@SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

@SkyUK Just had “faster fibre optic cable broadband “installed by @SkyUK . WORST CONNECTION EVER !! My old dial up internet never cut in the middle of being used , unlike this nonsense !! When complained , they said you need “a special cable “ that the going to send ! 🙄😤

@SkyHelpTeam It's taking a while but both are currently coming back with the same result as the internet has - for now - been restored. But I will check again when the system cuts out as if it is stable for more than a few minutes its 'working'. The issue has been continual cut outs
