Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

@CraigDons32 @SkySports Same. In fact, I punted it completely yesterday having gone down to one channel. I've some now tv vouchers if I really want to watch something. But most of the sports we watch are no longer on Sky and their spfl coverage is a joke.

@rossvaldo @SkyHelpTeam Things break but the communication has been very frustrating. The issue is marked as resolved at 9.57 so my employer may be wondering why I’m still offline 2 hours later. In a Belfast terrace which doesn’t get mobile coverage inside so tethering not an option
