@SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah on both my phone, my partners phone, my laptop, her laptop, we have tried going down to a single connection to the Internet at a time (did improve it to 3mbps briefly then it dipped again), I shut it off for 15 mins, then on again, peaked at 15mbps for 30 seconds, then 3mpbs

@SkyHelpTeam Yup, done all that, I have used the tools that you allow, it's telling me I'm downloading at 25mps, which is just flat out wrong, it's frustrating when you pay for a service, you are told you are getting it, and you are getting 1/10th of it

It simply can’t be this freaking hard to show golf on tv. @NBCGolf how can you routinely be this horrible at something so obviously simple. Rahm makes a bomb for the lead on 15 & you pump fake crowd noise because you can’t work audio. Need that @SkySports membership.
