    @SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

    @MrDinnage @pnefc @patrick5bauer @SkySports Cost me £20 in admin fees to cancel. Could have come down Sunday but £100 for a hotel and kids missing their Sunday football games made me choose to cancel. Still not been to Charlton, one of the few grounds I have to tick off!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Hope you can help. We’ve just upgraded to Sky Q and noticed that BT Sports which we have with them, not you is not available on the Mini Boxes.Calling BT they said it would cost £5 on 1 box. Is there a deal on at Sky where we can get it direct and on all 3 minis

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any further update on the Blackpool outage? It’s getting ridiculous now! No update for several hours. I’ve been patient but my patience is wearing very thin now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

    Aston Villa v West Ham, absolutely dreadful game to show on @SkySports kept drifting off to sleep😴 almost as bad as their “super Sunday’s” with games like Leicester v Newcastle, absolute garbage! Might have to cancel the sports package!

    Still didnt reply @SkyHelpTeam why can sky customers not get @ITVX unless we have one of those goddam awful skyglass tv’s that nobody in a sane mind would want. Please advise why your intentionally stopping customers from access.

    What better way to anger your customers than cut them off and tell the service is now closed! When they’ve been on hold, it’s closes at 7pm but yet it’s 6.59pm! Nice work @SkyUK

    Can someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

    @SkySports Interesting call from Tuchel. Livramento and Chalobah are different profiles, but maybe England don't need a direct replacement. Perhaps Tuchel wanted defensive stability and versatility more than attacking flair.

    Rather bemused by @SkySports showing the worst possible angles for catches behind the wicket. Not sure whether it is a drone or a fixed camera square of the wicket. Just show it from in line with the pitch.
