@skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Do you think after 7 weeks of problems we haven't spoken to anyone!!! We know what the problem is! It's getting an engineer to sort it out that's like getting blood from a stone. They've said they would come every week for the last 3 weeks, and each week, no one arrives...

@GNev2 saying how good the atmosphere is at Spurs v Arsenal on @SkySports. Doesn't sound amazing. Since covid, sky and bt, I'm sure have filtered the crowd noise right down. It's really annoying. Sounds like that fake noise they had as a option with the empty grounds.
