    @SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

    @IiChubsI @SkySports Dunk asked him, the referee could have replied ‘no’ and then none of this would be getting discussed, it was poor poor free kick management by the referee that caused the situation.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do it all the time. Same checks, no faults, do the router routine, same, still just get poor internet or none at all on mobile devices etc etc bored 😴😴😴😴

    @skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam had a mobile contract with you for just over a week 50% of calls fail and incoming calls go to voice mail not happy

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you think I haven't already been doing that? Each time I've rang I've been told it will be sorted and yeah it hasn't. Maybe stop using foreign call centres that don't seem to be able to do much to help customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam You weren't aware yet when I checked for issues it said there was maintainence going on and Internet would be down from midnight to 6am. All I would ask for is that we are made aware that our Internet might be down rather than forgetting about us.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why can you not text us to tell us when planned maintenance is occuring? Our access went down last night shortly after midnight, we have sky glass so we could not watch or stream anything.

    @westhamfootball don’t be effin stupid the negotiations are inflight only skysports stated the deals were in jeopardy & everyone goes crazy OL & Paqueta reps haven’t said so Everyone needs to calm the doomsday stuff down grow up & let the business negotiations run their course either way
