Getting so hacked off with this #SkyQ box. It’s obvious reading online the box is only set up for using sky broadband which I don’t have and don’t want. I’ve connected it via Ethernet and still having major issues. Anyone got any ideas on how to get it working? @SkyHelpTeam

So @SkyHelpTeam can't help and apparently they don't have complaints department. Explained they are leaving a vulnerable adult with message service... send you a new sim card. Won't add data so they can use WhatsApp instead. 12 days this has been going on.

Your diagnostic pages will be worthless if DNS is down - users probably won't be able to reach them. Please listen to customers and investigate accordingly. Thanks SKY :-)
