I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

I've some now tv vouchers if I really want to watch something. But most of the sports we watch are no longer on Sky and their spfl coverage is a joke.

I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

I get fackallll for it..basic telly package and broadband, I'm still paying over £60 and im probably one of the only people still with a dish cos they want £80 for SkyGlass.
