I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from £180 to £83.
