@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

Customer service isn’t great, annual fight to get a reasonable price is tiresome but I have fewer problems with my broadband than non Virgin colleagues. Best thing I did was buy a decent router and put hub3 in modem mode. Massively better wifi
