@SkyHelpTeam My issue is you send an engineer NOT trained in installing sky q boxes to install a sky Q box! That is stupid at best, I took time off work today to be told by your team member he wasn’t trained for the job you sent him on!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had an issue with you since Nov, raised a complaint yesterday and said I want to correspond bus email. Just had a voicemail from someone to book an engineer. You’ll realise from my complaint I don’t. It would be lovely if you listened to your customers.

@SkyUK Don't want to psy for BBC services, so lets scrap the licence fee. Never watch dross such as Eastenders, any dramas, listen to any BBC raidio. Too much general garbage on the BBC.

Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

@SkyUK @SkyUK waited in all day at home, for engineers to arrive and install/upgrade my Broadband. At 15:40 today I received an e-mail with another date!! How dare they treat me like that, I’ve lost a days work today. How utterly despicable to treat a customer like that.
