    @SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

    @SkyHelpTeam - tried to call you, waited 1 hour. Then your text directed me to Facebook messenger chat. This was also ignored. All I got was pointless auto messages. You are making it impossible to speak to someone. I'm not sure why you cant arrange a callback to me. Very poor!

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia My only advice is to buy a new router. I bought the TP deco P9 and since then my virginmedia connection speeds have been constantly good. The 'superhub' is an awful piece of kit.....not that sky's router was any better

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Just hope nothing goes wrong because customer service from virgin is diabolical. And god forbid you want to change provider at end of contract you will need to book a month of for calls to get them to acknowledge the request let alone honour it

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Switched to Virgin broadband a few years ago after having a lot of issues with BT. Never had a problem with Virgin, excellent speeds and no dropouts, which is ideal when working from home! So happy with the service I have now switched my mobiles to Virgin.
