@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Not tried Sky Glass yet. Having enough problems trying to get HDR on my Sky Q box. Customer service has been its usual appalling self and I have been failed to be informed, misinformed and mislead by your agents in turn. Now I have been told I have to wait 72 hours to 1/2
