I really don't know why I bother paying for @SkyUK at times total loss of Sky sports+ trying to watch the Blackpool game and it keeps rejecting the channel saying I need to upgrade my subscription when I have all the channels and pay over £100+ a month customer service no help!

@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!
