I really don't know why I bother paying for @SkyUK at times total loss of Sky sports+ trying to watch the Blackpool game and it keeps rejecting the channel saying I need to upgrade my subscription when I have all the channels and pay over £100+ a month customer service no help!

@virginmedia I have contacted and was told I will get a text after the phone call with another engineer visit, not got anything yet??? Also who is going to pay for the damage and a plasterer to come round and fix? Honestly wish I stuck with @SkyUK at this rate

@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam The open reach guy said they was an issue at the box on the street and would be fixed today. I called sky who said he should not have said then because it won’t be as sky only get an update from open reach after three days, we was wanting sky glass but would be left with nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Tried that, 404 error each time. Tried several devices and browsers. Seems there’s an issue with your CCA email going to my work email (it’s not in junk) was told to set up new mysky with work email but then account verification email doesn’t come! Vicious circle!
