Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

We've had nothing but problems since changing in April and when you politely try to find out where your compensation is and explain that the signal is not reaching all of your house, you get told its tough!
