Still don’t get it, a satellite signal travels to a spot somewhere in space travels through god knows what but the minutes there’s a slight wind and rain in the north west of England it can’t get through that so I can watch the darts for £90 a month. @SkyHelpTeam

They rope you in with a ‘nice deal’ then once you rely on them for multiple services they hike the prices up and stagger your bonuses so you end up paying more. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬
