One workaround that has just worked for me is go to Q home > setup > settings > network > advanced > manual IP address > leave all numbers as they are except "dns server" change to 8.8.8.8, save then try downloading

    @PoundshopGuv @SkyHelpTeam It’s really so frustrating!! I’d much rather they told me the fix was going to take a month rather than making me chase round and round for answers. C’mon @SkyHelpTeam, please tell us what is going on! We also look forward to a refund to reflect the drop in service.
