@SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

@SkyHelpTeam hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. We need the engineer to come back and change it

@SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

@SkyHelpTeam 45 minutes ago, and was told "OpenReach aren't really telling us anything, which is nothing new." We've been without broadband for two weeks, and OpenReach keep changing the date, yet for some reason have tweeted today that it's fixed, when Sky says it's not. Help?

Been a big fan of @SkySports over the years but this U21 Championships coverage is as bad as I’ve ever seen. It’s like watching CBBC try and do football. Incredible that is how they cover England at a tournament. #England

@SkyHelpTeam Can you please look into my account? It increased by £10 last year & will now be £12 as of next month? I'm not sure why I'm now paying £35 for internet. It doesn't help that the internet can be slow or glitchy a lot. If there is no explanation or change, I will switch providers.
