    @SkyHelpTeam Second call as first hung up after 36 min. Now awaiting advisor to cone back on.... 40 min after he went to ask about problem...not acceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried everything and still no one is helping. I have tried going onto the website and finding no answers to my problem. My phone is saying not registered to network all I want to know is how to solve this or will I have to get a new mobile phone. Thanku

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

    @SkyHelpTeam out of contract and being charged £80. No Sports package. Been a customer for over 20 years, apparently a "diamond" level which means nothing. To get any kind of reasonable price you seem to be forced into taking out broadband, which we don't want.

    Sat down to watch the Eng v Ind (not live, but I didn’t know the result) and after the first wicket, @SkySports advertise the Eng v Pak final. Well, that spoiled that for me!

    @SkyUK just lost me as a customer because as part of my home move they told me I didn’t need to bring my sky box and now insist on charging me £25 to get a new one. Imagine a company on the brink of a recession losing a £70 a month customer over £25. Absolutely incredible.

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer booked for 12 days time…. Openreach have been in the road and have resolved a line issue for 1 neighbour. This cannot be an efficient way to operate. I still have no internet and no useable phone line (static). Mobile hotspot draining my data. Very frustrating

    @SkyUK the worst company I’ve had the mispleasure of dealing with. Stuck abroad&need2make a call2telephone banking. Sky put a spend cap on, so can’t call&blocked my online account so can’t do it myself. Won’t speak2 wife so2weeks2go with £20. They then say ring this number! how?

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to sky to change details on my account. Told would take 72 hours. Still not changed, and engineer booked today to install my internet never showed. Took a day off work for this. Not great service. Even considering you pushed install date back 2 weeks already🙃
