I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all...
