    @SkyHelpTeam All entered correctly. Strange as it has all worked OK since Feb and no changes have to be made to the passwords. If it hasn't reset over night I will give the help team a call. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no ยฃ100 Mastercard referral award.

    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

    @SkyUK worst customer service iโ€™ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. iโ€™ve had no wifi for 2 weeks and no one is fixing it. 4 phone calls in 2 weeks, with the most recent call being transferred to 4 different agents. awful.
