    Bought an @AppleSupport iPad Pro 12.9 2022 in space grey from @SkyHelpTeam when it came it says space grey on the box but it’s a silver one in the box! And neither of you can come up with a solution!!! Very unprofessional from 2 massive companies!! Not happy!!

    @SkyHelpTeam sick of ringing companies who tell you they’re now closed and then give you the opening times and according to those they should still be open. Customer service is appalling these days.

    @mthepalacefan @SkyUK Cancel your Sky package and set up a new one, if your Sky doesn’t work then it’s not fit for purpose, if they won’t let you cancel then go to the financial ombudsman

    @SkyHelpTeam I posted my old phone as as part of swap on 30th November with Royal Mail special delivery. It was delivered yesterday at 7am I have a location and a name and I have received an email this morning telling me sky still haven’t received my device? Please help!
