    @SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

    @SkyHelpTeam please help, over a month with poor connection unable to get through either on the phone,or being sent round in circles with self help .unable to book an engineer on line, paying for an unusable service !

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. We need the engineer to come back and change it

    @SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

    @antshar @SkySports 1. Hazard is Belgian. 2. He did exactly that. He invited contact. Shielded the ball. Forced his man to foul him. If you watched him play on a regular basis, you would see him doing this multiple times in a game. He almost never just outright lost possession.

    @SkySports @Carra23 @GNev2 VAR is not the problem it the people interpreting it that are. It is almost impossible to check the ball leaving someone’s foot and an offside without some error %. With other areas you are looking for clear and obvious but that bar has been lowered massively for some reason

    Always good when you book a day of work to get your Broadband upgraded, you get a text from Openreach to say an engineer is "working" on it, and there's no one here. Fantastic customer service guys @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam #Disgusted

    @SkySports @Carra23 @GNev2 If we were to get shot of var (please god), then we shall have to cut the officials some slack, as will the managers etc. Every now and then they will make a shocking error, but all in all the game will be restored to its former glory. Down with VAR and that sort of thing!
