    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. We need the engineer to come back and change it

    absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyUK. My elderly parents haven’t had sky tv since moving on 28.2.20 but have been charged full price, being fobbed off all the time 👎👎👎

    @SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

    @RobRogers20 @SkySportsPL @SkySports Ruins it as a Live game. May as well just show highlights from now on? And just of the stuff that was "real", as opposed to ruled out. Or "Live" but with a 10 minute delay so they can cut out all the VAR delays and "wrong" action (eg the first penalty).

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried phoning twice today, and have waited an hour each time for nobody to pick up. I have had no Internet for almost 24hrs, and am extremely unhappy with your lack of customer service. All I want to know is when the problem in the Kilsyth area will be fixed.
