@SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Yeh it does Ive managed to get the update 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 recovery methods but nothing. 1 day old sky Q box never did work. Managed to get a 2nd replacement being sent out. Another wasted day's holiday used to be home. Very inconvenient and still had to pay £50 for this 🙈

@SkyHelpTeam The frustration is only a small part of it, its the 14 hours of unpaid time off work thats the annoying thing, and the laughable amount of compensation your company gives seems to suggest they dont really care, poor form on many many counts sadly.

So pleased I don't pay for sky, their outage for one of the biggest quad series has been down for 30 minutes, practically missed the first half of the game. 6 minutes viewing time, absolutely ridiculous. @SkySports
