@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyUK All of it. The current EPG dispite having rules and regulations that if a network becomes Free HD it has to move to 118-120 it hasn't yet on ITV after 2 days just shows how backwards it got on the updating.
