    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you but I called today and actually got through. Sky have now charged me £210 call charges or more hence my frustration and post. Doesn’t change my thoughts that I am done with Sky, I feel let down and fleeced. I won’t feel like this again, ever with Sky as that’s it for me

    @SkyHelpTeam Took out a new contact in November, you failed to take December out (and too much) at the correct date, same for January, been trying to resolve since and now as I’m not working it’s too much so trying to speak to someone. Now my broadband has gone so I can’t connect via that.

    @SkyHelpTeam just had a call from a very monotone woman who told me she was going to secure all my devices for me. When I asked her if she was from Sky she gave me an account number that wasn’t mine, and when questioned, told me she would block my broadband signal!
