@SkyHelpTeam lost connection earlier now painfully slow. Service page says no issues. Ran all check & told wait 5 days for engineer. Eek! I need to work. Whatever’s happened even affect app & q box connection vv strange! Tried all solutions.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed with the service at sky regarding @OpenreachHelp process. We set up are internet 8 weeks ago, still have no internet. All sky have done is blame openreach vice versa. My mum works from home and this effecting her job.
