our line and it would be fixed overnight and to leave the hub on. We do have broadband this morning but at about 30% of normal speed.

    Another £2 added to the bill for Sky Sports (along with the £3.50 being added to the quite frankly, awfully unreliable broadband). This is becoming such poor value no wonder people get on the illegal streams. #SkySports @skytv

    @SkyUK Your service is poor and internet strength varies between weak as p1ss to 'no internet'. Switched to BT and improvements were significant. The Sky routers are cheap and shabby, and low tech. Customer service is a joke.

    Kind of getting sick of needing to restart my router every few days now @SkyHelpTeam ... not sure this is what I pay for on Gigafast... since that start of 2023 the service has SUCKED! and now your own services checker just cycles or fails everytime i try... useless
