Getting so hacked off with this #SkyQ box. It’s obvious reading online the box is only set up for using sky broadband which I don’t have and don’t want. I’ve connected it via Ethernet and still having major issues. Anyone got any ideas on how to get it working? @SkyHelpTeam

Broadband’s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that it’s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they won’t let us know when it’s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

For the love of god do not phone @SkyHelpTeam on the weekend. Service levels absolutely atrocious. Kept on hold for 20+ minutes for the operator to come back and tell me to phone back as his computer was slow 😩 #shockingservice #customerexperience

@SkyHelpTeam 1: had a issue phone line over Xmas. Spoke 2 a lady by phone who organised an engineer to sort it out. Also identified I had an old sky router. She said that free of charge she would send out a new version This was on the 27th Dec.
