    @SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

    @SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I really need to speak to somebody about my current package. I had offers which have ran out & am unable to cancel things online it says phone but as I’m not a key worker or vulnerable I can’t call!!! I have been a customer for over 20 yrs!!!

    @SkySports @SkySports that is Roma’s number 1 worst ever performance that I have ever seen. Roma were absolutely shocking. They were out thought, totalily hopeless, useless, out battled, shambles, disgrace, terrible, embarrassing and not fit enough to represent this club.

The principle is interesting, the vessel isn’t. NUFC will only become interesting if Saudi Arabia fail to win owt!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I've been having issues with downloading any and everything from sky on demand/boxsets for over a Yr now any I'm worried that if I call a engineer that I will have to have a new box, would my saved recordings on my old box be transferred to my new box at all? Plz
