    Seriously thinking of telling @SkyUK to come and remove Sky Q and put my wired boxes back in - nothing but hassle - can never watch 1 full programme on the mini boxes without problems!!!! @SkyHelpTeam 🤬😡🤯

    Bought an @AppleSupport iPad Pro 12.9 2022 in space grey from @SkyHelpTeam when it came it says space grey on the box but it’s a silver one in the box! And neither of you can come up with a solution!!! Very unprofessional from 2 massive companies!! Not happy!!

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK yes same as my elderly neighbour because he doesn’t have an email address they charge him a further 30£ extra a month and still can’t get his new sky box and recording woking properly .. rang back and no one could help him solve this .. disgusting service for the elderly 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam 27 years a customer for the vast majority paying a full subscription of movies &sports and now with ill health & falling into debt & when I really need help they won’t let me relinquish 9 months left on my contract. I was going to take a break, I’ll never be back.

    @jammierooroo @Craftycryer @SkyUK Just move to someone else and cancel DD etc .. then escalate the complaint and refuse to pay the leaving charge ... Sky are terrible the equivalent to British gas .. the worse out there ..

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK When my mum was in a similar position (no sky ) but recently bereaved we told her to,say no to any calls for any services be it to change landline, energy provider etc. Shame you didn’t tell your mum the same as she would have just put the phone down. £110 a month? What for?

    @CindyTh3Dog @SkyUK This happened to my Aunt when my Uncle died, they asked for the pin on the account and she said she didn’t have it, so she couldn’t change or cancel the account. I ended up writing to the CEO (at a time I had the word ‘media’ in my work email address) and said that funnily enough, passing on the virgin pin wasn’t top of his bucket list when he was given weeks to live! Took the CEO intervening to finally get it sorted out, bloody ludicrous!

    So it turns out that One Touch Switch and continuing you service until new service is active doesn’t mean anything to @SkyUK No broadband for two days, despite having paid for it as well.
