    Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    @skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried everything and still no one is helping. I have tried going onto the website and finding no answers to my problem. My phone is saying not registered to network all I want to know is how to solve this or will I have to get a new mobile phone. Thanku

    Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

    @SkyUK my broadband has been upgraded to 55mbps speeds. I constantly get less than 10mbps down and up, with frequent dropout, and a ping in the range of 1000-20000ms How the earth have you ****** up my broadband this bad?

    @SkyHelpTeam. Just a couple of requests. Please fix the procedure whereby downloading a programme often creates an automatic series link. Secondly, please fix the procedure to stop asking "are you sure" when trying to set a reminder for one or more programmes at a time.
