    Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

    Been a customer with @SkyUK for around 13 years and still haven’t won anything with Sky VIP as a ‘diamond’ customer. All a marketing gimmick, don’t know anyone who has won something with them. Looking at Virgin Media offers as we speak.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi,just on a new sim only deal, everything working great on iPhone 12 apart from wiFi calling. Could you advise how to activate please. It is enabled on the phone but doesn’t show at the top (it used to on my old network) Thank you

    @SkyHelpTeam Think my main issue is broadband is terrible in the house at moment and it doesnt help that its started faulting since openreach have been installing fibre in the area

    @SkyHelpTeam also sound is a real issue with apps. Frequently no sound until I switch back and forth between, auto, Dolby digital and Dolby plus. Even then no guarantees whether it comes on or not.
