    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

    @virginmedia I have contacted and was told I will get a text after the phone call with another engineer visit, not got anything yet??? Also who is going to pay for the damage and a plasterer to come round and fix? Honestly wish I stuck with @SkyUK at this rate

    @SkyHelpTeam does your customer service include staff hanging up on you after supposedly looking into a query they clearly were not as they could be heard talking to their family in the background?! It is just seems to be ridiculously hard to be treated as a loyal customer!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam No, your customer retention team said that due to a technical issue they can’t seem to send out a new box. There is no need for an engineer visit. It’s just the only way they could solve the problem.

    @SkyUK can't watch any sky TV. First was the sound, then picture. Please sort the issue out. Don't know how many more times switching off at the wall helps. It's done nothing!

    @WorldRugby7s how can a person view the Rugby games @BBCBreakfast and @SkySports are shocking with any coverage. Far too many studio discussions and no indication of where to watch or even summary of results. Poor poor coverage for all 'home locked down' sport lovers.
