    Very happy with the service from @SkyUK today. The customer service representative I spoke to last night was fab, and told me the problem would be fixed within 5 days. It was done within 1! Great service, thank you. 👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam No quickest way is for the system to not go off. I had no phone line or broadband so how am I supposed to check your website or ring you. The problem wasn’t at my end, it was yours as it appears it affected everyone in my area. And it’s just gone off again.

    @JStewart_15 @SkyHelpTeam I'd have to have words with the neighbours too lol. In reality though, I'm having endless issues with Sky broadband it would be a waste of £ for me. I just checked Sky Community about the lag & there's no definite answer. Seems everyone is getting different time lags.
