    @SkyHelpTeam Second call as first hung up after 36 min. Now awaiting advisor to cone back on.... 40 min after he went to ask about problem...not acceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @SkyUK help! Got broadband and talk with yourselves . Loads of problems since trying to upgrade broadband. Main one is no home phone line since wed. Just got cut off after 50 mins on hold 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia I have contacted and was told I will get a text after the phone call with another engineer visit, not got anything yet??? Also who is going to pay for the damage and a plasterer to come round and fix? Honestly wish I stuck with @SkyUK at this rate

    @SkyHelpTeam So 2 called totally 1 hour 45 mins, both hung up on, no service what so ever? Still no access to emails

    @SkyHelpTeam What can I do to stop my box losing the WiFi network connection so often? Happens several times a week, WiFi working fine everywhere else, need to reset completely for SkyQ box.

    @SkyUK so been a Sky customer for 22 years . I’m out of contract, paying £103pm,call to arrange a new contract,thinking I would negotiate a discount. After 45 mins to an Indian call centre, lots of that on hold, they say £10 discount , but I have to pay £30 admin fee! bye bye 👋
