Bad timing especially when @SI_games gave nearly a month of free play to all at the start of this pandemic... #MUFC it’s us the fans that suffer

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.

Fans who support teams with nothing to play for obviously don’t want Liverpool to win the prem but not up to them

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. I just get referred to the self help section of your website. Nobody can offer anything actually helpful so I’ve just given up and accepted I’ve signed up to a network stuck in 2003.

    @SkyHelpTeam just had a conversation with a caller who kept interrupting me and when asked to speak to manager I was notified that the manager was due to finish in 10 mins so I couldn’t speak to him. After being a customer of over 22 years to be treated like this is disgusting
