    @SkyUK ‘let’s troubleshoot’ all alt customer service agents can say. Been asking forever for someone to come to my house to sort this shit out. None of my smart teles work upstairs it’s a liberty. All sky are assed about is getting your money they provide a shit service

    @SkyHelpTeam sick of these problems with recording on sky Q. It was showing on the app as recording but wasn’t recording on the sky box. Really wish I hadn’t upgraded to this it’s been nothing but trouble!

    Couldn’t believe the @SkyUK ‘Customer Services’ Darren at Sheffield last night who was so unhelpful until it came to me telling him I was so fed up that I wanted to cancel our contract and he kindly gave me the number to call to cancel!! Can’t wait til 8am this morning 😊

    @SkyUK the worst company for customer service. Worlds worst WiFi hasn’t worked up stairs in my house since having it. Getting told to keep trouble shooting which doesn’t make a difference. my direct debit is being cancelled you can all **** off. Happy Tuesday.

    So @virginmedia after 8 years of loyal custom you want to charge us more for our T.V and internet than we have been paying, or that our friends pay ......jog on! @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk what t.v and internet packages can you offer a loyal customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolute joke. Can't get my assignments finished with no Internet, signal is relatively poor most days to start with. Paying for netflix and disney plus but no way of watching them with no Internet available! Will take about 3 days get through to customer service to claim losses
