    @SkyUK Your early termination charges are ridiculous!! £120 for cancelling a year contract of £23 per month is just not acceptable! Sky is basically steeling money off people who are going through hard time in life whilst showing absolutely no empathy! Never again!!

    @SkyUK I haven’t had any phone signal now for over a week, tried your ‘guides’ with no joy. Also tried to contact you on the website and Facebook with no reply. Went to a help desk in the local shopping center to be told to ‘ring a number’when that’s my problem, I have no service

    @TalkTalk So i did the below & spent over an hour last night speaking to you guys. You ran tests, changed settings, took details & told me to switch it off again. Problem remains. I've been your customer for all of a week. I'm beyond disappointed. Id like to cancel and return to @SkyUK

    @skyhelpteam Hello, my internet has been down since last Wednesday evening. Your engineer who came out couldn’t fix it. Openreach couldn’t fix it and now I’ve been left in limbo. This is not acceptable, especially as I am paying over £100 a month.

    @virginmedia Your entire offering is awful. Breakdowns, WiFi signal is often poor, your TV system is weird, your customer services are woeful. I was an @SkyUK customer for 20+ years. I can't wait to go back. 14 months of your abject failure to go. Thanks though

    @SkyHelpTeam partner contract is up at the end of the month she wanted to come to sky bcoz of the great deals chose the phone through me account now it says 3-4 weeks for delivery seriously can't wait that long just says coming soon wtf does that mean? @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Just off the phone to a manager, who implied it was up to me to leave sky when i think it has gone on too long. Am I not valued as a customer? Surely after 25 days, you should be doing everything in your power to solve the issue. I already have an open complaint in progress
