    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I cannot access my Halifax banking app via mobile data, it’s fine on Wi-Fi. It won’t authenticate my device on mobile data. I’ve left feedback via the banking app but it’s been going on for over a month with no resolution. Thanks

    @virginmedia I have contacted and was told I will get a text after the phone call with another engineer visit, not got anything yet??? Also who is going to pay for the damage and a plasterer to come round and fix? Honestly wish I stuck with @SkyUK at this rate

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam #Complaint ongoing #Sky are a disgrace. Rang team to no avail, v.poor service. Sky lied in latest email response-nothing was offered. You denied a total lack of service when half of the country couldn't access Sky TV due to your tech fault. You suggest an insulting £2.56 credit?!

    @SkyUK I gave your complaints department all the info on your online form which was a waste of time, what is the point of doing it here. One of the many issues is with Openreach, who I can't contact directly, and I pointed this out, so you came back and told me to contact openreach.

    the 3 most corrupt UK broadband providers are 1. @NOW broadband 2. @SkyUK @Plusnet there online customer services staff are lazy, arrogant and ignorant, all 3 of them definitely deserves to be thoroughly investigated immediately

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea why I can't update apps on my android device and also youtube loads video extremely slow when in the wifi but all other apps that play videos are perfectly fine!router is fine and have done all checks and I see this happened a while ago in York apparently!

    @SkyHelpTeam what is going on with Sky Q? My box seemed to update overnight. Fan was in overdrive when I woke up so I had to reset the box. Now it won't connect to my network or allow me to reset and set up the network again!?!?
