Couldn’t believe the @SkyUK ‘Customer Services’ Darren at Sheffield last night who was so unhelpful until it came to me telling him I was so fed up that I wanted to cancel our contract and he kindly gave me the number to call to cancel!! Can’t wait til 8am this morning 😊

@OpenreachHelp My provider @SkyHelpTeam are useless. @OpenreachHelp all I need done is the pole at the back of my house replaced. You and sky don't seem to understand this and keep sending engineers to fix a fault. JUST REPLACE THE POLE!!!!!!!

The phone line outside our house has been on the floor since the storm on Friday. @SkyUK customer service team are not helpful. @WeAreOpenreach engineer came for 1 hour today and spent 50mins of that in his van before driving off. 🤬🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Yes have tried all those. The app says 27Mbps is coming into the house. Sometimes get 20 but it is the inconsistency that is the issue. Impossible to work properly from home as suddenly it drops to 5 like this morning. Reported it on phone yesterday but not taken seriously
