@SkyUK help! Got broadband and talk with yourselves . Loads of problems since trying to upgrade broadband. Main one is no home phone line since wed. Just got cut off after 50 mins on hold 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia I have contacted and was told I will get a text after the phone call with another engineer visit, not got anything yet??? Also who is going to pay for the damage and a plasterer to come round and fix? Honestly wish I stuck with @SkyUK at this rate

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I cannot access my Halifax banking app via mobile data, it’s fine on Wi-Fi. It won’t authenticate my device on mobile data. I’ve left feedback via the banking app but it’s been going on for over a month with no resolution. Thanks

Still didnt reply @SkyHelpTeam why can sky customers not get @ITVX unless we have one of those goddam awful skyglass tv’s that nobody in a sane mind would want. Please advise why your intentionally stopping customers from access.

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

@StephenConlon7 @SkySports Be interested to see what Ten Hag thinks when he sees it happening from afar. My guess is that he'll run a mile, why would any manager come into all the problems at the club. I think we'll end up with Poch next season, just got a feeling Hag will go everywhere.
