@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyHelpTeam Been trying to get through but I’ve had the phone put down on me 3x while trying to access my password to give to them, this is awful customer service. I am still without internet, should I keep trying to will they just keep disconnecting mid sentence

@SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

@SkyHelpTeam Done the tests and all showing OK despite the speed drop. Had similar problem some years ago and tests came back OK but an advisor at time wasn't convinced there was not a line fault. She got OR and they did find a frayed line which OR told me would just cause a constant drop

@SkyHelpTeam good morning. Is there an issue with sky go app? It won’t let me watch any of my recording on either phone or tablet. Have reinstalled the app as well. I can click on the programme but it’s just a blank screen and the loading symbol. Thanks
