    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    @SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

    @SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

    @SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

    @SkyUK great, an option to choose subtitle language! But since there's only English it now takes three clicks longer to reach. Wouldn't be an issue, but over and over, and over? I'm not getting my hearing back between episodes, why do I have to put captions on every time now?

    @Angela_Harkness @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I am also having this same issue with error code 50-9-503 appearing. This is happening on 2 different iPads and my iPhone, tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the same message is appearing.
