@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@SkyHelpTeam We can’t get through and we reported issues with our HD box months ago. All you tried to do was sell us SkyQ, this is why we are looking for a supplier that treats its customer better.

Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam. There's a fundamental flaw with your broadband connection test, in that it only works if your broadband works. Mine's dropping out every five minutes, but when it is connected, it tells me that my connection is 'good' when there's clearly a problem. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam Tried the test. When the internet goes offline the page states no known issues and the test fails. When internet comes back on it says everything’s fine. Been going offline sporadically for around an hour and a half. My brother lives other side of town and is having the same prob
