Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

@SkyHelpTeam This channel is currently affected by a problem with you satellite signal. When I look in set up my Signal Quality jumps between 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90. Signal strength is 0.

@SkyHelpTeam yes ive been through all of the above, it's still inconsistent we had this problem a week ago and an engineer was already sent out and allegedly fixed it, it has returned and requires yet another engineer my main issue is there is no reliability that this wont keep happening.

@SkyHelpTeam So when I rebooted it, none of the channels were working, they all had the same error message. Now (15/mins later) they are all working again except STV HD, BBC 2HD and Channel 4 HD which were the problem ones to start with. They all have the same error message.

@SkyUK Why did Sky Mobile contact my 69 yr old Dad telling him you’d taken over o2 and sign him up to a new 12 month PAYG sim only contract? Is this even legal? I assume the contract only kicks in if he activates the SIM card? If not how do I cancel it?
