    @SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

    @mancmaestro @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp If you’ve completed a home move then the service at the old house will have been cancelled and the service at your new house won’t have gone active yet if Openreach haven’t installed it. All thats to say yes its annoying but you don’t get charged for BB when its not active

Whats hilarious is how often people can’t follow simple instructions and have to literally have a human talk them through them. The mind boggles

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking customer service. Have waited almost a week for a call back. Keep being put through to call centres abroad who have no idea what going on. Over 10yrs with sky and now cancelling everything

    @SkyHelpTeam help required with 2tb receiver - broadband speeds of 500+ mbps but programmes stopping multiple times midpoint with caption 'please wait for more to download' - very annoying as this didnt happen previously with 1tb receiver and slower bb speeds.
