@SkyHelpTeam Hi i have been speaking to sky on the phone and i advised there should have been no change to my package. Sky have removed parts of my package as my move of house. I even asked the anlayst to listen to the phone calls of which sky are not willing to help

@SkyHelpTeam Well @SkyHelpTeam I called the number and got told how great it was that I'm a VIP Platinum customer (13 years),however, they can't find the deal and therefore it's not available to take up. Ah well, there goes £10 a month extra in your pocket. I'll watch it on Channel 4 instead
