@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

@SkyHelpTeam at end of my tether ongoing WiFi issues - 2 engineer visits later still not fixed . Waited 3 0 minutes to be cut off again . Why am I paying for WiFi that doesn’t work . Can’t work at home (for nhs) and children difficult studying on line .. HELP

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

Well end of another day of no @SkyUK - complete outage. Engineer still pending, no one answering phones. No sign of open reach at the junction box.If it were just open reach prob why would ALL my neighbours have internet? Google says it’s not just me. Changing provider ASAP.
