    The “smart” record function on Sky Q from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK is useless. We pay over £100 a month for this service and it just doesn’t work. 4 things messed up this week alone

If I'd known they'd been late I could have worked the morning. Sorry 2 hear that you have had issues 2

    I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!
