Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is you send an engineer NOT trained in installing sky q boxes to install a sky Q box! That is stupid at best, I took time off work today to be told by your team member he wasn’t trained for the job you sent him on!

@SkyHelpTeam I need to downgrade as my line won’t take ultra which I currently have. Open reach engineer advised to downgrade to Fast but your customer service team will only give me essential but will then upgrade me to fast after 14 days. The whole process is going to take 28 days !!
