@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

I've tried watching saving private Ryan a few times but could never get into it. Can anyone recommend a good quality film that's on @SkyUK at the moment? I have got Christmas with the kranks saved on the box but that's for Christmas day, my all time favourite Xmas film🎅🏻

I really don't know why I bother paying for @SkyUK at times total loss of Sky sports+ trying to watch the Blackpool game and it keeps rejecting the channel saying I need to upgrade my subscription when I have all the channels and pay over £100+ a month customer service no help!

@SkyHelpTeam DNS ISSUE! What exacly is going on on your end?? Got your service installed just for 4 days ago as a new customer and yesterday I have been unable to use some apps on my phone to finally realise it is your auto DNS from the router causing this. Now it affects my husband as well!

@SkyHelpTeam To be clear, it’s not at my end. The DNS server it’s trying to reach doesn’t respond when I direct a dnsclient to it. Other DNS servers do respond. I’ll ditch Sky DNS servers on the devices I can and the reboot hub when necessary for others. Easy fix for you.
