    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried everything and still no one is helping. I have tried going onto the website and finding no answers to my problem. My phone is saying not registered to network all I want to know is how to solve this or will I have to get a new mobile phone. Thanku

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

    @skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

    Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am utterly disgusted i cant get through to a real live person at sky. My mobile is not working tried everything online it told me to. It is showing network not registered and it did this straight after a software update. If I don't here feom anyone I will cancel my

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam your engineer came to fix my sky box 7 days ago. Its already broken again. A customer advisor was meant to arrange a 6 month refund. They didnt. Just thought you should know of your companies failures.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done the full test and called the number that promised to be direct to support. But still on hold 25 minutes later, as usual. All I want from sky is tv and broadband that works. But instead supplied below par equipment. Mini boxes as hot spots they can’t even connect to them

    @SkyUK just cancelled this week after 20 yrs ... a simple house move - 2 days of my time wasted - 160 mile round trip to get my old sky q box, engineer turned up 60 miles away - sky customer service no help whatsoever- wanted me to take another full day off to rearrange 😡.
