Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

More trouble with Sky Broadband to add to the issues we already have with our Sky HD Box. We pay them a great deal of money for completely unsatisfactory service @skytv @SkyUK time to find a new provider for all our services.

@SkyUK second time an iPhone order has been delayed through you. I should’ve just ordered direct from Apple! And why do you only tell people the day before it’s due to be delivered. I ordered within the first 45 mins of the preorder going live and that was despite the slow site.

@SkyHelpTeam We can’t get through and we reported issues with our HD box months ago. All you tried to do was sell us SkyQ, this is why we are looking for a supplier that treats its customer better.

@SkyHelpTeam Amazon not working on your service! Using my home WiFi-Amazon won't load. Switch to 4G & no problem. People are saying it's shield causing the issue. Please resolve! We're all turning off shield which kinda defeats the point since many will forget to turn on again.

@SkyHelpTeam @gooner19821 Loads of us in the area have contacted the Broadband team, Rachel at your call centre told us there IS a local outage and sent our concern to the team working at the exchange... if you’re not an automated service on here need to get the story straight
