Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.
