@SkyHelpTeam so you lock my account. I cant now use Sky Go. I can't login to my account. All because an email account I don't use has been hacked. And to unlock it I have to ring YOU and wait in a 45min queue. The first automated q asked is What's My Password!! NOT answering THAT

Received a text advising of a data breach by @SkyHelpTeam and to ring a number to unlock the account. Sounds dodgy..checked the web page and sure enough confirmation of the breach. Dialled the number and now convinced it is genuinely Sky as there is a 30 minute wait! #service

@hazcraig1 @C4Sport @Channel4 @SkySports partly admittedly because it's not their thing, but also because many have never had any exposure to cricket. I got into cricket because of the 2005 Ashes (the last FTA matches), don't think I would have otherwise. It inspired me to pick up a bat and ball and go out and play...

@SkyHelpTeam - trying to cancel my broadband as moving abroad. £66 early cancellation fee from contract for the pleasure. Loyal customer for 6 years: no discretion given, despite this. And that I haven't a choice but to cancel as my new home will be in China. Disgraceful.

@SkyHelpTeam @NOW I solved this problem by installing a Roku stick & investing in the 'Boost' 1080 upgrade. There remains a REAL issue between Sky/NowTV and earlier versions of Chromecast however and it would be helpful if you could resolve it AND inform customers such as myself of its existence.
