Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’m one of many who is still getting this message. I’m trying, amongst other things, to upgrade two iPhones to give you MORE money. In your interests to look into why the app isn’t working and report back to your loyal (16yrs) customer.
