Getting so hacked off with this #SkyQ box. It’s obvious reading online the box is only set up for using sky broadband which I don’t have and don’t want. I’ve connected it via Ethernet and still having major issues. Anyone got any ideas on how to get it working? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

@SkyHelpTeam Query has been dealt with within five minutes of answering call by your second advisor. Your first advisor may need a little help with customer service rather than leaving people on hold for 40 minutes for a simple request that one of your employees dealt with efficiently

Mad @SkyUK been with sky 19years,4 months my bill is 73.00 a month to 101 as my deals ending said could get it to 85.00 so said have to cancel I have cancelled sports & hd i didn’t want to as my son plays rugby league on sports thanks a lot sky for not looking after loyal vip🤬

@SkyHelpTeam It’s apparently an external problem and an engineer has been called, but you can’t give a timescale to how long this will be. It could be tomorrow, but I think they said a maximum of 3-4 business days. Does this make sense to you as being factual? It was hard to hear her.

@SkyHelpTeam any chance you will actually sort this mess you created...still waiting for my broadband and talk to stop. Contracted to on 14th September, but charged another month. Calls and email don't work, its like you couldn't give less of a damn, but take money not owed!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. The contact details on there just refer me back to the order tracking page & only shows the options to cancel or reschedule the visit. How late after the 6pm cut off is it possible for the engineer to come?
