Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

Poor picture quality, poor sound, no mics around the pitch so atmospheres sound poor, not available on NowTV for those without Sky subscription while SkySportsMix has old games on at the same time… all for less money. Tried various phones & all don’t work so it is NOT a phone issue. Please advise your cancellation no. as looking into the issue in 72 hours is NOT good enough.
