@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Advised I would have my other parts renegotiated & revised too. THIS WAS NEVER ADVISED PREVIOUSLY. The lady then STOPPED speaking with me & while I raised my voice there was nothing abusive or derogatory said!

@SkyHelpTeam @sengeezer Would be really good if Sky could develop tools that we are all really looking for. What we really need is a SkyQ recording type box that picks its signal up from the Internet rather than an intrusive dish. Would save Sky a lot of effort on installing dishes and safer to install.

@SkyUK broadband has been really terrible. It's off more than it's on! Due to it not being off all the time we are not entitled to compensation. We cant check on the young one with the wifi camera. We cant work from home. No Netflix...etc Its becoming an absolute farce!!!
