@GadgetShowTech @SkyUK It was an issue at Sky, they fixed it. In the mean time I used one of the many other ways of accessing Netflix.

Digging @SkyUK's VIP program and current attitude to customer loyalty. Just picked up Sky Go Extra for free and a couple of other goodies for being a Diamond customer, and they’ve waved the cost of a replacement box (hard drive gone in old one) without us having to ask.

@Shippers1983 Ha! Intermittent rage! It had been ok but when you get a problem you’ve got more chance of getting an response from the dead than @skyuk it took me 3 hrs to watch the last 15 mins of bodyguard last night! Their customer service is a joke.......

Very happy with the service from @SkyUK today. The customer service representative I spoke to last night was fab, and told me the problem would be fixed within 5 days. It was done within 1! Great service, thank you. 👍🏼

@SkyHelpTeam Again our internet is down this week. It’s becoming a regular occurrence these last few weeks now. We’ve gone through the diagnostics on the site and still nothing is working after 3 hours. Our postcode is M9.

@SkyHelpTeam , broadband speed here in Clapham - via new router with more expensive upgraded package - is less than 1/12 of “guaranteed minimum.” Is there an issue today? Working from home on mobile phones because of broadband provider fail isn’t great

@SkyHelpTeam We always directed to the “simple steps to try at home” page, every time. Or given a number to call that only the account holder can ring (even though we’re all paying, a premium service). Why has nobody been sent to fix this? 2 Engineers came to install it.
