    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

    Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam All entered correctly. Strange as it has all worked OK since Feb and no changes have to be made to the passwords. If it hasn't reset over night I will give the help team a call. Thanks

    @Bunglepaul @marcoalessi I know, just a bit. All I hear though is Liverpool this, Liverpool that.... nothing about the other clubs in the relegation zone or lower leagues. skysports are the worst for it! Every time you switch it on it’s like lfctv

    @SkyHelpTeam the Sky Q is not syncing with the virgin Internet. All ok before, is there an issue with your boxes and Virgin Internet? Mobiles working on wi fi just fine. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam So after contacting your team.They stated I was a returning customer from 4 years ago and believed I had the equipment from you,which I clearly didn’t.He said they’ll be sending out a router for today so we can have wifi.I just want to clarify I should be receiving the sky (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Apparently my broadband is now active but I've fallen at the first hurdle where connecting the equipment is concerned. I was told that Sky would be taking over the old line that the last owners used, but I think there's issues with the socket. Who can I call?
