    @SkyUK second time an iPhone order has been delayed through you. I should’ve just ordered direct from Apple! And why do you only tell people the day before it’s due to be delivered. I ordered within the first 45 mins of the preorder going live and that was despite the slow site.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, new Sky customer here. My broadband was supposed to activate yesterday but did not. If I check the status on your app it says it’s still scheduled to go live on Monday 12th Oct. What’s going on? I need this sorting ASAP please as I am working from home. Thanks

    Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam I do not live with him so cannot check the line. I want I understand if the problem is his laptop or a Sky broadband issue. So do not want to book an engineer if the problem is his laptop. I have used your online info but it cannot help me. I need to chat to somebody please

    @SkyHelpTeam lip syncing issues on Sky Q mini box tv. Switched system/tv off/taken plugs out. Looked at audio/visual settings m changed ‘dig audio delay optical’ settings n changed. Also looked at TV settings. Advice?

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I no longer have access to the old Sky ID account so unsure I can remove the email address. I already deleted all my history and cache to use a new email, as well as trying on another computer, and still get the ‘existing customer’ error

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked and don’t feel these give solutions. I turn the hub on/off frequently throughout day this doesn’t help, the location of hub is as advised and I have an extender in place already. Currently there are 2 devices connected laptop and sky TV. Still problem after problem

    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @SkyHelpTeam When I check my sky app the engineer visit still says in progress no date or time is scheduled. It had gone down when I’d been at work on thu I noticed when I came 🏡 early from morning and went thru help steps and booked engineer. Days off are gonna be very boring.

    @markjamesthomas @SkyHelpTeam There are lots of people reporting pixelation particularly on mini boxes when watching recordings. Take a look at the Sky Forum. Started happening since the update for Amazon Prime but Sky as yet haven’t acknowledged the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m glad you think so expectations are not exactly high of having sky tv 2 mobiles and a work laptop all connected without any problems?? Particularly as have no gamers in house. I can’t see what guide you mean for a phone number? Are you not able to arrange someone to call me?
