    @SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

    @virginmedia I have contacted and was told I will get a text after the phone call with another engineer visit, not got anything yet??? Also who is going to pay for the damage and a plasterer to come round and fix? Honestly wish I stuck with @SkyUK at this rate

    @SkyHelpTeam morning when I cancel my TV service,will it effect my sky mobile.recently upgraded phone on back order,if its gonna effect my pricing will need to cancel and switch that to virgin aswell

    @dawn15765 @SkyUK I’ve had relatively no issues with Sky broadband. On the downside they never contact you direct with the best prices across the board for all the services they offer - they just continue to take your hard earned money despite the better deals on offer. Sky believe in better !!
